No one answers.. no one knows nothing.
I don not recommend this company. 11 weeks and no one knows were is my stuff. Last time I could contact someone, they promised a status call on Friday Sept 22. 20 days later I have not been able to contact them.
POOR POOR POOR SERVICE.
Very poor service and quality.
My experience with this company has been horrible. They lost my things months ago and have not yet gotten them. In telephone conversations, they promise and promise but they do not deliver. The handling of the belongings is of very poor quality. Not only did they lose my things, but they also damaged my piano. They offer very good quality, but the reality is that once they charge the money, they do not care as a customer and they simply make you wait and wait. I'm still waiting for my lost things, we'll see if they show up. Supposedly for February 28, 2017 send them, that since August 2016. I do not recommend their services to anyone.
