Scammers.
These guys are absolute scammers. They will try to extort money from you in order to get your stuff off of the truck. They broke a 55" Smart TV, an expensive dresser and hutch. They quoted $1000 but we ended up paying $2200. Then they requested another $300 and when we said we couldn't take anymore money out, they refused to take the things off of their truck. Police were involved and two of the men were arrested. The police and the neighbors ended up moving out stuff in for us.
Awful move.
The movers held our stuff for ransom and made up charges. We had to negotiate with the owner of the company for over three hours to get the movers to take the stuff off of the truck. All the while, they contended we owed them money for the time they spent negotiating with us. They also broke glass on a painting. I would not recommend them and I think they are crooks. The estimate they provided meant nothing, and they had no interest in upholding their contract or engaging with us in a honest and moral fashion.
