Moving
Do not for any reason use this want to be moving company. They lie don't answer the phone don't return calls can't leave a message mail box always full after you have to listen to the stupid music they play couldn't reach customer service we were supposed to get our furniture in 30 days it took over 2 months to finally get it after I threatened them multiple times had to get my attorney involved and detectives when we finally got our belongings some things that were antique and had sentimental value were broken they said they had insurance to cover damages what a lie can't any response from the idiots they are irresponsible and can't be trusted they need to be prosecuted and shut down bottom line is that they suck and are liers I believe some of them are illegally here the address they use in Florida is bogus it is actually a restaurant they need to be investigated if you want your belongings back don't give up I'm willing to do whatever it takes to have them shut down and probably deported

DO NOT USE this so called buisness. Only put one star because you have to so you can write a review. Not worth any star.. They are scam artist to the fullest extent. They lie as soon as they answer the phone. They knowing hire fraudulent criminal moving companies. As soon as they have your money they will not return communications and when/if they do it is nothing but lies. They did not honor anything in contract. I still have not received any of my things. Items were picked up on 8/24. Two months later and nothing has arrived. No idea where my things have gone? They have not helped at all. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY, EVER!!!!!
Move from North Carolina to Ohio
Do Not use this company. Our items were picked up at the beginning of August. There was an expected delivery date within 3-10 business days. We have yet to receive our items and it is now mid September. We continue to receive dismissive answers and broken promises. No one is able to provide us with definitive answers on when we should receive our furniture. Possibly worse moving experience ever. Please do your research on red flags with moving companies.
Brokerage
Was told my initial payment was a deposit for half of my moving costs. Turns out, it was a brokerage fee. SCAM!
Scammers!
I can no longer get ahold of this company after they took two deposits for about $3000. The five star reviews are false, Isiah Johnson a reviewer is the 'senior moving coodinator' in charge of my move who will no longer return texts, calls, or emails. I will have to pursue them through Broward County sheriff's department at this point. I can't give them zero stars.
Qualified movers llc is a SCAM
Do not use this company. When you initially contact them they will keep lowering the price until you accept and do a bank transfer to pay the deposit. You’ll never hear from the again. If you do they will try to extort more money from you and if they can’t they’ll just hang up on you.
This company is a scam!
They took a deposit ( bank withdrawal only ). Convinced us to pay for more space and if not needed the day of move would be refunded! I was to receive a call telling me the window of pickup for my house. The call never came. All contact numbers for the company go to hold music and then to a mailbox that is full. Movers never showed or called and refuse to answer their phones. Total scam!
Avoid at all costs.
This was the worst moving experience I’ve ever been a part of. Grossly inflated difference between estimate and final costs, they lie to you about what vehicle is being used to move and make up the costs based on cubic feet but when the movers come they tell you it’s organized by “lines”. But, they’ve already got you for a large sum with your deposit so what is there to do?! The truck showed up on the other end and it was a rental box truck and not a tractor trailer (like they tell you). Total scam. Don’t give them a dollar.
Their Quality assurance department lead Kyle, couldn’t have been a worse human being - gave me a whole run around and told me to accept the additional $2k they wanted to charge me “and we’ll get all your stuff out for you bud and you can eat at all the great restaurants.” When I told him no he said well don’t complain to me when it costs more. It was even worse than what I’ve described. That’s just a piece of the conversation. Trash customer service.
The company will only contact you when they need you to pay up. They didn’t give me any updates on the date of pickup. I received a call from the movers on the other end the day of asking me to move in that day. I had to take off from work to accept my belongings.
Zero transparency. Zero accountability. They don’t even answer their phones. Avoid avoid avoid.
Best Movers
Ive moved several times in my life and by far had the best experience with these guys. Ron and his team were great from start to finish. The movers were on time and delivered my furniture in a reasonable amount of time with no damages. Highly recommend calling these guys.

DO NOT USE THIS COMANY FOR MOVING FOR REASONS BELOW.
Professional liars from customers service to movers. Never on time - 7 days late from binding time, no courtesy to even call and apologize for inform the customer. The amount they quote is actually not the amount they demand at loading and unloading. When you will call them to find out details, they are rude, unprofessional and will outright lie to you . In my case I caught their lie due to my profession and tried to help in response the ‘manger’ laughed at my profession as ‘first responder’.
Their crew of movers were extremely rude, unprofessional, cheating and lying . I have proof of all the things I am writing in this review. I have moved long distance several times and never had this kind of experience, headache or disrespectful treatment. WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE OR COMPANY.
Great people, great service all around
From start to finish my experience with these guys was nothing shy of professional. Ted and Mark were a pleasure to speak with and certainly made my move to Florida way easier than expected. Some people do their jobs, and some go above and beyond what they need to, and these guys did that. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great service, for a great price.

Movers were prompt and professional. I received my items in the same condition as when they were picked up. Customer service was knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend this service.
THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT
Qualified Movers contacted me regarding my move and offered an unbeatable price. They gave the appearance of a professional company and convinced me they could not take a credit card for the deposit (RED FLAG). I gave them my checking account information and they took the $700 deposit.
I called before their 72 hour cancellation period was over but somehow there was no one available to speak whenever I called. I waited for them to contact me to set up the move and no one called. No one contacted me or came to my apartment on the days for which the move was scheduled. They have not responded to my emails or phone messages still to this point. And the link to the estimate they sent me is now a dead end and inaccessible.
They are not registered with the Better Business Bureau, they are not on Yelp, and it is difficult to find on them on google. All RED FLAGS. STAY AWAY.
Awesome experience
In a world where nothing goes smoothly anymore, Qualified was a true standout. From initial contact until the last box was delivered, everything was handled professionally and competently. The online tools were great, and everyone was super helpful. Definitely took the pain out of moving. Thanks Qualified!
Move from Connecticut to Maryland
After contacting several companies we contracted with Qualified Movers. From my first phone call with a very nice and informative gentleman to the delivery of our furniture and belongings we couldn’t have had a better experience. They were very professional and took great care of us. It had been more than 20 years since our last move and everything went very smoothly. I highly recommend Qualified Movers!
