Money and customer service
They insisted on a money order without their company name on it. I would have had to get at least ten to cover the amount. I provided them with a cashiers check and they got very angry. They said they would have to cash it before I got my stuff. Then they damaged lots of my items and I cannot get a return call from the claims guy. Very unhappy with this company and the fee was double what was quoted.
Scam
This company is a complete joke. This company was subbed out to me by medal of honor moving group.. $6.00 per lb. for insurance, and .60 for standard insurance per lb. How do they know how much everything weighs. what a joke.

I'm having a hard time keeping "abusive" language out of this review against Revolution Moving Systems. I'm still so angry when I think of the numerous broken items(all of which I provided photos of, missing pieces and large ticket items that somehow mysteriously have gotten lost. How does one "lose" an almost brand new refrigerator, a 9ft custom sofa and half of an L-shaped computer desk? I think the word "stolen" is more appropriate. The customer service is horrendous, as I have emailed and/or called numerous times without ever getting a response. I have also dealt with a woman named Desiree ~ or whatever her name is now. She was the one I initially set up the contract with and who talked up this company to be the best, the most reasonable and a member of the BBB. I'm seeing in the reviews that others have had dealings with her and that she also goes by the name of Sarah. I have also been in contact with a Sarah, who apparently is one and the same as Desiree ~ which points to the probability that this is a very shady operation. Over $10,000 later, I filed a substantial claim along with numerous photos of all the damage, plus the replacement cost of the big ticket items that were never delivered and all we got back was $776.40 for a so-called settlement ~ which didn't even cover the cost to replace the stolen refrigerator. I hope that by posting this review, others will think twice about doing business with Revolution Moving Systems. BUYER BEWARE!!
Revolution Moving System.
The biggest scam in the moving business. Whatever moving company you choose, it may be the same under this business. I am missing my husband's gun which is extremely important to me as he was a state Trooper, killed in the line of duty. Never mind all the broken stuff and poorly packed items. I just want my gun back, yet Jorge Hernandez (driver) claims he put it on the truck. I've recorded phone calls as well. Yes, I had to wait 3 weeks and wasn't told initially. We are moving forward and investigating the stolen gun so buyer beware,,,,,If you're dealing with Jessica, Sarah, Haley, Brittany,,,these are names to be aware of as they also answer other moving companies.
Revolution Moving System.
This is an extremely manipulative moving company. The phone calls, the service, the never getting back to you,,,the list goes on and on. One of the movers, Jorge Hernandez, allegedly claims he packed my gun on the truck. Told Brittany, (phone agent) that he would take a lie detector test to prove it. Of course. My gun is missing!! This gun belonged to my husband who was killed in the line of duty and it means EVERYTHING to me. The name of this company has other moving company names attached to it so if you speak to Sarah, Jessica, Hayley, Brittany, they are more than likely one and the same company. We are continuing to investigate the stolen gun and yes, I have phone recordings. We will continue to stay on this until justice is prevailed. BUYER BEWARE!

If there was a NEGATIVE 10 star rating, that is what Revolution Moving System would be getting from me. This company is a complete joke! They shouldn't be in business.
I paid $1,300 to get my furniture moved from Texas to New York. After I received my items, I wish I would have just done the work myself. The company's customer service is unprofessional, not helpful and couldn't give a DARN about your items. The company has HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION, delayed services even though they PROMISE 7-10 business day delivery. I own a $400 Dyson fan, $200 floating shelve for my bedroom, a $70 mirror and all were broken upon arrival, except the mirror, that's no where to found. The floating shelve that should have been wrapped up to protect it from damaged, since that is what I paid this company to do, was never wrapped and damaged beyond repair. That's not to mention the items that were in boxes and somehow disappeared in transit since the boxes arrived HALF EMPTY. I contacted the company and their 3rd party insurance and all they want to give me is less than $5.00, yes FIVE DOLLARS for all the damage THEY CAUSED. Everything was poorly packed, the boxes were basically destroyed when they got to my final destination. Never again will I use a moving company to move. I personally have not done the research, but from my understand, moving companies have been deregulated effecting the integrity of all these moving companies and as customers not being able to do a thing about it.
If you are moving, I strongly advise you NOT TO USE A MOVING COMPANY, but if you absolutely have to, DO NOT USE REVOLUTION MOVING SYSTEM INC.

I did NOT hire this company and am so glad I didn't. This is STILL happening and I am STILL waiting for a call from the "christian" woman (her words) Sarah, who lied to me and slandered the company I DID hire..telling me they were awful, and brokers, and that they use Revolutions Trucks..that I was on THEIR manifest so why not cut out the middle man and hire them instead.She lied, talked trash and laughed about the wonderful guy I DID hire (Joe) with Arrow Moving Company. She had me in tears, lying, saying her boss AVIV trained Joe and trained him to "know what to say" to get your business. All I can say is stay as far away as you can. They are convincing and somehow knew details about my move and used that to gain my trust.
So, here I sit, MISS SARAH, waiting for the apology that was promised when you were caught in your LIES. How you live with yourself? You, my dear, will be the one to deal with the higher power when the time comes. Or maybe you no longer work there already? That would be the right and just thing to have happen
This company is deceitful! The woman who claims to be "Sarah" is in reality Desiree! Yessiree! She called me from a cell number as I would no longer answer the "companies" phone number..it came up as JADE ..I asked why..she said it was her daughters cell number (probably the ONLY truth she told) as I went to Facebook and searched for that cell number and voila!! It came up as Desiree ..the same Desiree who is getting all the bad reviews below..and guess what..it also says she works for "West Coast Movers" NOT Revolution Moving System. Complicated, but "Sarah" had told me she heard "rumors" that her company's phone number was somehow connected to West Coast (who has TERRIBLE BBB ratings) ..all I know is SARAH and DESIREE are one and the same. Revolution Moving System and West Coast Movers USA are also one in the same..so beware. they also called me and tried to get me to take down my reviews by bribing me with a great deal on my move. DON"T FALL FOR IT!! I am so confused and stressed already from my move, none of us needs all this drama!
Avoid.
The company Arrow will put you with another who have bad reviews. The company's name is Revolution. They broke my things and told me that they will give me a moving receipt. They took so long to deliver my things and they are liars. They do not do military moves.
