1. DO NOT USE they will scam you.

   THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I am filing a complaint with the FMCSA and reaching out to an attorney who specializing in consumer protection. They quoted us $3,200 for a move. After contracting Rhino, I saw these reviews but they already had our deposit so I was hoping for the best. The movers who worked directly for Rhino showed up the day of the move and DEMANDED $10k to move our stuff. We had a flight planned and are closing escrow in 2 days so they knew we had little choice. We are renting a truck and are moving ourselves. A $7,000 difference is not a mistake and they are trying to keep our $1,000 deposit. I am going to have to fight to get that back. We gave them a full, accurate inventory of our entire house. They purposely and systematically quote low and then hold people hostage when they know people have planned for a move and have sold their home. I am just lucky we gave ourselves a few days in case something happened. We got lucky. If this was the day of close of escrow, we would be stuck. I am hoping to get with other people who got scammed by them to get together to see if we can take action as a group.

2. Beware of these Movers.

   I would give no stars if possible. This company caused me and my family so much stress and heartache, it's difficult to put into words. But, I will try because I don't want anyone else to become victimized by this company. We were making a long distance move from Miami to Los Angeles. Howard assured me that they handled cross country moves all the time. I chose them based on price as well as Howard bad mouthing the competition. I should have known better. At any rate, the pick up went somewhat smoothly, but the delivery was not smooth at all. We had to call every day for several weeks to find out the status of our truck. It took 3 weeks longer than quoted. We usually didn’t even get information when we called. Therefore, we were in our home in Los Angeles for several weeks without anything. Then when our items arrived, it was a huge cluster---. Almost every box was damaged in some way. There were many high ticket items missing, and the guys that delivered really didn’t care. Howard had assured me that they did not sub contract, but my delivery guys barely knew Rhinos name. They just advised me to file a claim, which I did. When our items arrived, it looked like we had been the bottom of the barrel in the moving truck.,,and we had a lot of stuff. Either way it appeared that our items were at the bottom of their pile from Miami to LA, and that’s how they were delivered. My husband had been advised at the pick up to not purchase the additional insurance…BIG MISTAKE. I also tried to claim it on our homeowners insurance. That didn’t work either. Essentially, after hours of documentation including images and pricing, we were given a settlement of $72.00. The total of our damage exceeded $8000.00.  I will include the inventory list I provided to Rhino. I ended up working with Rhino after that and Michelle promised they were going to rectify the situation in some way. After several months of talking to her and trusting her, she went off the grid. So here I am now offering innocent people my experience with the hopes that this behavior will not be repeated. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT REPUTABLE. NOR CAN THEY HANDLE A CROSS COUNTRY MOVE MUCH LESS A SMALL MOVE.

3. Most competitive one.

   As I got a new business opportunity there in Dallas, TX we have decided to move from Miami, FL. From all of the moving companies I spoke to, rhino moving was undoubtedly by far the most competitive and accurate once we got the estimate and quote from. They were on time, properly dressed and were very efficient. The movers were extremely patient and friendly. Our possessions were delivered on time and without any trouble. Job well done!

4. Expert in moving special items.

   They planned our move in 2 parts. 1st they came in the previous day of the move to pack all our belongings and then in the next morning they came to load everything to start for our new location. We have a large amount of valuable china, glass, pictures and antique furniture all of which were treated appropriately and moved safely. Chino, the foreman carefully arranged the antique items. We felt that nothing was too much trouble for them. A large amount of furniture had to be placed in the right rooms of our new house which was done without complaint. The quote we received was very competitive and substantially lower than some other company. It was a pleasure to deal with Rhino moving. .

5. Stay Away.

   Not only did they pick up our items late, we had to beg them to deliver our items.  They were "stuck" in warehouse in NJ for almost 4 weeks.  When they delivered, we were missing 4 large boxes, one of which was a wardrobe box.  They insisted on giving us items that did not belong to us.  They will not take these items back and cannot locate our missing items.  I've followed up with them time and time again to search for my items and all they tell me is to file a claim.  It's not about the money - it's about my sentimental personal belongings.  I would recommend finding someone else unless you want a headache.  .

6. Great Service.

   I had a long distance move, so smooth and relaxed from Florida to Texas. These people are great. They showed up on time and started to load everything very carefully. I had many pieces of heavy furniture so I thought that it was going to be a problem for them. They brought large boxes, tape, blankets… I had lots of furniture but nothing got damaged. Thank you guys for doing this job so well. I will recommend Rhino moving to everyone looking for a great moving company.

7. Hassle free move.

   Rhino moving did a wonderful job moving our belongings. They took great care with our stuff and nothing was damaged or broken when we received it. The movers were very helpful and courteous. The actual cost was actually lower than the quote, so we are very pleased and we will use them again if we need to move.                                                                                                            .

   4. Good communication- we were able to communicate so smoothly, anytime I needed anything or had questions they were always there to answer.
   5. All my belongings were transferred safely without any damages or scratches
   6. Price of the service was very reasonable.
    
   I just want to say, these guys are great movers, highly recommended.

9. Moved us to Phoenix, AZ.

   I chose Rhino moving because my daughter told me that they were a very good company to go with to move to Phoenix. They packed our home and moved us in such a good fashion. I could not have asked for a better way to move back to our hometown and we are so happy. I would have paid them double for the all of their hard work that they did for me and my family. Thank you so much Rhino moving.

10. They are the real deal!

    Many months ago I contacted rhino moving to come out for an in home estimate. When the guy showed up and started to explain the move process I thought he was trying to pull a fast one on me. The price he gave me was really affordable and everything he told me I thought was a lie, turned out I was wrong. I called one of the less expensive companies which turned out to be a broker and on the day of the move they tried to triple the price of the move. I realized then that the estimator from rhino moving was telling me the truth and even though I didn't like him at first I now could tell he was being very honest and I should have just used rhino moving in the first place. I called them back and asked them to come out again as I had sold some of my furniture and wanted to get a current list of items to move and the cost. The same guy came out and did his thing and gave me a price that did not go up at all on the day of the move. They did exactly as he said they would and everything was just as I expected. I really need to thank the rep Mike and apologize for thinking he was trying to trick me. He really was just giving me a real and honest price. I can't thank him enough. Thank you also to everyone who worked with me.

11. Amazing team.

    I have had several moves and this one is the most wonderful (Pompano Beach, FL – Memphis, TN). I have read a lot of comments and I decided to hire Rhino moving. Their team of workers was Cisco and his helpers who were very friendly, polite and fast. I had some new and some old furniture, some of the pieces are my favorite ones, and I was really worried that some of these could get damaged or lost. These guys were great. They were super careful with my stuff and they treated me with high respect. All my things were intact. They brought all the necessary equipment and worked consistently and efficiently. Another reason I chose this company is because of the price which was more than reasonable. When we finished the job, there were no extra fees. I paid the amount I was told to at the very beginning of my moving procedure. If I would have to move again, I would definitely call Rhino moving again! .

12. Rhino Moving Inc.

    Do!! Not!!  Hire!! Rhino movers inc were liars from the beginning to the end!! Saleman Howard lied about the price ,the contract ,thier services, the fact they own thier trucks and thier standing with the BBB which has been REVOKED !! They were 12 hours late in picking furniture up and then proceeded to more than double the quote at pick up !! The time of delivery they put me off for over a week calling me every day saying it would be the next day ..then by the time they finally got there after they took their last payment they said it was so late in the evening that they can only reassemble one bed ..My husband and son had to end up helping them carry the boxes in !! This was the biggest crock of crap I've ever experienced!!  Save yourself a headache and not hire them!!

13. How disgraceful the performance was for Rhino Movers.

    I agreed to pay these crooks almost $8,000 to move my household effects from Florida to Virginia. At the last minute I lost the house in virginia so I bought one in Georgia.  Rhino would not reduce the price but the day of the move raised the price by $3,000 or they would put everythig back.  Oh, how I wish they had. Dealing with rhino meant losing approximately 1/2 of my precious antiques and collectors items smashed or gone completely with no accounting, other than to call me a liar and claim I never owned the things that are missing.  I have photos! Rhino offered no help other than paying 60 cents per pound and says nothng about my missing items that obvious went to the dozen or more who complain that they got other peoples things.   This is the worse experience of this kind in my life.  It almost killed me to lose my lovely and meaningful belongings that I have owned all my life.   I have a major law suit against Rhino for $100K.  It will be heard in Pompano Beach, FL.  Please enjoin my suit. 14. My mover was great!

    I used Rhino moving when we had to move from Florida to Tennessee. The service was very friendly and time efficient. Briel and the team where true professionals and courteous throughout the entire process! I would highly recommend this mover for any future moves big or small.                                                                                                                                                                                                                         .

15. Excellent job.

    Moving was easy with Rhino Moving because of their expertise and willing to do well. I hired Rhino Moving because of my cousin’s recommendation and got the best move ever. They move me and my family to Chicago, IL from Miami, FL in just 5 days. Their packing service was excellent and the moving was done with ease. We had many breakables and some really heavy and vulnerable furniture but everything was taken care of perfectly. Good job by Rhino Moving.
