Rochester Moving & Storage Good on Schedule Poor on Quality.
We used Rochester Moving and Storage to move our furniture and tools. The move was only about a mile in distance. The good:
They arrived on time and the estimate was very close to the actual cost.
The not so good: We had minor damage to a number of pieces of furniture, a damaged bracket on a piece of machinery and they forgot to leave the screws for the desk. Contacted them and Dave said he would set up a time in the "next couple days" to come and see the damage and talk about the concerns we had. That was about a month ago and he has not called or come out to discuss our concerns.
