Late, slow, expensive, careless
Unfortunately, I wish I would have read the bad review before booking them. The person with the damaged furniture was spot on. We moved only a few miles away and it took a team of 3 nine (9) hours to move our two bedroom apartment. Everything packed and ready to go. They were slow, they asked me to go get them food, they took ALOT of brakes and we had to pay for everything. On top of that they asked for more money to move one a small couch up the stairs. They had an elevator for every thing else. They sent a “specialist” to mount a small tv he only made holes on the wall and said he couldn’t mount the tv we still paid for the time he spent trying to figure out where the holes went. At the end of it all my husband had to help them move things with his bad back because if he didn’t they would have probably spent the night. Our bill $1700. My sister in-law moved to Florida for less than that full service too. Don’t waste your money. if you want slow, expensive and rude go ahead but be warned they are terrible
Great move.
Rockstar packed and moved the contents of our art studio in Los Angeles when we opened a new studio in Laguna Beach.
The cost was fair and they wore protective gear throughout the moving process.
The only issue we had was that due to inclement weather and traffic our things arrived later than expected to the destination.
Shipped Our Vehicles.
Rockstar handled picking up and shipping our vehicles to Honolulu. My husband got a new job there and we needed to move fairly quickly.
There were no issues with delivery delays or any scratches or other damage to our vehicles. The cost was in line with their competition.
Smooth Moving Experience.
Rockstar handled our move to San Diego last month. They came prepared and on-time. The cost was reasonable. We had a bit of an issue with going a bit over the initial estimate since we under-estimated how much we had to move.
They worked with us on determining a new budget that we could both live with.
The moving team packed our things with great care and un-packed them from the truck into our new condo where we instructed them to.
It’s hard to find a good moving company and Rockstar came through for us.

Rockstar planned our move very well prior to coming and packing our things.
We had no issues during the move and things went smoothly.
The cost was quite fair for such a seasoned and professional team.
The only issue is our things arrived at the storage unit a little late because of traffic and other delays. Otherwise everything went well.

Great moving and storage firm.
Our move from Santa Monica to Palm Desert went well. There were no issues. We used their storage unit and they transported our car for us to our temporary housing.
Our new condo wasn’t ready in time for the move. The storage unit they provided was clean and climate controlled. The price for the entire package was quite fair.
