Good Job !
We contacted 1 again after having such a great experience with Safe & Secure Moving the first time round. Communication was excellent and the service delivered was impeccable. 1 arrived at 8am promptly and had us moved into our new property in over an hour. No items were damaged and everything was done with great care. We are extremely happy as he made the whole experience stress-free. We thoroughly recommend him and his team and will definitely use his service again.
Never Use This Company!
If you look this company up on Google maps, there is a reason you will not see any moving trucks at their address. Once you contract with this company and you're past your cancellation date, they will hand you off to a logistics company that will come and pack up your stuff (Safe & Secure Moving is just a sales organization). The logistics company will then sell your "move" to an independent driver that takes your stuff to your new home. You might get lucky, but your stuff is packed, loaded, then unloaded at the logistics center, sits waiting for a driver, then is loaded again. We had several damaged and missing items and found little accountability from anyone. We submitted a claim for several thousand dollars and received a $95 check. We will NEVER use these crooks again and suggest you do the same. Stick with a company that does the whole job (sales, pack up, drive & unload). It might cost a bit more but well worth it.

I have no doubt they are the best choice of moving company. In the past few years, I have gotten the opportunity to hire them out on three different occasions. Every time, they did a perfect job that left me smiling at the end of the day. It is like their services keep on improving with time as the rates get better. Their moving team has a sense of hard work and commitment that will leave you with a challenge.

My wife moved out of our storage unit and into a new house because of her job. We had the pleasure of having 1 move us. They were professional, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with their work! They wrapped everything carefully for her and were very careful with our furniture and the new house! Much appreciated.

I am very happy with the result, from the start till end, 1 was in constant communication with me and was very responsive any time I called or emailed. Come moving day the crew was very good, I’ve done several moves before and this time I did not have the time to deal with packing. They did an excellent job packing all of my boxes and furniture I was truly impressed. When my stuff arrived everything was unloaded and put together.

Real professional and knowledgeable movers! Have used them twice and have no hesitation to hire them again. Moved a 2600 square foot house 2 miles in 3 hours using two 17 foot truck loads. Boy can they pack a truck more finely. They come with all the tools and blankets for local deliveries so save yourself some money and don’t rent blankets from the truck rental company. Enough said Safe & Secure Moving gets my 5 stars rating!
Trustworthy Movers.
Thank you, you made a very nervous and stressed girl feel really relaxed and good about moving to another country. I moved 5 boxes and a mattress topper! The movers came to my flat, loaded all my belongings into boxed (I had pre packed but it took them more 30 minutes) and they were off. I was nervous as the price was so good and less than a week later my belongings arrived at my apartment! The men even carried them up to the 4th floor for me and didn't complain once. Thank you so much.
Pro Movers.
I was looking for a mover online and they all seemed to offer the same thing, except Safe & Secure Moving. The biggest selling point for us was the free plastic green boxes that require no taping that were lent to us for the move. This made a massive difference to our packing and unpacking. On moving day, the 2 guys we had were pleasant, efficient and hard working. They finished 20 mins before the hour and as they would be charging us for the full hour, they offered to unpack or put the beds together. We have moved a few times over the years and this company was by far the best we have experienced.

I hate moving, however Safe & Secure Moving and the team made it extremely simple. From the minute they arrived they worked with care and absolute diligence. The job was completed on time and on budget with a professional attitude and providing great value for money. The headache was removed from a normally very stressful time and I would not hesitate to recommend this service to anyone. Safe and Secure and his team of boys did a fantastic job for us today. They were on time for the move, did everything professionally and with great care. They are kind and friendly and did everything exceptionally well and with a fantastic attitude. Nothing was damaged, everything treated very carefully and although there were some challenging logistics in getting up to our new apartment, they were swift. Really great experience!! Would highly recommend!

Yet our experience was the same. I recently hired Safe & Secure Moving, LLC to move me and my family to our new location and, I must say it was a beautifully, smooth move! The guys, who did the work, were super flexible and professional with my indecisiveness about moving certain things. They moved at a great pace to complete the task at hand. They remained calm during the entire time. I was impressed with their working together especially since it was their first time working together per them. Great Moving Experience.
I am very grateful to Safe & Secure Moving, LLC and all of them and specially their customer overhaul which were very helpful too! We might move again in a couple of years and we definitely will use this company again! This was a local move and I can't say enough about the business organization and concern the Safe & Secure Moving, LLC crew had. Highly recommended and a good one.
Very Bad Experience.
I use this company because of the " Good Price" they quoted, but as you have heard all of your life … you get what you pay for. First of all I should of been suspicious when they didn't come and inventory my furniture. They relied on me telling them room by room what I was transporting. You then have to lock in the contract with an1800 charge to your credit card. Then you have to pay them to pick up your stuff by cash or post office money order, which they bumped me up another 350 dollars stating I took up more space that initially stated. Mean while they only want to know items and box count at first contact. After picking up my stuff I did not know where my stuff was , I actually thought is was stolen as the could not tell me where it was for 15 days! Then 20 days from the pick up I got my stuff along with a 3000 increase in price by a truck driver that wreaked of weed! Again they would only except cash of postal money order. Terrible Terrible experience , if I ever move again I will rent a truck and do it my self! Oh yea they are not even an actual moving company they are brokers which the fail to tell you!
