1. NEVER ASKED ABOUT INSURANCE

   I used the broker Safe Relocation and was never asked about what type of insurance I wanted for my items. They had S & M Relo come and pick up my items. They lost several of my items which totaled over $4000 and I was offered $50 as my settlement. I was never offered full insurance. I was pressured into using them!!!
   
   DO NOT EVER USE THEM!!!!!
   
   My brand new $2900 king size mattress was lost, a midcentury modern mirror valued at $1000 ( belonging to my parents' bedroom set and is priceless to me) and I had to stay in a hotel for an additional 10 days $700 while they confirmed my items were lost. DO NOT EVER USE THEM!!!
   
   DO NOT USE THIS BROKER! I ALSO FEEL LIKE WE WERE ROBBED AND MY NEW MATTRESS IS IN SOMEONE'S HOME! JUST NOT MINE!!

2. Thieves.

   DONT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY OR BELONGINGS. We moved from Nebraska to Arizona, my husband set up the move and sent the initial “deposit”. I had to then do an inventory review with someone called Ann and I explained I was only going to have roughly 25-30 boxes (I sold all my belongings” but she pushed and got very rude that I needed to go for a bigger package just in case. I had to also make an additional $500 payment before the end of the call and then the remaining fee was due when they delivered our belongings. On the date of move they tried to change the date and time but we weren’t having it and they showed up 10 hours late and the movers tried to say I had to pay them lol sorry not happening. We were told our things would be there within a week. Now after what we had already paid we were supposed to only owe $450, then all of a sudden it turns into that we owed $1200 and they wouldn’t bring our stuff till at least half was paid then and then the other half when they finally showed up. It took them 3 weeks to get my stuff here. And to make it even better after scamming us for thousands my “loose items” as they called it, meaning TV’s, pictures etc were completely destroyed and of course at that point we were no longer able to get in contact with them again.

3. Bunch of Thieves! Armando Brisson is a Thief!!

   DO NOT USE THIS BROKER!!
   
   WE HAVE BEEN ROBED A $2000 BIKE, SEVERAL EXPENSIVE SUITS, A BRAND NEW COMPUTER AN MANY OTHER ITEMS.
   
   LOTS OF OUR BOXES ARE MISSING.
   
   THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM.
   
   THE REST OF THE BOXES ARE COMPLETELY DESTROYED.

4. Miss Leading.

   I used this company to help me move a bed room suit. It should be known they are not actual movers they are a broker. Lesson learned, I was quoted one price and they held my furniture hostage until I paid the higher price when they showed up. No return calls Michelle ghosted my cost ended up being $2000.00 dollars Quoted $1200.00. I got charged a a long distance fee, and something called a long carry charge, and a fuel surcharge. The tried to charge me 300.00$ for expedite fee and I refused to pay it. My advise in the future use a company, not a broker and be aware of the extras that they say "You are all good your price is your price". I will say the company that did the move it put me as a customer in a very awkward position having to argue with them. Painful, and again I say again they never answer there phones or return calls. Stay away or get screwed.

5. The Horrible Moving services - Won't recommend.

   This is Horrible moving service, They called by getting my data from moving services and given a quote of $1550.00 and forced me to pay advance amount by not giving time to think and decide.
   
   Later they have given my moving services to other company which I don't even know and without intimating me.
   
   Even when we call them, no response. they won't even pick your calls. After they get advance amount as a customer, you will be locked and they will play with you. No calls, no mail responses.
   
   Sub contract to other company. that company is more horrible. Don't believe these movers and book yourself with them. you will end pay more than the quote and moving might take more than months with no guaranty of stuff in good shape.

6. Won't Recommend.

   I would not recommend this company. I am moving from CA to TX. They are a broker, so their quote was way higher due to making profit when they bid out for local movers. Also, their reps will just hang up on you without saying goodbye. I am not sure if this is a Florida thing or not. One of the conversation with them was telling him I appreciate their customer service and I will get back to you after speaking with my husband, and Joey just hung up. My last call I told them we decided to go with a direct company, and again, he hung up on me while I was speaking. I personally find this rude, but I get at this point, I am wasting his precious time. My advise is go with a direct company that uses their own trucks and men.

7. Terrible Experience.

   DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAM ARTISTS!! I HAVE ENGAGED AN ATTORNEY AND THE MEDIA!! If I could give them ZERO stars I would. I honestly believe that every one of the great reviews posted here are absolutely FAKE. My experience started off great. The service and responsiveness were great and I thought I was getting a great value as well. Then, 2 days before the movers were supposed to arrive, the QA person called and increased my estimate by 50% which in turn increased my deposit, which of course they had to have immediately or the move would not be confirmed (shame on me for agreeing). Our move day came and went. No contact from this company to let us know what was happening. I had to call customer service repeatedly to get anyone to answer and let me know what was happening. Then, late the day of our "back up" move date someone from "dispatch" called to let me know they were calling about my move scheduled for the next day. We were scheduled for a full service pack and long distance move on 12.29 with a back up date of 12.30. The truck finally showed up at noon on 12.31. We were supposed to be out of our house at 5 pm on 12.31. They then proceed to tell me that my estimate is going up again by another 50% and I need to sign binding paperwork for them to start their work. I told them based on the direction from customer service that I would only sign it if it were non-binding. The guy grabbed his paperwork, told me I was wasting his time and DROVE AWAY!! People, I can't make this up. Customer Service apologized and said they would send another crew out the next day. I never got a confirmation from anyone, no crew showed up and Customer Service stopped taking my calls until I called from a number they didn't recognize. Now they won't answer that number either. They said they would issue a refund and the check would be here in 5-7 business day. Yeah, right! Shame on me again for thinking this company has any scruples at all and would actually do the right thing. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAM ARTISTS!! I HAVE ENGAGED AN ATTORNEY AND THE MEDIA!! There is NO WAY the good reviews here are real people.

8. Sold my move to a rogue company stole 600.00 of my money.

   This company fed me a line of bs. Gave me one price to get the contract then sold the move to another company who is holding my things demanding 2000.00 more than the price Safe Relocation quoted me. Now safe relocation will not take my calls. They sure took my money though which I am now disputing. Have to hire an attorney to sue these thief’s.

9. Best moving company.

   This is the best moving company I have ever had. They were not only timely they were understanding and took very good care of all my items and heirlooms.

10. Recommendation and review.

    This company is a very reputable accredited company and I would highly advise and recommend anybody in need of a good moving company to proceeded with them. Their staff is nothing less than helpful and they provide fantastic customer service. I was provided with terrific pricing and they were at my home to move my belongings ahead of time. They have been in the moving industry for an extended period of time and when I called the owner back to provide Positive feedback, he too was very kind and courteous. All my belonging were moved with the upmost care.

11. The best movers out there period.

    This company took care of myself my family and all of our belongings moving cross country. After doing a lot of searching online, recommendations etc I knew that safe relocation was the one we would go with. Moving that far has always been a huge fear of mine but that changed the second I got in contact with them. Super reliable and safe and answered any questions I had along the way. I will never use another company again! Thank you guys for everything!!

12. A wonderful experience all around!

    From quoting to delivery the entire process was smooth and seamless. None of my items were damaged and they even came back in under their original quote since I overestimated how much stuff I had! Good communication and always right on time. I will definitely be using them again for my next move!!

13. Recommendation.

    Fast and Reliable . Attentive Staff.
    They were able to help me out with short notice and .. My sister hired this moving company to deliver a partial load of furniture. When using Safe Relocation Inc you will receive the best long distance service in the industry. They are great long distance movers.

14. Crooks!! It’s a Scam!!

    I hired this company to move my things on November 5, 2019. The pick up date on my contract was Nov 22nd or 23rd. That was our move out date at our home. The mover called us on Nov 23rd and told us he was going to be days late and arranged a local moving company to move our stuff to storage. Even though THEY arranged the extra move because THEY couldn’t move us as agreed, they then stuck us with the additional moving cost. They told us they would cover the cost, but they did not. THEN, they canceled the mover that was late and scheduked a second one. We had to pay an ADDITIONAL $1000 cash (via Zelle) that was NOT agreed upon in the contract to get the stuff picked up!! THEN, after it was picked up and our money was taken, the second mover cut off contact with us. We have called and called these people with NO answer, and it is now DECEMBER 12th!! We HAVE NO IDEA WHERE OUR STUFF IS AND NO ONE WILL ANSWER OR RETURN OUR CALLS!! I’m pretty sure ALL OF OUR BELONGINGS HAVE BEEN STOLEN and we are already out $1700.00 IN ADDITION. All I know what to do at this point is to file reports with the police, FBI and Better Business Bureau, all of which I will be doing ASAP.

ONLY GOOD REVIEWS ARE PHONY ACCOUNTS THAT ARE SET UP BY THEM TO TRY AND MAINTAIN HIGHER RATINGS! PLEASE HIRE MAYFLOWER OR UNITED VAN LINES TWO LEGIT MOVERS AND NOT CRIMINAL BROKERS! ALL THESE PEOPLE WORKING FOR THIS COMPANY ARE DIRT BAGS AND NEED TO BE BEHIND BARS!YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! And I want my star back..
