Worst movers ever.
Save yourself much grief and DO NOT USE this company!! They showed up late, they packed and loaded 3 items that they were specifically told to leave during the walk-through and refused to unload them (an office chair, a small table and a rocking chair). They spread out the load so that it took up way more room than necessary. There was 3-4 feet of empty space at the top of the load (I worked construction for 5 years, so I know what that 3-4' looks like, and I have moved a number of times so I know exactly how a good packing job looks.) This increased my cost by $2000. The driver told me to either pay up or they would unload the truck and I could wait for another driver, bullying an old lady into submission. Three items were lost in the move, and the most expensive piece of furniture I own was damaged. A piece was broken off and tucked into a drawer before the unit was wrapped. I got a total of $12 for the damage from CSI. The phone number I was given is bogus. I called their customer service number 64 times, yet they were able to show that they contacted the mover exactly 1 time on my behalf. Stay away from these creeps!!
