Damaged property.
Stopped communicating. Won’t acknowledge damage. Ruined an $1800 elliptical because they didn’t know what they were doing. Wasn’t damaged as part of the move they literally ruined it during the re-assembly process. Looks like a second grader tried to put it back together. Damaged all power cords and other wires. Another third party came out and said they ruined it. Then they stopped the communication. Said we didn’t buy enough insurance. If you use this company you better pay for the full insurance and call Aflac for more.
Did not deliver my full load.
Six months after you've moved and you finally unpacked all of your belongings, you realize that much as maybe 20 boxes or more we're not delivered. My guess is that they were removed to maintain the estimate poundage. The Driver proudly announced that they were within a few pounds of the estimated pounds. Even though I was told even if it went over, they would deliver my belongings. They did not. The driver was supposed to check off each numbered box as they came off the truck. My guess is that didn't happen either.
