Michael & Jose were EXCELLENT!! We had a few hitches on our side before getting to start, but Michael & Jose were so patient and genuinely caring. My experience with Smooth Moves could not have been better. From the front office, the scheduling, the communications and the actual pick-up and delivery, the professionalism and attention to detail were exceptional. Both Manning and Marvis were skilled movers. They worked carefully and quickly. I would recommend them to anyone.

The two men showed up early, were dressed to work and were clean and well kept. They were very nice and accommodating, and they finished the moving in good time. We had heavy furniture in our basement and needed it brought up a flight of stairs. The men were agreeable and there was no grumbling. Nothing was broken and nothing was damaged. The guys were polite and of good spirit. I would definitely use them again! Money well spent!!
