Don’t let the name fool you!
I can’t say enough good things about this company! We are a Navy family, so we move quite often. This is our 6th move, in 7 years. Lisa was our moving coordinator for this one. She came to our home and did a thorough walk through with me & my wife. She answered all of our questions and even offered some great tips that we would have never thought of. Lisa is very experienced in the moving world and we were honored to have her help. She helped make this move the easiest one yet! Our moving truck showed up on time, which is a 1st based on all our prior moves. The guys were great, Nick, Robert, Sammy & Jose are true professionals at there trade. I was very impressed in how clean and neat there truck was. We felt very much at ease as they were extremely polite and happy to be moving. The guys told us they look at there job as a sport, they get paid to work out! There attitude set the pace for the entire day! There vibe was consistent even when there were some frustrating situations. We had some heavy furniture upstairs at our old home that definitely took some muscles! We are very happy to have found soft touch moving and we will most definitely be using them the next time we move! We have already referred them to friends who have also experienced what a great move is all about! I want to thank everyone from Soft Touch even the guy who delivered our boxes prior to our move, but cannot remember his name. Thank you! We have found our forever movers and we will definitely give the highest recommendations to anyone moving in the future. Give them a call, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you so much again!

BEWARE!! Never use this company!!
I went to Soft Touch Moving for moving services over the weekend. It was the worst experience of my life!! First off I was overcharged, and when I toldThem that I did not have that much money on my card and that I would have to get the cash from my old house and get the funds put onto a card. She then stated that she would keep her guys there and continue the clock running until I came back to pay. I told her that I did not feel this was fair and that I would call her back with payment. She then threatened to call the police for theft of services. I explained to her again that I did not even have the cash on me so there was nothing I could do right at that second, As I did not expect to be overcharged. She continued to be very rude and so I hung up in attempt to go to my vehicle go get the money and call in the payment. However when I went to my vehicle, she had remotely locked their truck so that I could not leave. I was blocked into my parking space. I had to have my father pay these charges over the phone in order to even be able to leave my residence. I did not want the police to show up to my new place. After my Dad paid these charges, she unlocked their vehicle. When I tried to call her to discuss the charges, she would not pick up the phone. I went up to the business to try to get a copy of my bill and what I signed. She stated that the charges were correct and there’s nothing that she was going to do about it and became quite belligerent. She closed the door while calling me a bitch at the same time. I Returned the compliment and she came back out of the building. At that point two other drivers are driving up so sheWent up to them saying that I was harassing her and to call the police. I politely explained to those two other workers that I was simply trying to get a copy of my bill and discuss my charges. They said they do not give copies of what I signed during the time of move andLisa said she would not give me a copy because I didn’t pay for your services my dad did. Which is not true I paid for the original amount and paid my dad back for the services he had to pay for due to me being blocked into my parking space. I told them that I was going to take them to small claims court and to be prepared to be served. Lisa became very upset and got into my face saying that I’m not going to do anything while waving both middle fingers back-and-forth in front of my face. She then started waving her hands in front of my face causing me to swap one of her hands away by instinct. I was then attacked by Lisa. While trying to pull us apart, one of their other workers pulled my hair and left a huge bruise on both of my arms. All of this occurred right in front of my child who is sitting in my vehicle. This is the most unprofessional company that I have ever heard of and nobody should ever have to use them. There is even a news story about them on AZ family news regarding them throwing a family’s belongings out onto the street and then lying about the reason on TV. Here is the Link.

My moving team was Scott and Victor. They were on time, personable, professional, quick and efficient. They moved my 1 bedroom apartment in just over 3 hours! I'm impressed with this company after having had some moving nightmares in the past.
Soft Touch Moving.
I have nothing but high praise for Soft Touch Moving. The first time I used them, they were referred to me by a friend who said they were great. They moved us from a packed four bedroom home into a temporary smaller home and two storage units. I couldn't believe how they got so much furniture and boxes packed tightly (but safely) into storage. The second move with Scott, Jose, and Mario was from the home and the storage units into our new home. They arrived on time and are professional and very friendly. They take care to wrap the furniture, as well as the doorways, to protect them, and in both moves, nothing has ever been damaged in any way. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and extremely professional company!
Moving Company.
This was the best decision I could make to use Soft Touch Moving and Packing. My movers (Alexander, Jason and Lisa were professional, Curtious, friendly and proficient. They arrived on time, went right to work and moved everything in a timely manner. They knew exactly how to pack to optimize my storage unit. I would recommend them and the company to anyone. Thx guys and when I am ready I will be reaching out to you for my next move. You took the stress out of moving.
Best Movers in the Valley.
Scott and Alex were AWESOME. Very prompt, professional and all around great guys. A+ job from start to finish. Protected my items as well as wrapping doors, jambs and railings with protective covers to protect the property they were moving my things into. I will definitely use Soft Touch for any moving needs in the future.

I'm glad I didn't listen to the review that complained about this company. They were on time and did everything possible to make the transition an easy one. Soft touch moved furniture from a home for a consignor of mine. I own a resale & consignment shop. I was very impressed with Scott and his team with not only how carefully they packed all the furniture up for my consignor but how they took extra special care to make sure everything was delivered in excellent condition. If you need a mover, I HIGHLY recommend Soft Touch for a great moving experience. If there were more stars, I would give them to this company. Kudos to them for their help.
Poor moving experience.
This review is a little long so I did add side notes on the bottom but if this can help at least one person in choosing another company it was worth the time invested in writing it
First off I tried to resolve all issues with owner prior but even after agreeing with their resolving is very poor extended no further help. First off I made the appointment two days prior as it asks we agreed that they would arrive between 2-5pm which works perfect. Well I called in roughly 2pm to find out an eta explained the driver will contact me in a few minutes. 2 hours later I called back after receiving no response from nether office or driver and finally got a call from the driver at 3pm with an eta of 1-2 hours - perfect still in their time frame right? Well the next call came roughly 5:15 explaining they will be about an hour out and had no idea I lived in surprise even after I very clearly stated that when ordering. Well arriving late already they finally came a little after six well upon moving al the stuff to the new house the driver came up and said "by the way broke your office chair" very relaxed and didn't apologize or even write down on the paper. Well understandable assume they would replace it I called in and my now $150 office chair has become about $3.00 because they offer .60 cents a pound for things they break. Never apologized for arriving late or for breaking my stuff just kept stating the laws to me instead of saying sorry. I'd recommend any other company over this. No issues they inflicted were resolved. All I wanted was an apology and a fair deal for things they damaged but received neither. Owner raised voice stating that if every mover that broke something had to actually replace it they'd be out of business. Go with a bigger more reliable company. - they also forgot a BBQ grill which they new they had to take since they cleaned it off specifically to put on their truck.
TL/DR: arrived late with no call ahead, broke expensive chair and offered very little to reimburse, forgot items to take with them and didn't apologize for any above issues.
Amazing people to work with!
My parents decided to move after youngest sister moved out, but their ‘empty nest’ was not so empty-it had twenty years of stuff that a large family accumulates. This job just felt impossible to us. Scott's crew showed up and had the entire house moved in six hours to my parent's new condo, and everything was placed thoughtfully for unpacking, with the larger pieces set up for them. Words cannot describe how comfortable they made my family during the moving process which is usually a very stressful time in life. Scott's rates are excellent-competitive, and SO worth it. The crew was just incredible.. on time, SUPER efficient and extremely careful with their time, coming in under their estimate, but we compensated them anyway, and then some! Everything that gives you pause about hiring movers is not true with these guys-they totally break the mold with an extremely professional crew and a very nice, communicative, and thorough booking system. Hire these guys, and your move will be a breeze!
Great experience with Soft Touch Moving & Packing!
Soft touch moving did a fantastic job at making sure nothing got damaged on our journey from AZ to NJ This was a exceptionally well planned out move on the behalf of the Soft Touch crew. We hired them based on our last moving experience were we hired them for unloading a u haul and they were impressive! On the long hall they went way beyond our expectations. Scott came out to take a look at our stuff and was very friendly. He was able to give us a quote which was within our budget. We did get two other bids that were both not able to give us a on site price. Both companies were a lot more expensive so it was a no brainier. My Crew of five movers showed up three of them in which helped us unloading a u haul two years ago. It was nice to see some familiar faces! They took extra precautions to insure nothing got broke. They wrap everything up extremely well! They put fragile stickers on all my presous items and boxed my TVs. They rolled out a red runner at my front door to protect the floors. It was well worth the research I did to find a professional company. It took four days for my stuff to arrive in NJ The driver was very informative and kept me updated the duration of there journey with updated text messages. They arrived on the fifth day at 7am and had our stuff unloaded and beds reassembled & set up by 9am We completely unpacked and couldn't find a single dent,scratch or ding on anything! We are so happy with our experience from Soft Touch Moving I felt obligated to write this review to help people looking for over the top service. This company gets a A+ for having some of the nicest,caring guys I've ever met! The best price and no damages! "JOB WELL DONE".

We recently employed Soft Touch Moving Company to assist us in our move from Gilbert to Queen Creek. We found the services provided by the company to be truly outstanding. First, Scott and Lisa agreed to meet with my wife and I in the evening to discuss our needs and the type of services we were expecting from any moving company. Scott telephoned us to inform us that they were on their way to our appointment and provided us with an estimated time of arrival. Scott and Lisa arrived on time for our appointment. They listened to our needs and concerns and addressed each in a professional manner. Within 24 hours we received an estimate for our move. On the day of the move Scott again telephoned to inform us of when he anticipated he and his crew would arrive at our home. Once more they arrived on time. Scott and his assistants Mike and Shane acted in a professional manner throughout the day. They took great care to protect not only our possessions but the walls and floors of the house we were moving from as well as those in our new home. Scott, Mike and Shane worked at a constant rate throughout the day completing the move in a timely manner. We would strongly recommend the Soft Touch Moving Company to others.
Amazing Customer Service!
We hired Soft Touch moving to move from Arizona to Jersey City. They were on time and showed great professionalism in every aspect of our move! The scheduling was very easy and the communication was over the top! The men wrapped and padded our furniture loaded and got on the road. They gave me access to there GPS so could actually track there progress until they arrived at my house. They sent me emails with pictures. It was a awesome experience and I would recommend them to anyone moving!

My husband and were very fortunate to have the excellent moving skills of Mike,James and Pete when we moved into our new home! The great experience started a few days ago when they called to do a quick pre-move, follow-up. They confirmed our move date and time,whether or not we would need packing help and a few last minute details. We were scheduled to move at 8 a.m. and the team showed up 10 minutes early at 7:50 to start setting up,which is perfect in my book! I was impressed at the lengths the went to wrap and protect our furniture and glass items. All the furniture was wrapped in cloths and plastic before taking it out our apartment. All the movers were professional,polite and very helpful. I highly recomend this company for all your moving and packing needs!! #TIP They also provide packing materials at a lower rate than home depot or other packing material stores. Boxes,tape and matress bags were all cheaper to buy on move day from the movers.
Packed my house and stored all my belongings.
I called Soft touch moving because I found a deal for 3 hours with 3 movers and a month of storage. I felt very comfortable from the very beginning talking to lisa, she ensured me that the movers would take great care of my belongings. I needed them to pack my 4 bedroom house and store if for a week at their warehouse. The 3 men that came out were very polite and worked very fast blanket wrapping all my firniture. A week later they arrived at my new house on time and ready to unload the truck. I will be calling them in the future if I have to move again! Thank you for all your help from start to finish! These guys are great!
