  1. Customer Service Seriously Lacking

    2:50pm - Please note that the "supervisor/manager" who is listed as the Business Owner on here has responded to me on Yelp "Please let this be the last communication from your company or its representatives thank you" which is what I texted them as a response at 1:44pm and yet they insisted on contacting me again anyway. What company does that?!? How is it that they have gotten so many positive reviews?! It definitely isn't me causing the problem.

    2:28pm - I get a call from Andrey who now identifies himself as the supervisor/manager. He's arguing with me that it isn't fair for me to leave a bad review when I haven't even used their service. Still, no acknowledgement that they've done something wrong and he has the audacity to tell me that I'm not being fair and he's getting upset because I'm leaving a review that is fact-based in my experience with him and his representative on the phone. What kind of company is this?!?! There was no use in continuing to debate this and this time I hung up.

    1:44pm - The follow-ups were worse than the original call. I get a text from someone there that reads as follows, "we understand, moving is stressful sometimes however with us its not on the 15th we have a pot open on the 15th for morning or afternoon" My response is, "Mmm yeah moving is stressful so the moving company shouldn't make it more so. I was polite and my tone was pretty pleasant given I had nothing against your company given it was recommended to me by someone else. You (or your representative) decided to be rude and hang up on me for a simple inquiry. The lack of acknowledgment shows the poor level of customer service at least over the phone because from what I'm told your movers are good, decent, hardworking individuals. Unfortunately, because you have an incompetent person manning the phones, I'll never know that. Have a good day." Now you'd think they'd get the hint and either stop replying or at least reply with an acknowledgment someone over there messed up but instead I get, "if you change your mind, you have our number". My response, "Customer service is a huge factor in making my business decisions. Your company's lack of it sunk any chance of my dealing with your company. Please let this be the last communication from your company or its representatives. Thank you."

    12:50pm - I wish I'd had the same good experience as some of the reviews I've seen online. Unfortunately, that is not the case. I called about 2-3 weeks ago and I got a rate of $120/hr. Then I had spoken to someone afterward who recommended them because she said she had paid $80/hr. So I call back today and spoke to William to inquire and as soon as I mentioned that they had moved the referred party for $80/hr, William hung up on me. I can tell the difference between a call disconnect and an intentional hang up but to give him the benefit of the doubt I call back. Someone picked up the line, I'm assuming William, and said nothing but I could hear someone breathing and I said, "Hello. Hello." and he didn't speak. So I call back a 3rd time and I got Andrey who seemed like he was on the road or something and I explained the situation and he said they have never moved anyone for $80/hr. My response was, "Well he could've said that but instead, he hung up on me.". Andrey replies, "When is it that you wanted to move?" My reply, "I'd rather not deal with a company like that." and this time I hung up.

    So William calls me back from a different number an hour later and I had to decline the call because I was on another call. Mind you, I declined the call without knowing it was William. I call back the number back and apparently, he recognized my voice and says, "Talk to me." I say, "I tried talking to you but you hung up on me." He replies, "Remind me again what happened." I explain what happened and he says, "If you want to reserve a spot you can come by the office and drop off the deposit in cash." No apology, no acknowledgment even that he was rude or even try to lie to me and tell me that the call was dropped. What kind of company is this? This is the type of people they have representing them on the phone? Did I just catch this person on a bad day, not that it would be my problem?!

    Based on my experience, I definitely wouldn't recommend this company.
