Great move.
Thanks for a great move today Brandon and Steve. Everything went seamlessly. They were time efficient and everything was moved safely including large mirrors and glass panels. They were able to move large and heavy pieces down two flights of stairs. I would call them again for my next move. They carefully wrapped all of the furniture and took care of things very well. Thanks!
Apalling service.
I booked removal of my items from my previous address to the new one. They refused to unload when I said that the furniture is to be assembled and showed them the emails from the company confirming payment which included assembling items. I paid the total thinking I would go back to the company and have the furniture assembled as it was all in plain black and white on email from their senior sales Andrew Yates. I rang about 9 times and everytime I was told no one was available, I even had the reception start start laughing and being abusive. This is a COWBOY outfit run by very dishonest unprofessional scam artists. I ended up paying for another company to assemble the furniture. Avoid at all costs!!
Ripped off.
Late arrival. They did not have to pack much. We did it most. They sent a smaller van and 2 operatives. We hired our own van for personal items. I had to make a second trip cost with fuel £200. I have since found 2 damaged clocks £550 to repair, 5 gass framed pictures, about £400 to repair, broken china about £50 to replace. If we can find replacements and to cap it all demanded the 2nd half of the payment or items would be put into storage and further charges would incur. In all a poor job from a company who spoke so highly of their services. Don't use them ever.
