Do NOT use this company to move you!
They were terribly slow, lots of smoke breaks, made multiple trips when everything could have fit in one trip, almost 3 hours late to start the move, took significantly longer than it should have. Tried to charge us over $800, spoke with manager at 11:45pm to discuss the issues with the move and finally got her down to $600 (wasn't even worth that!).
Damaged 2 pieces of furniture (gauged dresser and a hole in the cushion of the love seat), took them to their warehouse to "fix" them. 7 weeks later, they brought the "fixed" pieces back to us in a condition that is completely unacceptable! They re-stained the dresser another color (used to be oak) so it doesn't match the rest of our furniture. They sewed the hole in the love seat (which not only looks bad but will clearly come apart when sat on). Both pieces look worse than they did when they took them to get repaired. Now they're telling us they'll give us $300 for both pieces! No way we can replace both pieces of furniture with $300.
Will NEVER use them again and I strongly discourage anyone else from using them!
