Brilliant service.
Read the reviews and was nearly put off by them. Can honestly say they were brilliant . Polite and very helpful Chris and Lenny were fantastic . Knew what they were doing . Packed everything efficiently and with care . Kept us informed all the time and everything went smoothly , would definitely use them again and recommend them . so pleased we decided to go a head with using them. So don't always be put off the previous reviews. We were moving from London to Northampton but we're unable to click on link to specify Northampton .

Was a bit out off by reviews but gave them a chance and WOW the reviews are rubbish, the guys that came and done our removel were excellent very friendly on time and provided a great service I couldn't of asked for more from them they were just as good as any leading removel company so I would say give them ago!! Good honest lads earning a living what's wrong with that, great banter had with them and they are not shy to lift and pack!!

Poorly managed very unprofessional. A lot of the items were damaged and mishandled. They reuse to answer calls once they have the money. Will be reporting them to the trading standards. I have followed one of their trucks and found where the work from. It definatly not what the website says. Aladdin Business Centre in Greenford London. Not sure what unit, but I am sure wont take long to figure that out once tranding standards arrive.
Avoid at all costs!!
I paid the 50 deposit only to find out they had taken the full amount of £550 the same day. I cancelled their services after reading poor reviews and was confident that our money would be returned as their Ts&Cs stated that any cancellation before 7 days would be refunded in full. Nothing. No response from emails or messages. I was fobbed off on calls 'the manager isn't in' and in the end they stopped answering my calls and would even hang up on me! One man 'Adam' told me to just get a 'chargeback' from our bank. In the end that's what we had to do.
Appalling. So pleased they didn't actually get their dirty thiefing mits on our belongings.
Do Not Use!!
Arrived late to pick up. Only sent 3 people who didn't know they had to move us from a flat. What should have been a 4 - 5 hour move turned into nearly 12 hours! Their £650 flat rate then turned into us having to pay more to the 3 guys or they wouldn't off load the second van! Absolute disgrace. They damaged our furniture, broke a lamp and worst of all, a Mulberry handbag is missing. Sofas are scuffed and walls in the new house marked. Can't contact them as they don't answer or return messages. We will be contacting the police about the handbag if their insurance does not come through. Never ever use these guys!
Do Not Use!
DO NOT USE! Had a number of issues during the day, made more complicated by only one of the removal men speaking English at all. They left stuff at the (old) property and didn't rehang doors they'd removed and in general were quite slap dash, especially as it got later and they clearly wanted to get away. They were unable to get a sofa into my lounge so I had to pay £170 the next day to solve it. But all that is pretty minor, the MAIN problem is that they also took my laptop. Obviously I have to be careful how I word this, but they definitely removed it from my old address and it never arrived at my new address and I have contacted the police about it. Read into that what you will.. I have given Sunrise ample opportunity to deal with this, but having called them 3-5 times a day for a week and still not had a call back I'm now not expecting to. I also don't expect that they will be using their insurance to compensate me, I would imagine they'll just continue to be unreachable until I go away. Moving house is stressful enough without having to be worried about your things being stolen by the "professionals" you are paying to assist you. For me, the worse thing about it is that I have 3 years worth of pictures and video of my children that I can never get back. .
Excellent Service.
I found their prices reasonable and with the headache of moving and exchange/completion dates unknown, for a small deposit the moving dates were flexible as I moved the date twice in short notice. I was amazed on the full service from the surveyor, advising on how to leave items and what they could offer in terms of dismantling and mouting goods on arrival. From the guys in the office for ease of payment and information, to moving men themselves. I found the team who moved me very professional and informative and would recommend this Sunrise Movers to anyone.
Left items behind and never turned up for house clean.
The removal men seemed very pleasant but went back to the property we were leaving alone to do the second load and when we returned to the property (we had it for a few extra days) the following day they had left lots of things behind which were too large and heavy for our car. We also arranged and paid for Sunrise Movers to clean our old property to give it back in a good order to the landlord. We waited and waited and they never turned up. So far they have not responded to our complaints. Do not use this company.
A quick and easy move.
We decided to use a removal company as our last move ended in disaster and family fall outs! This time couldn’t have been more different. The men arrived early in the morning and as we already had everything but the kettle and teabags boxed up they set to work. It was amazing to have all the heavy lifting taken care of for us and it left us able to look after the children and to concentrate on the excitement of moving house.
Even though we had loads of offers of help from friends and family we decided that because of the distance we would prefer to use a professional service. It turned out to be the right decision as, lovely as our friends are, they tend to mess about and it would have taken all day and many runs back and forth and we just were not willing to put ourselves through that! These men were amazing, they made the move a pleasure and we would definitely use them again.
