If you Cherish Your Belongings, Run away Rapidly.
RUN AND FIND ANOTHER REPUTABLE MOVER. Contracted for a move of a 3 bedroom home from Ft Lauderdale, FL to Dallas/Ft Worth TX. Every single piece of wood furniture was damaged, and our solid cherry wood dining room table which should have been disassembled, instead sat on the bottom of the load and was crushed, destroying the legs, supports, as well as several scratches on the surface. A custom hand carved art piece which we paid to have crated instead was only wrapped in blankets and cardboard received cracks to its base. Wood arms on sofas were not protected and were scratched beyond repair. The headboard on our bed had damage to the detailed scrolling. And the list goes on. Boxes were stacked in odd directions on the truck, completely ignoring statements of THIS END UP resulting in lots of damage to the boxes. Fortunately, we did not pay for them to pack as none of the inside contents of the boxes were damaged. If we wanted our furniture to survive, we probably should have wrapped and protected the furniture ourselves. The driver took no responsibility for the loading process, leaving one unqualified person to arrange the load, and two others to move the items from our home into the truck. Needless to say, we were extremely saddened. To make matters worse, we received nothing but the run around by the owner on our insurance claim for several hundred dollars of damages. The move estimate was originally $4900, but on day of the move charges increased to $7200. We have had been moved 3 additional times in the 5 years prior to this move and had a few minor scratches which were promptly repaired with one phone call. We spent countless hours trying to get results on the claim for our damages over the past year and have received nothing but a major headache. IF YOU CHERISH YOUR POSSESSIONS, DON'T LET THEM NEAR YOUR HOME.

If you happen to use this company we are missing bed rails black 2 and cannot put together our queen bed now a month had gone by and they don't respond ! also missing a center shelf brown 4 foot long by 18 inch deep for our entertainment center we had things picked up sept 29 delivered October 10 please email us if you have our pieces please .. They charged us $700 more we can't afford another bed right now please help !! A lot of damaged boxes and furniture , this was a horrible experience snazzi3@comcast.net. .

I'm not sure how this company can stay in buisness. The ONLY thing that went as planned was the pickup. I'm a fair person. They were ontime and on point with the pickup..from there it was not fun.
I was told upon talking to a nice woman called Bonnie that we could expect delivery within 10 buisness days. A legal disclaimer was given that LEGALLY they could be as late as 21 days..but that NEVER happens.
Well, On the 15th day I called and called and called..after finally getting a hold of Bonnie she told me to call Ron..who's phone shows up as David Norcross on the ID. He explained we could expect delivery within a on the coming wednesday because of certain Religious Holidays..Jewish Holidays. Evidently this company heavily observes jewish holidays and will not drive on them..or at least from what I was told. Although this SMALL DETAIL was never relayed to me b4 I paid any money.
So I said..ok..I am not unreasonable and I respect every religion.
The next excuse was trailer damage due to weather. Which delayed it further.
Followed by on the VERY LAST DAY THEY COULD LEGALLY DELIVER IT..showing up with an 18 wheeler in an urban area..Now..yes they did ask me if a "truck" could get access to the building..I said YES..
What I did not know is that they switched trucks and showed up in one 3x the size and then wanted an EXTRA 500 dollars to "switch trucks" and then deliver.
I was never asked specifically if an 18 wheeler (SEMI) could fit..just a truck like the one that picked up our furniture. SO..22 days and 500 dollars extra later..we get out furniture MINUS our king-size matress supporting crossbars. So after the whole shenanigan was complete I had to go to home depot and get new boards cut for my matress..I WILL BE FILING A CLAIM..and a report with the BBB..I don't know what company people they have writing reviews here but it is not accurate of my experience.

Moving with sunrise was a breeze, they were very punctual and the crew worked great together which made getting everything packed so much easier. When it came to pricing for certain items or concerns on how to pack my breakables honesty was a big plus in my eyes. Sunrise van lines is a great company and I will continue to pass their name to anyone looking to move.

A quick and easy move.
We decided to use a removal company as our last move ended in disaster and family fall outs! This time couldn’t have been more different. The men arrived early in the morning and as we already had everything but the kettle and teabags boxed up they set to work. It was amazing to have all the heavy lifting taken care of for us and it left us able to look after the children and to concentrate on the excitement of moving house.
Even though we had loads of offers of help from friends and family we decided that because of the distance we would prefer to use a professional service. It turned out to be the right decision as, lovely as our friends are, they tend to mess about and it would have taken all day and many runs back and forth and we just were not willing to put ourselves through that!
