Theif! Incompetent.
I hired this truck driver to pick up my HHG from a storage in NJ, he picked them up, did not check the inventory list, took stickers off of items and placed them on other items, mixed the items up with another customer, gave me 7 items that are not mine and lost or stole 4 items that are mine. He refused to locate the missing items or replace them.
