Worst ever!
They are dishonest and unprofessional !
They are over priced and will send hateful emails! I will be reporting BBB and where they advertise!
Inconsiderate and disrespectful.
I initially requested a Saturday move since I had to be out of my place before Tuesday but Robert said Monday between 4pm-7pm was the earliest they had available. I agreed. Monday at 4:22pm I received a text from Robert "Right how the movers are working on the previous move and I'm a little bit concerned that they are still loading." I insisted the job be done because I would be charged if I didn't move out in time. At 6:07pm Robert stated "I'm just waiting for the crew finish the previous job! They arrived at 3pm & it should be a 3hrs job 4hrs the most so I can send it". (Why would they start a job at 3 but tell me 4-7?) It was getting later & Although it was really close to the end of my scheduled window I still had hope until Robert texted at 7:06 saying "Keisha hi, this is me again. Just talked to the guys again & they are still unloading. Can we do this tomorrow at noon which is an earlier schedule please?" I knew I didn't have a choice so I agreed. I left work early Tuesday thinking we'd arrive at the same time but I received a call from Mauricio at 12pm saying they'd arrive in 45 minutes. I told him I was told 12:00 and he said they have a 3 hour window & hung up. By 1:15 no movers had arrived. I called some family, put a crew together and headed to uhaul to get the job done myself. I mistakenly Forgot my phone at uhaul & When I returned to retrieve it I had a nasty text that read "F* Black B*h! Smart a**". My family told me while I was gone a white moving truck passed & the guys were looking so I guess they finally decided to show up & noticed I'd gotten a uhaul. The worst experience ever but I'm so happy I didn't give this company a dime of my money.

My move was a 200 mile relocation. The movers arrived promptly and well prepared. They loaded, drove and unloaded my belongings in the allotted time with no damage. Both the driver and helper were professional, courteous and friendly.
I recommend these movers for anyone needing moving services. The service was great!
