Bobby is a horrible manager. Will make you regret it
Bobby is an extremely unprofessional p.o.s! First time I used them it was recommended by smart city aptartment locators. First time was great (so I thought). They moved quickly or maybe it was timely (I didn’t have much, mainly large furniture for 1 person). I moved to storage for 3 weeks until my new apartment was ready. Then comes the second move from storage to new apartment. I decided to use them again (big mistake). They called hours early (AGAIN) and the first time it was okay because I was like I might as well get a move on earlier but this time my move was already early and I work nights so I was keen on sticking to our time. None of the workers spoke full English. At least the first time one of them did, so it made things smoother. This time none did, so it was difficult to communicate with them what I needed. The tablet stuff they had me sign was in Spanish too! After they moved my stuff in they were standing around talking on the phone and I was basically like okay if it’s over I need you guys to go, don’t try to run up the time. Then I called Bobby. Mind you when setting everything up he’s acted snarky and hung up on me before. I should have known then but next time I’ll know better...I paid on the phone, cool. Then I realized they still had my broom about 20 min after they left and I called him again and he got an attitude with me as if it is not both my and the workers responsibility to check if everything’s with me...but ok, they brought my broom back cool. Then I laid on my bed (adjustable base) and realized the middle was off. It took me a while of coming back & looking at it to realize my gram was missing! After calling rude a** Bobby he got another attitude with me asking all these irrelevant questions then said he’d get back to me ( I knew he was lying). I’ve been calling them throughout the day with no response and he just picked up just now trying to pretend he couldn’t hear me then hung up. Like really?! I hope you stick my bed frame in a place it don’t shine Bobby. I will be reporting you guys. Don’t bother responding with snarky remarks either or acting like you want this resolved, I’ve seen the previous reviews.
Damaged furniture
I moved from Dallas to Farmers Branch a few weeks ago and used The Move Place . They only had to move a few pieces of furniture. While moving our TV console they broke the molding trim on the the side where it was loaded onto the hand truck. After looking at the damage he told my wife that he will take care of it. I called and received a Quote for the repair which was estimated to be $350. After texting him with no reply, I called him and he said they will give me $30 . That’s what he calls taking care of it? Also , When they were done with the move , Alex the lead mover ask my wife to pull up google on her phone and took her phone and gave himself a good review. I do not recommend this mover at all, they will break your furniture and will not stand behind there service.
Disappointed with Management
Movers were great! Helpful and hard working. Would give them 5 stars!! It’s due to the management that we give 2 stars. The supervisor Bobby poorly scheduled 2 men for a 3 man job. We called for a 3rd man. He said he’d look into it and never called back. Since there were only 2 men, it took much longer and cost us three times what he quoted. Very rude and unapologetic when we tried to talk with him. Would never recommend this company as long as Bobby is in charge.
Excellent service and movers
It’s unfortunate I don’t have pics to justify the amazing job Renato, Luis and Carlos did today on my move! They were an amazing help. This was my second time using the move place and they continue to provide excellent service! You don’t have to help move a thing and they will make sure your stuff is safe and transported to the right place! I was moving to two separate units in the same building and the movers were able to help with no complaints and ease! I am truly satisfied and happy to be in my new home with no worries thanks to this crew! I totally recommend you got with them. It may be a higher price but it’s totally worth it!

The crew were excellent on time, very hospitable anything we needed done they said that’s are job we will take care of it. Very quick we would use them again . Great company great communication.
My guys were Awesome.
Their response time was immediate. My guys went above and beyond and were very helpful. They put my entertainment center together for me and there's no way I could have done it myself.

We have moved three times in five years and won't use anyone else. Bobby and his crew are AMAZING and even worked us in at the last minute to haul off our furniture for a donation, due to many non profits having a skeleton crew because of Covid. Thank you Bobby for always being professional and courteous.
Short notice move!
Thank you Bobby for running such a high quality moving company. Team Luis what is the utmost professional and efficient moving team I have ever used in a full pack up to storage unit event. They were cheerful professional and we’re go-go go the entire time-all this during our recent heatwave of 105°. I will soon have the opportunity to Assist yet another family member and we will definitely be calling back team Luis! Five star plus for all concerned could not have been easier many thanks.

This is a great and fast experience, thanks to Miguel and his crew. They were polite, approachable, professional and time move-savvy! They moved me under 2 hours. All my belongings were in a good condition from the move and they made sure all my belongings went into their respected places. I’ll recommend them to anyone. Luis' crew was great.
I will say, we had a lot of stuff, and Luis' crew was efficient and very careful with our things. Really good service. Showed up on time, and they were very conscientious. 5 stars plus!
Great moving company!
I have just moved some furniture from my old house to a new place and the service provided by Daniel and Brandon was excellent!
They worked very well, even though today was raining, they made sure to pack my things very well, so it did not become wet.

The crew was very professional, prompt and provided excellent handling of furniture, including heavy elipitcal machine. Highly recommend and definitely plan to use again. Excellent and smart crew indeed. Great price for same day service!!
Large home to townhome.
Bobbie sent out of crew of three men first thing in the morning for an all day job. Crew experienced and prepared. wrapped furniture, open boxes, and had additional supplies and boxes on hand. Several large / heavy pieces of furniture to an upstairs townhome. No damage. They never stopped working. Great communication all around.
Moving my Home.
I just got moved by Jose team and this was by far the Best move ever. I have used movers in the past but this company did everything they said. They arrived on time..was a first. Second, they were careful of my home and belongings. Lastly, they wrapped my furniture which looked like Saran Wrap and put my furniture were it belonged. Definitely using again and definitely recommending.
