We contacted three companies for an estimate.Jennifer, by far, was the most professional and personable.
We asked for 2 separate moves on two different days about a month apart and they were totally accomodating.
Both moves went exactly as described with absolutely no problems. The furniture was moved on time and with a six hour drive, was delivered the same evening in perfect condition.
All the movers both times were extrmely courteous and professional.
I would use this company again and would highly recommend them to anyone. Great job!!
Cannot handle long distance move.
We hired Titan movers in Pompano Beach, Florida to move us from Tamarac to Ocala. This is a family run business with a husband and wife team that have no communication. I asked the wife 3 times if all of our stuff would fit on the truck. She told us that it wouldn't be a problem. We ended up having to leave our stove and generator behind because it didn't fit on the truck. The owner than advised us that the weight of the truck is too high and they wouldn't be able to deliver our furniture to us until the following day so he can take his crew off the truck and get another crew in the new town. We were moving 4 hours north. We had to sleep on the floor all night because all of our belongings were on the truck. They came on time the following morning with our stuff. First they left the bolts to my son's furniture back in their office in Pompano and couldn't put my son's furniture together. Chris, the owner promised us that he was going to be making another trip up to Ocala in the next couple of days and would bring the bolts and pick up our stove and generator for us. He repeated himself a few times and we thought he was sincere. It's now 2 weeks later and we had to have them overnight my son's bolts to us, but I guess we will never see our stove and generator. I rated this company poor because I felt as a new company they cannot handle a long-distance move. Oh, and I didn't mention that Chris wanted to charge us more money for the extra weight after we were given a written estimate. Again, no communication. I wouldn't recommend this company only because I am really bothered by insincere business owners.
