Damage, unprofessionalism.
THE worst moving experience I have ever had---and that includes many moves. Initially, everyone was very professional and helpful---until there were problems, then I became a pariah. Household items were initially to go into storage, destination residence not finished, it was being remodeled. Was told in April that items would be delivered at destination the NEXT day! What a mess. Damage to wall of home where move initiated, broken-off console knobs on both washer and dryer. The worst thing was, that after I reported these issues I was treated like I was the problem with subsequent emails and texts by me ignored. Finally had to contact the parent company. Don't know what type of reimbursement is in the future, and don't care if it's 100% (which I sincerely doubt) since the REAL problem is the total lack of quality with the move and follow-up attention. A real professional handles the problems THEY created, not "circle the wagons". Anyone can answer a phone and collect your money. Totally disgusted and disappointed.
