Unbelievably Bad, CA move to MS
59 days. It took them 59 days to deliver. They are not movers, they are brokers. They will sit on your shipment as looong as they want to get the lowest possible price on a truck. After reading the fine print I reminded them that after 30 working days they incur a late fee of $30 a day. Things started to happen after that. Unprofessional people for pack up and delivery.

of $’s in damages and they refused to refund me for the losses. Terrible claims department customer service from the clerks to the managers.Theyrefusedtorefundme For any damages and charged me $4000 more than originally quoted. Do NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

CROOKS AND THIEVES. READ THE OTHER REVIEWS. Absolutely horrible service, people lose everything, they destroy your things, and I honestly believe they steal your goods. DO NOT USE THEM. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.
Worst moving experience ever!!!!
First let me say that I did not originally book with TransUnion. I booked with another company and they contracted with TransUnion. I was overcharged from the start, but I was down to the wire with my move and had no choice but to send my furniture with this company that I did not have time to vet. My furniture was picked up in Los Angeles on Oct 14, 2020. It is now Dec 21, 2020... 69 days and counting and I still have no furniture. I'm still sleeping on a couch. I've left dozens of messages. I can't get anyone to return my call.

I honestly have no words to describe the extent of how TERRIBLE the services were with Transunion Van Lines. DO NOT MOVE YOUR ITEMS WITH THEM!!
With my experience, I was moving from CA to FL and they picked up my stuff (which by the way was just 4 boxes of clothes/shoes, a bed with the frame, and a small dresser). They picked up our items on June 9, 2020 after a $300 deposit and paying half of the estimated bill so an additional $1024 was taken on pick up day. We didn’t receive our items until SEPTEMBER 6, 2020!! WE WAITED 89 DAYS!! That’s so ridiculous. Every single time we called the lady who would answer had no idea where our items were or what was going on. The only response we would get would be “Oh, because of COVID stuff is delayed” or “I haven’t been able to get in contact with the driver”. Every. Single. Time. It was the same excuse and we couldn’t even get an ETA for our items. I would always be told that I would get call backs or emailed back in regards to the status of my move and they would never call us back. What was strange is that even though we called weekly to find out information about our items around the beginning of August I called and the lady (at this point knows my name) was like “Omg I have great news! Your stuff just shipped out and should be there in no time.” What do you mean “just” shipped out? Where the heck has my stuff been the past two months??
Anyways eventually they said the driver finally made it to FL but they kept telling us that for 3 weeks and still nothing. She eventually said I would be getting a discount because of how long we had to wait. We finally get a call back from the driver and we schedule a time for drop off. They did NOT give us a discount and I had to pay the remaining $976 in cash to a third party company called Atlas Van Lines. They didn’t even return my calls in regards to the discount because they were supposed to mention it to the driver and I even called back after delivery and still got no word back. A discount is the least they could do for the terrible service that they offered. On top of that, the 4 boxes I had were completely CRUSHED, flattened, and destroyed!! Thankfully, it was just clothes and shoes, so everything that was dirty I just washed and cleaned up. The dresser arrived with a giant dent in the back and had to be discarded. These people do not care about your items and have TERRIBLE customer service. Save yourselves the headache and again DO NOT MOVE YOUR ITEMS WITH TRANSUNION VAN LINES!!

Great service! The guys were were very helpful and overall I was very impressed with their work ethic and their kindness. To anyone who needs help in moving these guys are right for the job and I highly recommend them as they provide top notch service and furthermore are very friendly and helpful!
