Our organization retained United Express Relocation Services Inc., to move our office from Boston to Seattle. In this process, our shipment was 3 weeks late from the agreed delivery date resolving in loss of business for our organization. In this move no clear point of contact was given of the drivers, taking a number, or person that had the shipment. After receiving the shipment our company was charged extra fees that had to be paid before they would unload the truck. After the truck was unloading we documented several items of high value to be damaged. After months of trying to contact United Express Relocation Services with no reply, we have had to move on to other legal action. Do not utilize this company for your moving needs.
