Scammers.
They stated that the could do my move for $716.00 down and the rest upon delivery. I initialed the paperwork used my debit card. About half hr later changed my mind and canceled the service and asked for my money back was told they would see what they could do. Never got anything back tried to get in contact with the company they blocked my number.
Fraud Scam.
FRAUD! SCAM! Stay away. Don't believe Nick, Dylan, Bob, Rob, or any other person that works here. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT! They will lie to you and make you sign a contract, but over charge you during you actual move. I would rate this company with 0 starts if that was possible.
Extremely Poor Customer Service.
Was lied to during the phone conversation with James concerning the deposit refund policy. Called customer service and received the run around and no return call as promised. Very bad experience at a very stressful time in life. This company should be ashamed of how they treat people.
This Outfit is Terrible!! do Not Use!!
This outfit, represented by Jason, promised guaranteed pricing (it was a lie), the broke and/or lost a number of items, and then put their third party loss claim company to offer only 60cents per pound, after promising FULL REPLACEMENT value! They lie, cheat and steal. Worst experience EVER!

Moving.
On May8,2017 United sent three young men, Ramone, Chris, and Surgio to are home in Illinois to pack everything for its shipment to New Mexico. It was a great experience to have these young men in our home, packing for us. They were very professional, kind and courteous. We would like to thank Reggie, Stacie and all of their supervisors for the way they have all treated us. Keep up the great work United!

Would like to share my moving experience (United Relocation Group) friend of mine Nicolae highly recommended this company.
Estimator came to inspect items need to be moved, 2 weeks prior the move date.
we agreed on price , $1800. Moved from Chicago to Sacramento, CA.
A week before the move day, I picked up moving supplies (10 dish boxes, 3 wardrobe boxes, 10 rolls of tape, roll of packing paper) from their warehouse in Chicago.
We had our boxes packed ready on the move day. The day before moving out I got the call from mover's Dispatcher Sophie, she was nice and confirmed what time movers arrive.
Next day, driver called me, said they are on the way. Movers arrived on time, wrapped my furniture with blankets, loaded to small truck. I got 30 days FREE storage. For some reason they kept my stuff 2 weeks only in Chicago location, after that shipped to California. I TOLD them I don't have place to stay, they placed my belongings in to the storage in Cali. 2 weeks later I confirmed with them the day I can receive my furniture. Because of my new job I could make it on the weekends only. I found the way, left my keys to office manager, driver arrived and put all my stuff in. I found that the furniture wasn't damaged and all boxes were delivered according to the list.
I would strongly recommend United Relocation Group for long and short distance moving.

Unprofessional movers!
This is the worst company EVER. I will advise strongly against anyone using their services in Illinois. They are extremely nice over the phone to get your business. Once they show up to make you move, they are extremely rude and give you a totally different price. They showed up at my home 2 hours late without calling to tell me that they were going to be late. They then told me they were going to have 3 workers, and showed up with only two. The driver doubled my price once he arrived to my home and then said there was going to be additional charges for crossing state line even though the address was added in the estimate at the time of scheduling. I had spoken to the sale manager by the name of Jason over a week ago to schedule my move. He (Jason) accused me of lying about a competitor's estimate, began shouting obscenities at me and ask me to send over the competitor's estimate while I was waiting on the movers to put m items on the truck. This company is horrible! I have never experienced anything like this before. I was even called a liar by Jason, the company's sale manager. He never asked me to send of the competitor's estimate to compare prices at the time of making the reservation. Jason waited until the mover showed up at my home, yelling at me over the phone shouting obscenities to send the competitors estimate to compare as he kept referring to me as a liar. This company should not be in business, and Jason should be fired!! Jason is extremely unprofessional and lacks customer service skills. This is terrible. I now have to find new movers, miss time from work, and reschedule my entire move all over again. Thanks United Relocation Group. I will make sure my voice is heard.

of United Relocation Group contacted me from a web search for a moving company that would move small items. I signed contract on October 12 for $1,396 after checking out the company online. Pick up date October 20 1PM.
October 19 received a call from Mariana , (1 800 558 1503 ext 510) who claimed Jason made a mistake on the quote because he had just started working for them even though his title (Sr. Moving Coordinator) and the supervisor had just looked at the contract. URG was canceling the move. Later on October 19 I talked with Jason and he said the only mistake was that the items might be delivered in 2-3 weeks. I said, no problem.
October 20 I’m home at 1 PM as promised. Everything is ready to go.
I see there is a message on my home phone. It’s from Mariana saying that they can’t pick up my items.
(**Hello, this is Mariana from United Relocation Group, I was trying to call you this morning regarding the job you have booked with us, I am very sorry to inform you but my supervisor took a look over the estimate and the contract and he decide to cancel this job because the price was booked it was incorrect, for the job to WI we are charging minimum $4.50 (that is the fair rate), unfortunately Jason did a mistake (he just start working with us and he mixed the prices,he give you a wrong rate). I know that is not you're problem or mistake but we can not complete this job, it is our mistake, and we are apologizing for that, but it is nothing we can do from our end. I am sorry that we are cancelling in the last minute, but the rules for our company is: before the track is going to do a pick up or delivery my supervisor has to take a look over the paper work to see if everything is fine with the price and estimate. The money you made it as a deposit $300.00 we will do it as a refund, you will receive back in next 2-3 days, its just depends how quick the bank will process this transaction. October 20 At 1:41 pm I’m still expecting to see the moving van pull up and I get a call from some URG man (786 238 2748) who said he was Jason’s supervisior. He went through the many reasons he couldn’t pick up my items unless he was to charge me at least $300 more. I told him the company needs to follow through with their obligation and I expected them to pick up my load as promised today and at the price agreed upon. At one point in the conversation URG man implied that I was the problem. It was my fault because I made Jason give me the moving job for $1,396. He said. I should have read the whole contract even though I was never sent the contrat once I signed it online.
I asked for the name and phone number of the owner (Family Owned and operated since 1996) of the company and he hung up on me.

Too good to be true.
Preparing to move 2500 miles across country isn't easy. After reaching out to a dozen companies, United Relocation Group offered the best rate, so I hired them.
Everything was all gravy and ready to go. Then, 24 hours before the scheduled pickup, I received a call informing me that the pickup was cancelled. Why? Because they underbid the job. Apparently they would have to have charged me twice as much as the original quote to move.
It's cool, I get it. Sales people love to promise you the world and will do anything to make a sale, even if their teammates on the ground don't agree with/can't go through with it. And I'm sure that's exactly what happened here.
All in all, they're not bad people. They just don't have their [EDIT] together.

Moving is never easy, but I had a good experience with United Relocation Group. I liked a lot this company, Nick from the beginning, gave me the best quote, compare to other companies, then the guys who came to my house were wonderful, careful, efficient. They packet my furniture very well, I paid extra for packing, but no regret, everything by the end was in perfect shape, no damages at all.
Mike, Leo and Alex were very nice and they did a great job. I had very heavy couch, dresser, table, I don"t know how, but they didn't scratch anything, I'm very thankful. They came on time, I really didn't wait for them. Even the customer service was good, very professional and helpful. I wish to everyone have the same experience with no problems and no stress. I would highly recommend United Relocation Group.
