  1. Moving issues.

This is the worse moving company I have ever dealt with. They damaged my furniture and then wants to pay me $50 for breaking the leg of my antique chair. Then she had the audacity to tell me she is the executive director of the company and that I should have read the contract. I informed her that none of the things like paying per each additional step after so many stairs was initially discussed. Then added fees of long haul was added. I informed her that none of these things were verbally discussed in the beginning. She stated, I should have read the contract. Please, please do not waste your money by using these people. I am planning to get my attorney involved.

These people are thieves and taking advantage of individuals by informing you of the added services you may be charged after they have taken your deposit. Also after you have signed. All this should have been discussed verbally at the onset of the sales call.

  2. Scam Alert.

Worst experience ever with three companies:
U S National Movers, who promised professionalism
    Superior Moving, who lied repeatedly
CSI Prose, who simply stopped processing insurance claim

For all three companies their motto should be:

Promise anything, Lie about everything, But, above all, Do Nothing.

  3. Great Experiance.

I was skeptical at first about using a moving company, but I was extremely satisfied with the service all around and especially the contact and friendliness of customer service. Would recommend these guys to anyone! GREAT COMPANY!

  4. Horrible.

This company does not actually move your freight. They sub-contract out to the lowest most un-reliable carriers they can find.
Drivers shows up 36 hours past scheduled time, no calls, just keep telling us they will contact local dispatch with no results. Driver shows up and of course the bid almost doubles, claimed they had to crate items which was an out right lie. Drivers show up to make deliver in a 30 year old drop down trailer that can't back down a normal driveway. Charge for driveway del etc.. That is not even the worst part. They showed up missing our head board to master room, vacuum cleaner, Mattress. Honesty unreal how soooo many items could be missing, but once I saw the inside of the truck it added it. They subcontracted the job out to Unique Van lines. NIGHTMARE!! I failed to take out insurance as the insurance was costing 1/2 the value of my items. $2000 to insure $4000 wroth of belongings. This in itself should have been the RED FLAG.. I work in the industry this is not normal. They damaged or lost over $3000 of my belongings and I received $350. I know they found most of my items, but because of they are a low cost company they would not pay someone else to redeliver my missing items. On the other hand I received a box of someone else's items and again they made no effort to collect from me and send to the rightful owners. Use a well know brand company. This was a horrible experience..

  5. Do not use this company!

When we first called we got a very nice agent named Dan, who tells you everything you want to hear and a great price quote.
The drivers/truck came for our stuff in the evening. Even though we got an email from the company saying the delivery of our items may be a few weeks, the driver assured us that he was driving the truck directly to Arizona, we lived in California. We questioned him again and again about when he would be delivering our items and he said 2 days. We left California immediately, only to sit in a motel room for a week! After numerous phone calls to the company we finally got an answer and the lady said the drivers helper got hurt. After the week the driver called and said he'd be there that afternoon. We had missing items like a king size headboard and 6 ft ladder! Not items easy to loose. Come to find out our items were transferred to another truck in Los Angeles. When I talked to the driver he said call the insurance. He also showed us pictures on his phone of his helper who cut his leg.
After numerous calls to Logistics trucking and US National they said they would do nothing. No customer service whatsoever, they just move on to the next poor guy and rip him off too.
This company contracts out their jobs, which are worthless along with the US National company. The price we were quoted was $3k and by the time the driver added things up the cost was 6k.
Please do not use this company, as you can see from all the ratings.
They will be as nice as can be when they're taking the job and then throw you to the wolves. Don't fall for their scam!

  6. Worst Move Ever.

This washy worst move ever. Broken dishes that were individually wrapped and the box labeled, crushed, yes crushed, rubbermaid containers. Furniture missing, and yet I have furniture I have never owned. What is going on? you had one job. They hire outside people who don't give a hoot about your stuff. The pickup people were great- Arrow Moving and Storage. But the delivery company -Revolution Moving Systems was throwing boxes out of the truck. When we unwrapped stuff, we had stuff that was not ours. What do we do with it? and why did the delivery guys ask for more $. there was an agreed upon price. What thieves.

  7. Avoid!

I have had by far my worst moving experience with US national movers. I was given an estimate of 10 day to move my furniture from Iowa to California, my furniture ended up arriving 30 days later and the majority of my items were damaged and my beds even caught bed bugs due to being put in storage. I asked for a compensation and all I got was a plain "Sorry!".
Customer service is pretty bad in returning calls and the actual price I ended paying the movers was $700 more than the estimate I was given over the phone.

Save yourself all the stress and don't deal with this company!

  8. Terrible experience.

I would not recommend this company, or use them again for any future moves. Initially, everything seemed to go well when getting my quote. Then I find out that the moving coordinator lied about refunds for deposit. He said it was fully refundable, but later I find out that it is only refundable for the first 72 hours after booking. I stayed with them because I was not able to get my refund back.

The day before my stuff is supposed to be picked up, US National calls and tells me they can't fit my stuff on the schedule truck because other customers over packed. They moved my pick up date back two days with no type of compensation, and say that otherwise I will have to get my stuff in two shipments, and they cannot guarantee when anything will show up.

They also messed up my shipment info. I mentioned several times that all my stuff was crated, and even provided crate dimensions to them. The coordinator who asked me for all this information says it will be an extra $300 for this crate and charges me. The day of the move, the manager at the company that US National contracted out says his guys will not take my stuff in a crate, despite me mentioning it to him personally before my move and to US National. I called and asked to speak to management at US National to get a refund, but of course no one ever got back to me despite multiple calls.

After my stuff was picked up, no one could tell me where it is or how long it will take to deliver. I requested my stuff to be delivered on August 15th. It did not show up until September 3rd. The movers who delivered my stuff changed my drop off date twice due to their truck breaking down. The second time they didn't even call me to say they were not coming, so I waited around all day for nothing, then had to wait three more days for my furniture to show up.

The day of the move, the movers charged me a $75 long distance fee to get my stuff up to my apartment, despite all the delays, and they only took cash. They were also very confusing in their questioning of who packed my stuff and what they would reassemble, despite US National saying they were a full service moving company. One of the movers also dropped one of my boxes down a flight of stairs. I would never use this company or any of their affiliates again. Everyone was horribly unprofessional and unhelpful. I'm convinced that any other moving company would be better than this group of scammers.

  9. Do Not Use This Company, Save Yourself The Frustration.

Update: Today I called for the 5th time, once again nothing definite, but was told our goods are on a truck and on the road (where who knows). But the truck is doing a "Platinum" service today so they don't have any details on our delivery. So once again, our furniture was picked up on August 3rd, today is August 31st and we don't know where in the US it is or when it will be delivered! Why have a dispatch center when they don't know where their trucks are? This is not acceptable!

    My first review:
I am frustrated beyond words, first no furniture and second the estimate increased almost a thousand dollars when they picked up the items. They picked up the items on August 3rd, we requested delivery on or after August 14th. Today is August 28th. I have called 4 times asking for status ( I just want to know where the stuff is) with a promise of a call back from their customer service. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A SINGLE CALL BACK. Do I feel good about them.. NO WAY! Would I recommend them to anyone else. NO WAY! My son is starting grad school at Yale and would really like a bed to sleep in.

  10. Nightmare.

Do not hire it’s a scam! If I could give a zero I would. I hired Us National to move my daughters one bedroom to New Orleans in May. They were so professional at first. Then when promises turned lies and a company you have never heard of shows up 8 hours late after 9pm at night and are rude. They slowly pack your things in terrible truck and they are rude and won’t answer any of my questions. I find out after they have locked up my items in the truck that it’s another moving company TR Moving Systems and you hired a broker. They increased the price made you sign a paper you had no idea what you were signing. They sent the wrong furniture the first time. Us national refused to help me told me to quit calling and that I was a liar. They would not return any calls. Was hung up on if they answered. Now they claim they were there the whole time. Please!! I had paid for flights, hotels, dog kennels. I kept begging for some communication and I got none. I changed flights flew home got my car and my young son and drove back and sat there waiting on them to call for my delivery since the supposedly had turned the truck around. No word for 10 days. So I drive to Houston file a police report. They say we will call them and they do and tell them I was my furniture and I’ll just come get it. They say no US National has to release that not us the mover who took our stuff and supposedly stored it. So then she yells at the police. So they hang up and tell me to fight them that I’ve been scammed. They tell me to call news stations and do whatever to fight them because this is wrong. So police file theft investigation. Then the mover calls my daughter after this and says he has lost her whole move except her dresser. But he will check two other places and call her back. He doesn’t. I call US National and told it’s going out to be delivered. I said really TR moving, (which by the way is run out of an apartment not an office), just called my daughter and said it’s missing. I was put on hold and Jaime came back on and said it is missing sorry. We will check two other places and call you tomorrow. They don’t for 5 more days. So I write reviews and my friends to see if they would finally respond to us. First time since I hired them did they call me. He was so mad about the reviews but didn’t care about my missing belongings. I said find my belongings and the reviews will go away. He said he was sending me a resolution which was a letter stating they weren’t responsible. Then sends me an insurance form which is part of their scam. I find out that they are required to be licensed and in my research that they have different policies by law. So I tell them that. Then they call and say they have found it but it will be months before delivery. At this point I’m at 17 days past delivery date. Understand our move was a small move from Houston to New Orleans less then 400 miles away. Why would it take months. Well I tell them I don’t want to talk to them on the phone I want everything in writing from now on. They send me a letter complaining about my reviews. And then tell me my daughters shipment is on a boat to the UK and will take months to return. How does that happen? Now we are 28 days in and no one can prove to me her things are on the boat. Why they are on the boat and how they got there. The emails they sent me also vanished without me deleting them. So they want no trace of anything they say. It is a total scam DO Not Do Business with them. They lie they call you a liar they won’t return calls or block you. Then lie and say they do. They told the news reporter who did our story on fox26 that this is only the 2nd time this has ever happened. Yet read these reviews or yelps. They all say they the same story. They also post fake reviews which is against the law. It’s the worst customer service experience I have ever been through. I’ve lost so much money. I paid US National $637.49 and TR moving $589.09 and neither will return my money when they have delivered the wrong furniture, lost it and now say it’s on a boat to UK. They don’t care. Also when they delivered wrong furniture they demanded over 30% more in cash then my orginal bid. Again they do this to everyone read the reviews. My daughter now has no clothes, shoes or furniture. She lost things my Mother gave her before she passed. It’s depaicable they are allowed to get away with this. I’m just sick of this nightmare. They are only offering me scam insurance that will pay me nothing for my $15k worth of valuables or let me wait without proof that it’s on a boat to UK. Ridiculous I want a refund and I want them to pay for my belongings not their scam insurance.

  11. Never ever would I recommend.

I am frustrated beyond words, first no furniture and second the estimate increased almost a thousand dollars when they picked up the items. They picked up the items on August 3rd, we requested delivery on or after August 14th. Today is August 28th. 12. Us National Movers- the worse.

Based solely on "they can" they billed me 33% more the day of pick up. They did not touch a tape measure or move one box , they took pictures sent it to Us Movers and they said 400 dollar or you lose your deposit of 1k , no refunds. Not one bit of science in measuring things ,nothing. I do not have the energy at this time to talk about missed dates , lies and deceit . Just know they are the worse no way anyone or thing could be any worse.

  13. Moving experience.

While the company initially seemed responsible and professional, the I was unaware that they were going to contract with another company for the actual move. The move was a disaster and neither company can tell me where my furniture is. It has been one month since my move and I cannot get an answer to my phone calls or emails. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and a lawyer.

  14. Best Decision!

I just had an upcoming move from GA to CA. And after having a terrible moving experience a couple years back I was really careful and skeptical with every company that I talked to. After speaking with Gracie on the phone she reassured me with any issue that could happen and just really made me feel like I was trusting all of my items with the right company I had a really big move and all the movers arrived on time and professionally. They blanketed everything up carefully which I appreciated after loading the truck the price was exactly what we discussed and agreed upon and that was one of my worries. The delivery was a couple days late but all of my items were delivered with no damage done to them and the movers apologized for the delay. Overall she promised me a stress free and that’s what I got. If I ever have to move across state lines. RECOMMENDED!! Great job guys!

  15. Avoid at All Costs!!

Absolutely terrible DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! First of all we were told thy 24 hours prior they would give us a time that they were showing up. We didn’t receive that. We were given the number for the mover and the guy yelled at us in frustration for asking for a time. Then he tells us noon. Two hours later we get an email saying they would be there at 2pm. THE GUY (this site made me edit out curse words) SHOWS UP AT 8am AND IS MAD THAT WE WERENT READY!! He had a TERRIBLE attitude the entire time and then charged us an extra 800 when we used less than the original estimated space. On top of that, their manager called the next day screaming that it should be 900. Screw. These. People.
That was 3 weeks ago. We have been calling almost daily to get an update and just talked to a manager that said our stuff hasn’t left a warehouse in New Jersey. We are now in Seattle. These people have no idea what they are doing and do not deserve your time or money. Oh and the bill they are telling f is now is even higher, about 1/3rd higher than the estimate when we used less space. Do not use US National Movers!!
