Stress Free Moving - Finally!!
My sales lady, Nicole, assured me it would be a stress free move. Of course, all companies say this, so I didn't depend heavily on this factor. I was pleasantly surprised that this is exactly what they delivered.
The price was right, not too low to cause alarm and not too high to break the bank and be greedy. Nicole was so patient with my wife and I as we changed our inventory list at least twenty times.
The movers were efficient, courteous, gentle and quite funny to be around for the pickup. It was nice to see them again at the delivery. Same truck and workers at pickup and delivery. It did a lot to ease our tension with the whole process knowing that it wasn't being transferred to another truck after being transferred to a storage.
Overall, they delivered above and beyond what I was promised and expected. If you're looking for a good mover, they will give you a no b-s price with terrific service.
Best Movers for Last Move!
Now, I definitely have a mover for life. These guys did such an excellent job moving my wife, her elderly mother and I halfway cross the country. Actually plan for this to be my last move, ever, but would certainly recommend USA Home Movers to all friends, family, and acquaintances.
Until my wife and I started packing up our house, we really had no idea how much stuff we had. As everything made it off the shelves and out of the drawers into boxes, I was a little amazed by just how much stuff we have accumulated over the years.
I was really worried it was going to take two days just to load up my stuff and get the rest of the items from my MIL's home. These guys blew me away. They wrapped all of our furniture, taking extra special care of my valuables and managed to load their entire van FULL in one day!
They were fast, pleasant and took really good care of our stuff. At delivery, they put everything where it belonged and set up all the furniture so when my wife and her mother arrived that evening, they could rest from the long drive.
I feel like giving credit where credit is due. If you're looking for a mover, these guys will not disappoint!
Outstanding Service!
I bounce around so much, I haven't had time to write a good review for my movers yet, but Sunday is the perfect time to relax, and sing their praises. I'm just now getting settled in.
This summer I moved from Miami to Vegas. It was a big change for me to leave my hometown (and the water) and head to the desert. Vegas is still on my "try it out" stage so we shall see how permanent this living arrangement will be. If it doesn't work, I know who to call to take me home.
I found my movers at the recommendation of a friend who had moved with them earlier this year. She had nothing bad to say, so I have them a call. They insisted on sending someone to my condo to do an estimate. They told me that not only did they need to figure out my exact list of stuff, but the access and distance for the building.
The guy they sent was very charming and knew how to answer all of my questions, with honesty. I had to pay a bit extra because the movers had to walk far, but he explained everything perfectly. I mean, hey, I don't live in a house where they can park the truck in the driveway.
I had confidence in his "no bs" attitude, not what I'm used to when dealing with sales. I'm glad I chose this company, because they consistently performed in a straight forward manner through the entire process.
I took advantage of one of their "express" routes for delivery, choosing to be a little flexible, they gave me an idea of the approximate time frame for pickup and called me the day before they would be there. My condo fit them in for the elevator and it was smooth sailing. My stuff never left the truck and arrived in Vegas about a week later.
They did such a good job wrapping my furniture (it took a while to get everything uncovered) that there was not a single thing damaged. I was thoroughly impressed.
I would recommend these movers any day of the week. Make sure to see if your destination is on one of their quick routes so your stuff doesn't get moved around until it arrives at your new place. I think this is the trick to a flawless arrival.
Unprofessionalism.
Very poor and unprofessional movers. Charged almost a $1,000 dollars more than quoted,damaged numerous merchandise some irreplaceable. destroying items setting up and taking down. All in All a terrible waste of money. Also wanted money before unloading. VERY DISPLEASED!!
Best Movers I've Ever Used.
I was a little skeptical about the company's promise for no hidden fees. All I have experienced in moving is movers and management trying to get every dime they can after I have already booked and the movers are there loading my stuff, or even worse, threatening not to unload my stuff until I pay more.
After I read reviews and even emailed a few of their references, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Boy, I sure am glad I decided to give them a chance. They came to pack everything early in the morning with a crew ready to work. They took care of all the packing so quickly that they were able to load everything up in the truck the same day. I didn't want to drive straight, so we agreed on delivery for the morning after next. They showed up just as ready to unload as they did to pack. These guys were full of energy and polite as could be despite how much hard work they had to do.
Nothing was broken or even scratched. They set up all my furniture where I wanted it and took all the packing materials with them leaving me with a tidy house. These guys are really all they claim to be.. and MORE!! Now, I have the annoying task of unpacking all those boxes. At least that is about the only thing I have to handle, thanks to USA Home Movers!
The best move.
I have had some bad experiences with moving companies. Flat rate wanted to charge me double for the same exact move. So I decided to search google for movers and usa home movers had the best deal and customer service. They were on time and called a day before to confirm the move to see if anything had came up to delay the move or basically to see was my schedule clear. Never had a company like this.. this is the company I would recremmend to anyone.
Honest Good Service.
I moved from New Jersey to Seattle a couple weeks ago, these guys really made my move very easy everything was explained to me they never raised the price. They were always very punctual and polite. I have many antiques and valuables and they all arrived in the same condition as they were when packed. I would really reccommend this company to anyone with antiques or valuables because all my items arrived completely free of damage. .

I can't even express how well this company did with my move they went out of there way to keep me informed and comfortable through out the entire process. They arrived at my old place in Linden nj on time AND in a storm they covered my belongings with blankets and plastic to protect it from the rain they loaded it in the truck efficiently with no damage, it arrived to me in florida 4 days later without one single damage. Im am just very happy with and very grateful to this company! Hope you guys see this! Thanks guys!
