Missing Items.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Our shipment was a total of 325 cubic feet - not much in the moving world. USA Movers Express picked up our items on 5/7/15. Per our request they held it until 7/6/15. We moved to Florida and had to secure housing before delivery. The moving team was great BUT many items did not make delivery!! We contacted our contact and was told they had 90 days after delivery to locate and deliver our lost items prior to filing a freight claim. We received items that did not belong to us but apparently that does not concern them because we still have the items!! I have called several times and e-mailed the long list of items missing and have been constantly lied to. Today, finally I was given the firms name and number to file a claim. I do not feel confident that this claim will be resolved.

Does Not Deliver What Was Promised.
My first mistake was signing a contract with a moving broker. The broker contracted with USA Movers Express to move my daughter's furniture to GA and to have it arrive within a specified time. We paid extra $$ to have the delivery within a certain time. This was important to us because our 21 year old daughter was starting a new job and did not want to take off from her new job to receive the furniture. Furniture never arrived when promised. The ONLY contact I ever had with the company regarding when the furniture would finally be delivered was when I called them! They never called me! I could tell that I was a bother to them from the tone of his voice too. The furniture was finally delivered 6 days after the promised date at 11:30 in the evening! The moving truck could not get into the apartment complex. The mover was going to leave with my daughter's furniture. My daughter pleaded with the mover not to leave. In desperation she offered to help move her stuff off the truck because he was all alone! You are not going to believe what happened!! The mover parked his truck in an adjoining lot and my 21 year old daughter drove her small convertible to the truck. The mover one by one put her furniture into her car. She drove the car back to her apartment and unloaded the furniture by herself! Oh, he was nice enough to drive back to help with the mattress, futon and dresser! The mover did not have any equipment such as a hand truck to help her! She finished her move at 2 AM and got 3 hours of sleep before she started her second day on her new job. Nothing was assembled as promised! Imagine how I felt as a parent knowing that my 21 year old daughter is moving her own furniture late at night! What kind of company sends one mover without any equipment?? DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!

This moving company is GREAT! They were able to accommodate a next-day move for me (in-state, MD), and I needed them to make an extra stop before my final destination to drop off some furniture to a donation center - they accommodated that request as well and didn't charge me the full price for a 2nd stop. Brian Whitfield (sales associate) was thorough and kind. And Tony (the head mover) was the absolute BEST! They were on time, accommodating, thorough, followed directions carefully, and FAST!! I would HIGHLY recommend this moving company to anyone!! Brian, Tony, and the other two movers made my moving experience wonderful and completely stress-free. :-) Thanks you guys and keep up the great work!
Delivery and Insurance Claim.
The packers that came to pack broke an lamp. We were told that the company's insurance would cover in a claim. Also we never told that the items would be placed in a warehouse prior to delivery. Regardless of this, we had a long and drawn out delivery schedule. We were given various times/dates but they did deliver finally. Once delivered, we found that an item was missing. I contacted Clyde McClelland via phone and was told to send the claim for the missing item and the broken item via email. I did that on Nov 4 2013. Clyde confirmed delivery of the emails on 11/5/2013. Clyde stated that the insurance company would contact me after at least 95 days. I have contacted USA Movers Express at least 3 times since the 95 days pasted by both email and by phone. My latest attempt to contact them was today. All I want is to place a claim on the lost item and also the broken item with their insurance company. .
I wish there negative stars to give worst company ever!
This company did nothing but lie from the first day! The drivers were 2 hours late picking up. They promised that they would take things down and put things back together but never did. They promised a delivery date and were 3 weeks late coming. When calling they never answered the phone they screened all calls. They also lied and said "Clyde" didn't work there however his voice was on the answering machine. I also got nothing but lies from them. I have several thousand dollars worth of things missing and damage. I WOULD NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE. I want to put them out of business. Feel free to contact me for more.

I received my styff in broken condition. Computer cart is completely gone and not usable and to be garbaged. My Queen Bed and side tables in broken condition. I lost my ironing board. They do not replay phone calls or voice messages. Thier toll free # is 1-855-827-0464, they keep changing their names also. Such as USA Relocation Inc.
