  1. Damages - Basically uninsured.

Just understand when you use this company, they are basically uninsured and expect you to accept $.60 on the pound for any damages. You are asked to sign a document stating this on the day of the move which is somewhat SHADY. Who only believes they will be paid $.60 on the dollar for damages. It's their way of avoiding liability. They did not cover or use protective measures to prevent damages. Over $5,000 worth of damages to new furniture. No apology. Use another company.

  2. Disappointing Experience and Follow-up.

I've used many moving services over the years. Vosco was slightly below average for a an all-inclusive moving company (they provide both movers and the truck).  Vosco movers did not adequately protect furniture and I ended up with several scuffs and broken pieces. The movers actually hid some of these things so I did not find them until later. Brian (one of the new owners) came to look at the damage and said he would "follow up" but I never heard back. My best moving experiences have been with renting a truck from UHaul and hiring workers through the "moving help" feature on their site.  The UHaul trucks have ramps which mean that the load/unload goes MUCH faster. Moving the exact same amount (1 BR apt) cost TWICE as much with Vosco as it did when I rented a UHaul and a couple freelance movers. This last move was a 5 mile move for a 1 bedroom apartment--around $900 with Vosco.  Ironically, when I used free-lance movers, they took much better care of my stuff. This is the last time I'll use any moving company. For the record, I've used about 5 different moving companies, and I've used UHaul their moving help about 5 times. I'm  sticking with UHaul and their movers going forward.  The reason I chose Vosco this time was because I did not want to go pick up the UHaul and then have to drop it off.  Big mistake on my part--both in terms of cost of the move and cost to repair/fix broken furniture.

  3. Excellent.

I have moved several times in past years. First time usiong Vosco Moving and would use again. The price was very affordable. The guys were clean and very corteaous. They were pretty fast and nothing was broken. They put everything where we told them to. Only break they had was driving to our new home.
    was very satisfied.

  4. Try it.

All around great experience from Vosco Moving. The movers timing was perfect and move took much less than the expected 2 hour move-out time. They also offered to take apart a bed for us that we were going to take apart and discard on our own. The move in to the new building was just as easy. Nothing broken, nice movers. I highly recommend them!

  5. Sevice of vosco moving.

This is my own experience I am comparing them with recently hired moving company.
