Below poor..
This man and his company stole $240 from us in that he took payment and never showed for the move..blocked our calls and let us scramble to find another mover on a major holiday with no notice, to no avail..He gave us his word he would be there and he scammed us.
We are seniors and had to do the move ourselves , landing my husband in the doctor's office the next day. This man belongs behind bars.We are serving him papers from Small Claims Court and we reported him to the BBB and Dept of Consumer Protection. Stay away from this guy.
Great Move - Included Pianos.
Are house is rather large. We moved 2 upright pianos and 3 bedrooms a dining room and 2 couch sets and totes . We moved from Connecticut to The Boston suburbs. The movers where very careful and quick. I have used them once before in 2011 and I was a little nervous because I only used them to move the one piano in so I wasn't sure how the moving would be. I have used 2 other movers for long distance and this was the top. I will be using them to remove my junk and haul my daughter's door to miami. Thanks Rich, Trey, and joey the job was a success and I look forward to working again with you fellas.
Excellent, Quick Move from New Haven Ct- Saugerties NY May 2014.
I hired Rich and his crew through Craigslist. At first I was very worried as I am a single elderly women and have never used a moving company without the help of my family being with me to help. Well this time it was different no help.. why not give it a shot . Rich assured me over the phone that I was working my self up and there was no reason to worry he said the truck would be loaded from my 2nd floor In under an hour *IT WAS*..He assured me that he could make it there in no time as he knew the back roads. He was right again! All and all it was an amazing job. I don't have much but what I do have is very important to me. They protected it all with thick blankets. Nothing was damaged. If I knew a lot of people I would tell every last person. So instead I intend to tell anyone I run into who needs help as I did. These guys are stand up gentleman and they deserve it!
Move to Boston Ma- easy move.
Rich and his crew moved me and my to Boston. We moved a 1 bedroom loft with minimal boxes. The job was started at 7am and we had our belongings and had paid the movers before 10am! We also had a very heavy safe that took 3 men to bring in. They did a better job handling with there tools they had. It paid off to have experienced movers move us!! Impressive job guys will recommend you to anyone!!
Moved From Waterbury CT to Palm Coast FL week of 5/1.
Rich and his men loaded my 2 bedroom into there truck within 2 hours time. I have alot of belongings for a 2 bedroom and the men assured me that the 16ft truck they brought would accommodate the move.THEY WHERE RIGHT! I have moved long distance before and I liked there business style for the same price of me waiting over 2 weeks for my stuff to arrive from other big freight carriers took them only 24 hrs to drop off. They only bring 1 customer at a time to make sure that there belonging s get there safe and undisturbed. Great job I will be telling everyone of your services!
Moved from Rockyhill, CT to Providence Rhode Island. Very great job!
Richard and his men moved me and my 1 bedroom apt to Rhode Island from Ct. The job was done in under 3.5 hrs and that was including travel. The men where very quick and you can tell they knew what they where doing. I was overall very pleased with these men. I used them last minute, as my normal movers I have used do not do long distance. Large Move West Hartford.
The Crew arrived on a timely fashion. They where prepared and had all the tools to get the job done quick (9hrs) 2 man crew was what we requested but almost felt bad for the two gentleman half way though ad next time we will go with what they prefer for a 4 bedroom 3-4 men. Anyways everything was Un scratched as they where always careful and Co eyed all of our furniture with blankets. They were well mannered and made sure we felt comfortable with everything seeing it is all our possessions and it was our firstime using movers since 8 years ago. Move from Bronx to Shelton CT April 12th.
I used we are your mover to move a week ago. It was mostly boxes from a storage unit in the middle of the bronx. There was a few fragile pieces that the guys wrapped up. They arrived on time and where very cooperative with me as I needes to ride back and forth with them. They made me feel comfortable the entire trip and where gentlemen. I also booked this move on the same day and they arrived about 1 hour from the initial Contact. Everything was very quick and easy.
Best Movers In The Area.
Called Rich for same day service in Naugatuck, CT. He was prompt, professional, had a great assistant with him, too. I can't believe how fast and effortlessly they completed my move. Nothing damaged, and I was asked where I want things placed etc..

Small Move To Atlanta From Stamford. Move was great.
I didn't have any problems using richie or his company. It was a simple studio worth of furniture. The move was done in under 24 hrs and nothing was damaged. I would refer them.
The u load was done by richie himself as there was not alot but still it was impressively quick in efficient.
There was only one know on a small shelf that I couldn't find but to there credit it wasn't in the best shape.

Never Showed.
This "mover" left a 69 year old woman and her 30 year old daughter and her 4 year old grandson stranded last Saturday June 22,2013. After an initial agreement to be there at 1:00 he was called on his cell phone by a third party when he failed to show-up, he had stopped answering calls from the customer. He promised the caller he would be there and "delays are part of the business" HE NEVER SHOWED,HE NEVER CALLED. This was a simple move of three rooms of furniture to a location ten minutes away. I know because I moved them on Sunday. I am notifying the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General .

I'm not sure why most of the reviews here seem so negative. Maybe it's mostly the people who were disappointed going back and posting, while the ones who liked the service don't care as much to spend the time writing one. So, here's my 2 cents.
I personally had a fine experience. It was a 1-br move within Connecticut. The movers showed up promptly and the whole move (including the 1:20 min drive between the two places) took a little over 3 hours. And, of course, the price was way below what anyone else would've charged for this particular move (I can assure you, as I'd spent days on the phone getting quotes from other movers the week before - some of them didn't even call back, btw). Overall, I would rate this a very good experience.

2011 August Move.
This move was the worst experience ever. It was a one-bedroom move, from New Haven to a few towns over. Everything sounded great and good over the phone but as soon as these guys showed up, the nightmare began. First off, the three VERY YOUNG..and VERY THIN men that were hired were extremely lazy who extremely inexperienced.. and one of them even admitted they were hung over from partying the night before. The owner of the company was there, Rich, who just stood by and played with his phone the entire time instead of directing. I had to be vigilent the entire time about everything. He would yell every now and again to his workers, but mostly was on his phone. They packed the truck way too tight ..they even forced a large plant into the truck and snapped it. They also were UNPREPARED with appropriate straps needed for furniture. They had some padding in the truck but that was about it. These folks are lazy, and have a very unprofessional attitude. I would NEVER EVER recommend them to anybody. .
Do yourslef a big favor stay away from this guy.
This guy definitely wrote his own reviews on his page. Do not use him. He talks bad on the phone about the other workers on CL. Very unprofessional. First of all, he did nothing but yawn on the phone (once he finally called me back) and tried to make a fortune off us for a small move. He advertises 199 moves I priced a sm one bedroom he wanted to charge. By the time he added all his extra charges close to $500.00. We found the perfect mover on CL. Very respectful service. Funny the ones he bad mouthed so bad were the best ones. Another funny thing is when I was telling the people that we did hire what this guy was saying. They told me how he put up disgusting lies about them on CL and through phone number. Check what a loser this guy is. Don't hire this guy.
Unprofessional & damaged goods!
After booking Rich to help with a very simple move of couches from our basement, they ended up being an hour late (after I had to track them down) they showed-up for the job, brought the couches out to the dumpster and before my tenant even knew it they had left without saying a thing. She went downstairs to inspect and found that none of their belongings were put back in place, damage to walls, scratches, gash and hole at the base of the stairs & damage to the door frame. They clearly left in a hurry for a reason. The sad thing is, stuff like this happens and I would have understood and worked with them to resolve, but they were extremely unprofessional and should have never left that job site the way they. When we called to complain and get a partial refund (which was way less then the damage would probably cost us to repair) they denied this offer and finally agreed to come fix the damaged walls themselves. I have given them other chances and all 3 times they have unfortunately let me down in 1 way or another, this being the WORST! I will be curious to see if they come the day we schedule the job, show-up ON TIME and address all the issues they had caused. DO NOT WORK with this company, their prices may be cheap but so is their professionalism and effort. .
