Dec 11 move.
We scheduled a Dec 11 move with We Do Moves and had a disasterous experience! A proposed 8-9 a.m. arrival was replete with lies of why the company was late (in fact, they never showed up at all). Excuses ranged from the truck having a flat tire to engine trouble. Driver and dispatcher could not mesh their stories. Every time we asked for ETAs, we were told that they could not pinpoint when they would arrive. Furthermore, we were also told that our constant calling was rude and disrespectful. After waiting until nearly 2 p.m., we called to cancel and further voice our frustration. Our calls went straight to voicemail (gutless); consequently, we left an angry message and luckily found another company to move us at dusk.
I can't relate to people how unprofessional and inept this company is/was. If indeed there were problems with the truck, why not send another one out? Also, the way they tried to "turn the tables" on us by claiming we were badgering them by calling and requesting a timetable so we monitor the rest of the day is/was downright comical.
Suffice it to say, we will NEVER recommend this company to anyone. In fact, we will do everything to dissuade peoplefrom doing business with them. Lastly, we intend to inform both the Better Business Bureau and the Tampa Bay Times about our experience.
Great Movers!
We Do Moves did an excellent job. The movers operated in a timely and efficient manner. They were very professional and handled my items with care. None of my items were damaged. I was very impressed with their quality of service and I will use them again if I ever have to move. I have no complaints. The movers showed up earlier than my appointment time and they called me ahead of time to alert me to their arrival time.

Very good and efficient! Very attentive to my needs quick and easy, from the moment I requested information and was called by Edison everything was very easy. My movers were on time, tjey called me to let me know when they were close to my home and they were very attentive to our needs. They put my furniture in place at the new home and were just so fast and did thier job at ease. The 2 guys that came to do my move were quick and did their job in a timely and professional manner. Thank ls guys.

"We Do Moves" was great from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend this company to others in need of movers. Between the moving consultant rep who was extremely personable and the actual movers who were thorough, they made my transition a breeze. They took the headache out of moving. It was extremely hot on the day of the move, and the movers were pleasant the entire time. I would use them again in the future. Thank you for an awesome job!!
Move.
Great service! On time, excellent job and accomplished in allotted time. Guys were courteous and professional. moved from 3rd floor condo and we did not encounter any damage. Guys never once complained of heat or stairs and it was brutal outside. Furniture was set up in house and was very satisfied with complete move. I would highly recommend using this company. Scheduling appointment was easy also. No complaints at all! Job well done.

Very quick, friendly, and professional. Movers were polite and energetic. The move took 4 hours and they worked hard the whole time. They were quick and wrapped furniture pieces to avoid scratches. They treated all boxes as fragile. The person in the office was also very polite and professional. The quote was accurate. The price was reasonable. I will definitely use them again.
Condition.
The guys that showed up were not the clean, professional people shown in the promo photos. The movers did not have boxes or blankets as promised int he ad. Many of my items were damaged but I chose not to fight it. I had hired the movers for two hours for a small move. They hustled for the first hour and wore out quickly in the second hour. They even took out the neighbor's power with their truck that was too large. All in all, the guys were nicest enough but can do better.
Awesome Movers.
I hired this company with just a one day notice. I called at least five companies prior to this one and every one of them wanted at least 600.00. When the movers came they assessed my belongings moved everything very fast, came on time, were very professional, we got to the storage facility early. They packed everything very compact. By the end of this very stressful day I was so happy. I was very impressed. Thank you for having a company I can rely on I have told all of my friends and family about this awesome moving company.
Short Notice Service, Great Experience.
Two men from We Do Moves loaded up 53 pieces of fine art produced by the Delaware Valley Art League and delivered them to the 13th floor of a downtown Philly office building. This move occurred during a surprise springtime snow storm and we were lucky to get them on short notice. The movers were prompt, efficient and friendly. We will use them again.
Very Disappointed.
My husband and I hired We Do Moves in December 2014. We needed two move in dates bc we were getting married and moving into our new home together. We were promised professional movers and quality prices.
The movers were NOT professional. They took smoke breaks, talked and texted on their phones. They had no skill in maneuvering furniture and left us with a dent and crack in our wall. My husband and I called about getting the damaged repaired however we have been ignored! We were the 1st move of the morning and the movers did not smell good and left a stench causing us to have to air out our home. Do NOT hire this company. Do to their lack of professionalism we were charged well over our slotted hours and that concern was never addressed either! Overcharged and left with damage to our home!

We Do Moves, is the mover for you! Not only were they able to accomodate a last minute change in pickup schedule, they were fast, efficient, and completed the move in the proposed time. Highly recommend!
Excellent Communication. Phone calls at everystep of the process. Did exactly what they said they would do. Didn't have to tell them what to do, they just did it. They sure do know their moves. Trained very well.
Moving Review.
We Do Moves moved my furnishings from Katy, Texas to Tomball. They were late in arriving, but once they got there they went to work. I had a large storage unit nearly full with furniture and 120 boxes. After an hours drive to Tomball, they arrived at my apartment which is on the third floor and a long distance from where they had to park. They did an excellent job loading my boxes and placing my furniture in the desired spots. They were paid by the hour and worked all day without breaks. I could not ask for better workers and had they not been late due to some mixup, I would give them an excellent rating.

I move every few years due to my job and always used one company, however this time they were unavailable to move me on the specific day that I needed so I looked around for a different company. I had very high standards since my company was so great all the time so when I was referred to We Do Moves by my friend that had good experience with them, I looked around to make sure this company is legit and professional and only found good things online. Well, I can say to everyone that after the move I could not be any happier! What this company did blew my mind. I can't even compare them to my old company; everything was done way over my expectations. Expeditiousness, professionalism, neatness of the crew was all at 100%. I definitely will go back to this company when it is time to move again and I will recommend it to anyone that needs help moving. Plus they have very good programs for repeat customers as well as referral incentives! What other company offers that?
