Big Fraud Company and SCAM Alert!.. Please be careful of these guys. They ransom you 3-4 time money apart from the estimate provided and they don't release your stuff unless you pay the money. I paid $3000+ for my moving and they initially gave the quote of $1200 only. Apart from this we had lost our QUEEN size expensive mattresses when they delivered our stuff after 1 month with stressful nights. If you really want to take chance, I would suggest to take pictures of your stuff whenever these guys are picking up your stuff and make sure you have all the evidence.Check your agreement before sign and take the pictures of the copy also don't forgot to take all the documents before these guys leave with your stuff. They will try to take advantage of your situation and they will make you cry for your own stuff. Call the police if necessary. People like Amber, Ali, Ashley are all unprofessional and rude in this company and few people are only worried about getting a good tip so They keep saying “make sure and take care of me and my guys”. Don't pay anything to these guy for their unprofessional service and making customers moving experience so stressful.
Overall decision is your.. No-one can change destiny when you dealing with these unprofessional guys.
Unprofessional and unethical.
Needless to say, moving is a stressful time for all. The prudent thing is to plan ahead and hope everything goes without a glitch. However, despite a written contract which spells out all the details, this company would exploit your elevated stress level by shaking you down for money in every way, I can’t even begin to list here. Everyone involved from the owner, Administrative assistant, down to foreman are in it. They play Jekyll and Hyde taking turns to be dirty and nice. The switch happens when you threaten them,out of exasperation, with calling the cops and initiate court proceedings. It’s farcical and theatrical only if it were a broadway show. Sadly, it’s not. They will resort to anything including threats to unload the wrapped up and already loaded items, on the curbside and cancel the order if you don’t agree to their money demands.
After my horrifying nightmare I researched about them and I was shocked to read numerous complaints exactly like mine. I wish I did my due diligence. I walked right into Ms. Jenn’s charming and diabolical ways. Their business model is not based on repeat customers nor referrals. I am writing this review with a sense of urgency to warn other future poor suckers. But if you are already into it threaten them with calling authorities, they eventually give up because they are not suicidal yet. Bottomline, stay away from them. Footnote: Finally they arrived at the destination only to have the truck breakdown literally two blocks from the house. Can’t be making this up. Anyways nightmare is over.
Lost Boxes and Rip Off Price.
It was a nightmare to deal with this company. The senior coordinator, Adam Cohen is also the owner of this company and he has anger issues. He was always yelling, hanging up the phone, lying, not returning the calls. It was funny that when I asked him for his owner's contact information, he said that his boss is out of country. Later, I found out Adam Cohen is an owner and also the senior coordinator. MY complaints are: 1. They lost 9 boxes and they are not even trying to trace or replace for the lost items. 2. They deceived the volume of my stuffs: They don't weigh the boxes, but calculate with volume. They did not show me how they measured my stuffs but just told me that it was 770 Cubic feet. When my stuffs were delivered, someone else measured and it only came out 445 Cubic Feet. I paid three times more than Adam Cohen's estimate. 3. The company only sent two people to deliver my stuffs and asked me to find helpers.
The owner, Adam Cohen never apologized to me about my missing boxes (9), damaged items, over charging for over a month.
This company always lies and never gives straight answers. Almost impossible to communicate with them. Also, the owner is very disrespectful toward his employees. If he is not happy with his employees, he said, "I will fire his A**!" with very high pitch.
I have all the proofs and I can back up what I wrote here. I also reported to US DOT and I will post an update.

I DECIDED TO USE XTRA MILE FOR MY CROSS COUNTRY MOVE AND AM VERY HAPPY I DID.THEY WERE ON TIME AND VERY FAIR WITH THERIR PRICES AND THE GUYS WERE VERY THOROUGH IN PACKING MY FURNITURE CORRECTLY I DID GO UP A LITTLE BIT BUT I FORGOT SOME THINGS SO PRICING WAS FAIR I RECEIVED MY STUFF CLOSE TO THE DATE REQUESTED AND WITH MINIMAL DAMAGE WHICH THEY COMPENSATED ME FOR FAIRLY I WOULD RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO USE THEM AND I WILL TOO.
