Great Experience.
I just wanted to take a moment to thank John B. and All Services Movers for moving my family for the second time. Again the move went smooth. I will definately be contacting them again for my next move. John the sales person was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He was always there to answer my dumb questions and was so sweet and professional. I got 3 quotes for the move and again they were the lowest price. Not by much but still. The driver ray and his crew of pros were awesome. I especially liked the way they packaged and ahndled my piano. I have to say it was very impressive just watching them handled it. Thanks guys!!
Positive Experience.
My move today was pretty simple. The movers picked up my household items and furniture in TN and delivered them to Maryland 4 days later. Their driver came out to my house in TN with 2 more guys and did a great job. Derrick the sales rep gave me some really good tips on how to pack certain things to keep my cost down and I followed his instruction and I was ready to go when the moving crew arrived. The guys were hard working and did a really good job. I was very happy with the move and would use them again.

Dishonest, poor service and untrustworthy.
List of complaints from recent move (Washington to California): - Bed slats missing - Large scratch and dent on table stand, glass shelves also scratched - Edges of couch are clearly scuffed - Delivered a box that isn't ours! - Company has made no attempt to speak to us despite over 10 phone calls and voice messages to them explaining the situation. We are clearly being ignored after repeatedly asking for a manager that we are told is not currently in the office every time we call. All Service Movers have never called us back. - Did not pick up on time despite "guaranteed pick up date" on contract - Caused issues with our landlord by not picking up on time and delayed our interstate journey significantly. We were told that the company uses all their own trucks and are not a broker. This is incorrect as they clearly used other moving companies for the move and never used their own trucks. The delivery drivers actually told us that the company we used are brokers. I was also told that the company is a local company from Seattle/Tacoma. This is clearly another misrepresentation of the the truth as they are based in Texas not Washington. Calls to managers were received in Texas. They refused to contact us when there were problems with our move. All Services Movers are clearly lying to customers about the way they do business, falsely assuring customers they are not a broker and use all their own trucks. Do not use this moving service under any circumstances.

I just recently moved back home to Arizona from Washington and had a great experience with All Services. With my work schedule it was almost impossible for me to find time to pack up before the movers got there. The sales people were very friendly and knew their service very well. The movers were outstanding and took good care of my belongings And helped me reverted wry last bit of my things. Overall I had a great experience. This company made my move so much easier then I imagined it would be.

Customer service.
Shannon was very professional and very attentive too our needs. My wife and I both disabled and her cancer came back so she wanted too move back to Cincinnati Ohio to be with her family. we had problems with closing our house so she was very accomadating with us the move had to be pushed back several times,and then finally we cancelled the move and she was very sorry for our inconveince of the whole ordeal,and was still very concerned about my wifes health.Shannon also able to recommend an car hauler to us.Even though we were unable to use this company I believe they would have done an awesome job. No concern about missing items.
We had a partial load, paid over $3,000 to have some family items shipped fromTexas to Richmond, VA. Everything that was picked up was not delivered. They did not bring the top part to an antique china cabinet, a bike or a large rug. First person we talked to pretty much said this was to be expected, that it happened all the time. Company has shown no concern in resolving the issue for us. Mutiple e-mails and phone calls have not been returned. We are not able to get any information about our missing items. Very frustrating. .

Very professional company! All Service Movers is a wonderful company and the Agnets are very polite and willing to help. If a question could not be answered at that time they would give call back or send an e-mail.
Big shout out to BRITTANY for helping begining to end :) Made sure from Thursday night till Friday morning that everything happened at the right time.

Fair and super professional.
I really feel great in reviewing you guys since you did a great job. I don’t know how many customers have been served the way I have been, but the fact of the matter is that I thoroughly enjoyed dealing with you. I especially enjoyed talking to Matk and the way he went over every detail with me and answered all of my questions. The whole staff was very nice. There was a little breakage in the items while moving but they had already told me about the possible breakage to the glassware if I intended to move them. Rest, nothing was less then perfect!

Couldn't make a better choice.
All services did a wonderful job for my family 2 weeks ago. I think I should share my experience to the people who are searching for a genuine mover. I searched a lot and researched online and found no mover could get highest priority than All Services movers. I hired them to move us from WA to OK and they delivered! The folks arrived on time, work diligently, packed and loaded every item needed to be relocated and maintained the delivery spread window to hand over my valuables back to me at impeccable condition. I knew I made a good choice. I will definitely use them again.
Fantastic moving company.
The move with All Services was fantastic. They quoted me average price like other quotation I received from different companies but their work was not like others, I think. I relocated very expensive furniture with absolutely no damage. It looked pretty secure the way they covered my items. The workers finished uploading ahead of schedule that I was very happy with. Their driver maintained delivery window. The movers didn’t even mind to set up stuffs they took apart. I ended up paying extra for the packing but it was well worth it. .
My first move.
So, this was my first time ever doing a long distance move. I was very hesitant considering all the terrible stories you hear now a days. I spoke to several companies before choosing All Services. I finally made the commitment, I was relieved and couldn't be happier that I did. I had spoken to a moving consultant, and she coverd all the details of my move, and what I should expect. On the day of the move, the moving crew showed up and went straight to work. I couldn't believe how easy they made it look! Then our stuff were delivered about 10 days from my moving pick up day. The crew came into my new home, put all my stuff back together and put all my boxes where I asked them too. I was very impressed!!

Hire these movers, you won't regret it.
My experience with these movers was excellent. They were polite, did as I directed, and did not need to be guided. I would recommend them and plan to use in future move. Very simply this was a stress free experience. There is not much that needs to be said you will understand once you hire them and see them in action.

As Smooth As It Gets.
After moving many times in my life I can honestly say this was one of those times I had a stress free moving experience. The workers were on time, very organized, careful with my boxes and furniture and also very polite. I really did not know what to expect since I have had horrible experiences in the past and only had 2 days to get to Ohio to start my new job. I thank the crew at All Services for being professional and doing an excellent job with my last minute requests and move.

My Recent Move.
I recently used the guys at All Services Movers to move my husband and I with our two kids from Seattle WA to NM. I was originally going to rent a truck and do it myself, but Mike convinced me that since it is a back haul for them, their price would be very competitive. And it was. All Services Movers moved our 3 bedroom house and everything went off without a hitch. They gave us a package where we packed all boxes and they packed everything else like mirrors, electronics, pictures, and furniture etc. I was very happy with service at pick-up and delivery and would definitely recommend them in the future. Job well done guys!

I am super satisfied with All Services Movers! Excellent company! I think the best I could have hired.
I searched a lot looking for the best pricing and good customer service. All Services quote was not the cheapest quote I received but I decided to go with them because they were so helpful and informative.
I moved a week ago and I really wanted to hire professionals, people who can do the job in the most outstanding way. So the salesman at All Service, Oscar was really sweet and friendly. We made an agreement and then on the moving day, The foreman and two workers came to wrap and pack my things. It was wonderful how everything stayed intact. They had all the required equipment and they finished the whole job in few hours. Very quick and efficient!
I really could not have chosen a better company. If you want to have a move without any problems, choose All Services Moving you won't regret it.
