  1. All USA Van Lines - Great Moving Company.

All USA Van Lines was a great experience. I first received an estimate from the friendly salesman, Ronald. He was accurate and flexible with my work schedule. He sent my estimate via email and spoke over all the details with me. I had set the pickup for 4/23. The pickup was efficient and organized. It took All USA Van Lines 8 days to ship my furniture to New York. Ronald was very accurate in his estimate of the ship date. The movers delivered my furniture quickly. They were extremely friendly. All of my furniture was wrapped and boxed appropriately. It came in great condition minus a minor break in one of my lampshades. I have all glass/ mirrored furniture so I was worried about its condition but they did an amazing job wrapping it up and shipping it.

Amazing move with barely any hassle.  Completely stress free! Great communication throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them to any other potential mover.

  2. Move completed in no time.

We  were recommended All USA Van Lines  through a family friend who had once used these guys in the same neighborhood so we  had an opportunity to see them literally perform handson.  I decided to book them and their phone agent  was happy to provide us with all the details   . On the day of the move 2 guys came in and followed the schedule and delegated their tasks  .They  very quickly loaded up our things and unloaded at our new apartment just a few blocks away. These guys came reasona.  We'll use them again on our next move! .

  3. Very Reliable & as Promised.

Compared to my past experiences , this company by far exceeded all of our expectations. Everything arrived in ONE piece- NO DAMAGES- and ON TIME! The price was very affordable considering we did the same 4 bdr move 2 yrs prior for double the price. Ronald was our rep and very upfront, honest and made sure we where satisfied. I would highly recommend dealing with Ronald. A  .

  4. Dishonest people, HORRIBLE service.

These people are extremely dishonest. I gave an accurate description of what needed to be moved and where, then they gave me one quote (1140) for an out of town move. When they arrived, the mover on site wanted to double the price. The people I spoke to on the phone were also rude. This is a very unprofessional outfit. DO NOT USE THEM!!  .

  5. Great movers, quick and careful!

I moved with all usa van lines from atlanta ga to miami fl.david and his craw did an excellent job, friendly and honest. they pick up my full ferniture on monday and delivered it two days after.
the sales person, iris, was awesome, everything went as planed.
thanks you for a clean move!

  6. Worst Movers on Earth.

These are the worst I have ever seen or heard from. Missing items, prices inflated after we agreed horrible customer service. Drivers barley speak English tried to ask me for help moving, please avoid these people. Please please please. I would have used a wheel barrel before I would use these people. Worst of all time. I will sue.

  7. Pleasantly Surprised !!

My Husband and I originally signed with another company and when the movers arrived to pack our things into the crate the size of the crate was grossly underestimated. We immediately cancelled with that mover feeling as though we were being played in order to increase the price. I went on the Internet ASAP and ALL USA Van Liines was the first call that I made and I spoke with Iris who was very helpful and emailed me a form to provide us and estimate ASAP. The estimate seemed fair so we scheduled the pick up from our home in North Carolina to be delivered to our home in California. The moving truck was a few hours late but that was no problem, when they arrived there was a disagreement about the way the Sofa was listed on the proposed items to be picked up. Iris had written a Sofa/Love Seat and I thought nothing of it until the driver said that he would have to charge us more because the contract did not specifically state "Sofa". BUT IT DID!! However, my biggest concern was when the guys did not crate up my 6 foot Heavy Mirror, they just slid it between two mattresses and promised that they would properly crate it at the warehouse before transport. Needless to say I was terrified. I took pictures and noted everything that took place during the packing. After they left I realized that the Inventory list only had One of my room size rugs listed on it so I immediately began calling Customer Service. I never got a return phone call until I researched the company deeper and found the owners phone number, guess what?? He did call me back and I emailed to him the corrected inventory list and our shipment arrived next day and the movers were absolutely proffessional and very thorough. They were very concerned about pleasing us and we tipped them VERY nicely because things turned out much better than we expected!!

  8. Worst moving experience ever.

When I selected All USA Vanlines to be the moving company for my move from Florida to Arizona, it was based on the conversation I had with the sales representative, Cesar. We discussed the timeline for the move and Cesar assured me that scheduling a July 20th pick-update, that  the items should arrive in Arizona around July 26th or 27th. Based on this information, I proceeded with plans in Avondale, AZ including paying partial rent for July thinking I would move in the last week of July.   Nothing about this move went smoothly. The day of pick up on July 20th, Cesar had said I should have an 8:00am appointment. The call from the driver said 8am-12pm was the window for arrival. The truck did not arrive until 1:40pm. Not only did they arrive outside of the window, they didn’t bother to notify me early that they were “stuck in traffic”.   Once the movers arrived, they refused to take certain items that were listed on the inventory I submitted without boxing them up first. I had intentionally updated the inventory with ample time prior to the move date to prevent this very problem. I learned the day of pick up that items placed in garbage bags and; live plants were not permitted. Additionally, they would not take other small items without re-boxing them. All told, they insisted on packing 3 large wardrobe boxes at a significant cost. When I tried to discuss this, I was told by the driver there was no other option; that it was unlawful for him to take the items without boxing them. This added an unexpected cost to the move. He never gave me the option of not re-packing the items and accepting the responsibility if they arrived damaged.   Additionally, the driver told me I needed to tip the crew that day because it would be a different crew in Arizona. I have never heard of such a practice. I have only tipped a moving crew when they have completed the job at the new location.   When I arrived in Arizona, I called a day or two before the date Cesar and I had discussed, only to find out that my items had not even left Florida yet. This began a series of discussions with the worst customer service representative I have ever encountered named Danielle. I explained to Danielle that the reason I had booked the move with your company was because of the dates he had guaranteed me. Danielle informed me that I should have asked him to put that in writing. Why would it ever be the customer’s responsibility to see to it that a representative of your company is following through on the verbal promises made? Danielle repeatedly talked over me, not bothering to listen to my issues or concerns. She was incredibly rude and claimed I was at fault and that I didn’t follow up to get things in writing from Cesar. I tried to bring to her attention the issue of the additional wardrobe boxes the driver, David, insisted on packing, and she said “did he hold a gun to your head? If not, then you could have refused”.  This is how your customers are being spoken to. After much back and forth and a discussion in which I had to force myself to talk over Danielle, she agreed to check the inventory to see if the items I mentioned were indeed on them and that she would get back to me. Ultimately she took one wardrobe box off the bill.   At the time I made the arrangements with Cesar as well as when the items were picked up, I informed all parties involved that all payments would be made on a credit card. Everyone said that was not a problem, they would pre-authorize this for me. The day before the items were dropped off, I called to make the credit card payment, and was informed once again by Danielle that this was not acceptable and that I didn’t give enough notice. I gave several week notice! Apparently letting everyone know from the start was not ample and she refused to run the credit card. At this point, I would not receive my items if I didn’t come up with the cash; a major inconvenience and again something I had not planned.   On the day of drop off, the truck arrived in a timely manner and they started to unload. I have included a lovely picture of the sweaty driver sitting down on one of my chairs in the driveway. This is incredibly unprofessional! As items started entering the house, I noticed how banged up the boxes were. Then when Rubbermaid tubs came in bashed in and cracked, my concern for my items deepened. Not only were multiple items damaged, items are missing! A coffee table, two flower boxes/pots, and a box are all nowhere to be found.   The movers were ready to go, when I took a quick inventory and realized I was missing several items. When I went to back to the truck, I could see on the truck a coat rack that belonged to me. When I said it was mine, they said, it doesn’t have a number. I said, so check my inventory as I listed it on there. The only inventory they had was of the items that were hand written by David at pick up. When they removed the coat rack from the truck, one of the prongs had been busted. Additionally an end table had been cracked, the handle on a dresser was bent, two floor lamps were bent and the bottoms broken, and a number of items taped up by your company have adhesive that is impossible to remove stuck to them. All of these were items packed by All USA Vanlines. Additionally the front tire was taken off my mountain bike and the front breaks were damaged in the move.   I immediately called Danielle to ask what I should do about the broken and missing items. She said to have the driver, Sammy, make a note on the inventory and sign it. Sammy refused to sign anything to witness the damaged item. He also claimed that he had unloaded every item with a number from the truck and none were missing. This is completely impossible but because the system is so archaic it would require my going through the entire inventory piece by piece to identify where the missing items fell on the list.  Had the driver had my original inventory, it would have been clear the number of tables, flower pots, and boxes and they did not match up with what they took off the truck.   Danielle was, once again incredibly unhelpful and rude in this circumstance as well, telling me she refused to speak with me anymore. I was able to get the claims process and contact info before she hung up on me. I filed the claim and over a month has passed and I have heard nothing nor have my missing items been located. .

  9. Bad moving experience.

I hired Eco Vanlines and, they outsourced me to All USA Vanlines, which I had been contacted by from an online service I filled out. I checked this company out with the BBB and, they have an F rating because of bate and, switch with the original binding quote price, unprofessional movers, lost and, stolen items and, damaged items. I would not do business with them but, still got stuck with them without any knowledge of it. The company I hired didn't let me know at any time that they are brokers and, they don't actually do the moving. When All USA arrived late, the foreman started shouting orders to the other two men to start loading and, then got on the phone with his boss. After, a few minutes he got off and, said my bill was going from $1145 to $1403. I argued with him and, insisted on speaking with his boss which he refused. He was very rude and, spoke very little english so I couldn't understand what he was saying to me or the workers. I was in a bind as my things were in Gerogia and, I was living in Washington, so I was limited on time. I had to agree but, said I wasn't going to let this go. When I got home I immediately contacted the original company and, tried to reach the rep that was suppose to be with me from start to finish but, it took several days of emails to get a response. Even though legally Eco Vanlines is responible for all transactions they stuck me with All USA again. I filed a complaint with them and, did manage to get a $200 refund.  However, when my things finally arrived after about 30 days it was by yet another company called HB Transport, they pulled up in an old United Vanlines truck opened the doors and, my things which were 99% boxes, one pc chair that they broke the leg off and, one small nightstand. The stuff was scattered all over the truck, not neatly placed in one area all together like you would think. They had taken it upon themselves to open one of my boxes and, take out the lampshades that were in it and, throw them in the back on the dirty floor ruining them. They lost my antique floor lamp and, several of my boxes. They gave me a box that I didn't recognize so I opened it and, it was part of my things from several different boxes. I don't know what they did with the rest of it.  Most of the boxes were smashed and, they had sand all over them and, were wet. He said, you have 60 days to file a claim.  He was in such a hurry he took off with a couple of my boxes, I called, him told him there were boxes and, my lamp missing and, he said he would check when he got the next pickup and, bring my stuff back, this was at 11am at 6pm I got a call from a nice young man saying that the driver had left my things with him to be delivered. I never heard from HB Transport again. If you can connect any of these companies with their associates stay far away from them. I am now working with the Consumer Affairs (973-504-6200) to make them pay and, perhaps put them out of business so they can't hurt others.

  10. Hey deserve all of the five stars I've given them!

I have nothing but praise and fantastic things to say about All USA Van Lines and the service they provide.  I was looking for loading-only help as I was driving my own uhaul to my new address.  Ron gave me by far the lowest quote and only required a two-hour minimum.  He instructed me on the supplies I would need (blankets and ratcheting straps) confirmed with me the day before the move and asked if I had any questions both times.  When the three-man team showed up, right on time, the foreman took a tour of my apartment and walked me through the contract.  The men then proceeded to move me out of my one-bedroom apartment that was packed FULL of stuff in under 45 minutes.  They secured everything with the ratcheting straps.  They even backed the uhaul out of the driveway for my husband.  They were fast, proficient, and very professional.  When we got to our new home, NOTHING in the truck had moved an inch, and nothing was damaged, not even my succulent plants that they put in at the end.  I WHOLEHEARTEDLY recommend this company.  They deserve all of the five stars I've given them!

  11. Stay Away!!

This company is not reliable. I had a pickup scheduled back on 6/7/12 at 5pm, the driver didn't show up until 12MIDNIGHT then had the nerve to get an attitude when I questioned why my rate went up $343.00. I made my reservation through Public Movers and some how their "sister company- All USA Vanlines" ended up handling my items. I've called and called their customer service, dispatch and the sales rep Christine Worth, none of them have been straight forth about what day and time my items will be delivered. I was finally put in contact with the delivery driver (Enrique). He told me that he would be at my house at 6pm yesterday, 6/24/12, he never showed up. Get wait until the office opens they will be getting a hostile call from me. This makes no sense to me. I received calls/emails everyday from this company back when I was looking for movers, now that they have my business/items, they lack to communicate. My next course of action will be to get my lawyer involved. I would NEVER recommend these bootleg companies (Public Movers/All USA Vanlines) to anyone.

  12. Upcharged by double.

Went through the quote process over the phone and forgot to mention 3 items (exercise equipment) and miscounted by a dozen boxes. They up charged me $2400, Opon recieving my items, back from their holding while trying to dispute and pay the absurd amount they charged, I was missing lawn equipment and my boxes were heavily damaged with several fragile items broken and my desktop shattered. Don't use these people, they are dishonest and thieves.

  13. Very horrible experience moving.

I am disappointed to learn that moving companies like this exist.
My friend has had a very bad experience with this move. Many items were stolen, damaged and boxes opened and gone through and then repacked (missing items).

I have observed this company lie and be abusive.

How can we as a group, that has been or observed this abuse and been damaged by these moving companies practices, put a STOP TO THIS. No one deserves to be treated like this when moving.

Moving is stressful enough. Putting people under duress to sign documents and force larger payments out of them than was originally agreed upon is just wrong. You make a contract with one company and the next thing you know two or three companies are handling your belongings. You never know where your household goods are or when you are going to get them. You never have the opportunity to talk to one person consistently. You spend a lot of your time on hold. I am thoroughly disgusted that any legal organization is allowed to get away with these practices.

  14. Not a bad choice.

All USA Van Lines moved me the other day so I felt I should write a review , actually this company was recommended to me by a close friend of mine. I got new furniture and they moved my old furniture out and dropped it off to three different locations. The guys they sent showed up early and they were coming from another job which meant they finished that one ahead of schedule. When they came in they just followed the instructions and took things like a cakewalk. I never complained even when carrying my ridiculously heavy sofa bed and delivered all the furniture quickly and efficiently to the other locations. My only concern was that due to some reason they did not accept payment thru card on that day and I had to arrange for a cashier’s cheque from my bank which caused some inconvenience otherwise their service was not bad.

  15. Fast and Efficient Movers.

I moved across the city this weekend and had called 3 different places and compared quotes and quality. I don't have a lot of stuff, but I have a few big pieces. The deal from All USA Van Lines was hands down the best one (cheaper than a few moving companies from which I made an inquiry, and I'd heard great things about them.) His team was fast, efficient, and very respectful of all my furniture (they were treating it nicer than I ever do!) His original estimate for my move was 3 hours, and his team of 2 guys finished in under 2. I'm totally happy with his service, and will definitely use them again if I move.
