1. First time client.

   This is the first time I have moved away from home and I figured that it would be a stressful ordeal. I hired Alliance moving company to help me safely get all of my things to my new city. I was extremely happy with their service. Not knowing anything about moving to begin with, they made me feel comfortable and just knowing I had a dependable company made it so much better. All of my things came on time and the people who worked for alliance were always available to pick up my calls every time I needed to speak with them. I definitely recommend this company. 5 stars for sure.

2. Actual Mover.

   The reason we chose alliance movers was because they are the actual mover and not a broker. I was told before this all started to make sure that I did not use a broker. I wanted a mover that use their own trucks with their own employees and I got that with alliance. Not only did I get an over the phone estimate but I had them come out and do an on-site as well you can never be too sure. I’m lucky to live in the state Of Illinois you have had this luxury. We fine-tune the list and I even decide to leave a few pieces behind to make sure all fit within my budget. I was notified today is her fourth pick up what time the movers were arrive and they showed up on time. The same would happen on the delivery end. I appreciate the honesty and transparency and I’m grateful have found good company. My personal experience Is people say things to get your business but then turn around and do as they please and that is not how they work. They are the jet experienced and the every day person’s mover.

3. College move.

   Alliance movers were on point. I was scared at first to use a professional mover because I don’t have that much going. I’m a recent college graduate so needless to say money is very tight. When I talk to my agent explain to him exactly how much money I had to work with and he laid out all the options for me to get the move done the most cost-efficient way. I like the way you spoke to me and I felt good dealing with them. I had to speak to a couple other companies just to make sure I was getting a good deal and it turns out I was. I did my research and made sure the company was in good standing and I didn’t see horse stories when I read about their past months. When the movers showed up I had all my boxes packed so When they showed up all they had to do was wrap the furniture and load the truck. They told me would take about nine days for the delivery and it ended up only being six so I got lucky. I told my moving agent that if everything went well I would have no problem leaving a good review I do blogging in my spare time so I’m used to writing. I know now in the future that if I ever needed to mover I’m just going to give alliance a call. None of my electronics were broken and my furniture was not scratched and my valuables did not mysteriously gone missing. It was a job well done five stars in my book.

   Thank you alliance movers for a job well done. In the mixed of 100 phone calls I decided to work with you when I got back and I’m glad that I did. You guys are extremely professional and your approach and did everything that you told me you would. I got a lot of discounts and ultimately a great price. I liked what I read online and my representative was very knowledgeable in the field. You guys possess all the necessary licenses and certifications and we’re happy to look over my other quotes and for that I’m grateful. This is a big transition for me and my family and a very stressful time And the last thing anybody wants to do is deal with them over but you guys made this process very easy. I’d be happy to refer you to anyone and anytime.

5. Flawless.

   Alliance movers was the first company that I spoke to. Answered my information online and begin to get calls from various movers. Everybody sounded good and had a great approach on the phone but as I looked into the companies I started to read out the not so great ones. The best company that I spoke to First call relocations they were very detailed honest and upfront about the pricing in the moving process. They were willing to look over other quotes that I had and provide me the resources to make my own decision which I liked. They also price match any five-star company I provided them a quote with. The women in the customer service department notified me before any step in the process would occur any changes that would happen. The movers themselves for polite and courteous and respected my home. There is no dirt tract and nothing was damaged. Nowadays there are so many companies it’s important to do your homework and I’m glad I found a good company in alliance movers.

6. All Around Great Company.

   There’s so many companies to choose from it’s important to know who you are dealing with. After going online I started to get calls. I had my notebook and wrote down every company’s name and DOT number. I went and checked BBB ratings and read reviews. I asked a ton of questions to the 3 companies I had it narrowed down to and in the end seected Alliance Movers. They checked out on each and every avenue. They not only have been in business or more then a year or 2 but had a great rating and a lot of good reviews. Every person I spoke to was very friendly and the company as a whole was transparent. They were upfront about pricing and what could potentially change a price. They told me exactly what they would be doing and what I would be responsible for so there is no discrepancy. The estimate was so well put together that on move day nothing changed the price they’re not fluctuate which I appreciated. The movers were kind and gentle and treated my furniture is if it was theirs and in the end I’m just another happy customer and happy to share my experience. Five stars.

7. Respectful.

   Alliance movers Was recently hired from US relocation. Unfortunately we bounce around a lot as we are military family. Usually the military takes care of the cost this time around it was up to us not only select the company but pay for it. So you know that means were looking for a great price but more importantly a company that was honest and willing to do good work and we found exactly that with alliance. We heard a lot of horror stories about movers and a bait and switch this was not the case with them. They were on time they worked hard and I know point try to ask for extra money . I’m sure we will be moving again the next couple years and I can honestly say that when the world comes we will be able to eat will be using alliance again. The customer service department and all the agents there we’re on the same page and communication was one of their greatest qualities. There are five star company in my book.

8. Good Family Conpany.

   All the credit in the world goes to Alliance. They came in and did a knock out job with my move. Working them did not feel like work at all really it was enjoyable. Friendly salespeople very nice customer service agent and movers that actually worked. I watched them as they wrapped all my belongings and put them on the moving truck. None of the pieces were thrown or treated haphazardously almost as if they were their own. I heard stories of movers that run through a home and just throw things on a truck and go but not Alliance. They seemed like a good family run company based on how they worked and had a level of decency which is hard to find these days. I’d be happy to recommend them to those still looking for a good solid mover these guys are them.

9. Full Service Wonder.

   In the beginning I wasn’t even sure I would use a full service mover but as the time went on and got closer I’m glad I did. I looked into every other way to get around it including renting the truck and doing it myself but it just wasn’t worth it or it was way too expensive. I decided to work with Alliance Moving they have me a great price and I liked the way they handled their business. It wasn’t all about the money with them it was more about doing it right. The last thing I needed was nivers to show up and shake me down for cash. The price we agreed on was the price I paid and not a cent more. Nothing went missing or was scratched at all or broke and that’s all I could ask for. It made it safe from state to state and I was able to focus on other things. Happy and comfortable in my new home and I have Alliance to thank. Full Service Wonder.

10. No Pressure Great Sale.

    Thank you alliance moving you guys are spectacular. I know it is the summertime and everybody wants to move I’m just grateful to have been able to get my dates and out of my home on time. You guys gave me an excellent price made me feel comfortable and even got in a few jokes at times. You made this process very easy on me when I was very stressed out to begin with. You guys are the only company that did not constantly ask me for money and pressure me into reserving. I’m not sure why the other companies have not figured it out yet that people do not want to feel like they’re being shaken down for cash. The girls that work in your customer service department we’re very nice to me at all times and very informative. My home was respected and left clean in the same condition as when the Movers arrive. Don’t know what else to really say you guys came through in the clutch and it will not be forgotten. I owe you big-time I love you guys.

11. Recommended.

    I’m glad I can share the experience I had with Alliance moving company. We had found out we were moving about 2 months ago. That made me quite nervous being that I am a very organized type person and I felt like I wouldn’t ever get anything done how I wanted it. A friend recommended Alliance Moving. I was a little hesitant but she assured me I couldn’t go wrong hiring them. They did a consultation and a walk through, gave us our price and we were pleased with the outcome. I was worried about strangers coming into our home but was relieved that all their employees are drug tested and background checked. They moved fast to get the truck loaded but aware of my items so nothing was broke or missing. All around really good company very professional.

12. Well done.

    Alliance really showed me what it is to be a professional mover these days. When I entered my information online I got calls from over 10 companies and the only one that did things differently was them. They were more concerned with all the fine details other than rushing into asking for payment. I even had the movers come to my home because they were local during the week to see the furniture for them self with their own eyes. This gave me a sense of security on top of our list I had professionals double check. When the movers came everything matched up perfectly and my price stayed exactly the same. They loaded the truck with Percision and none of my stuff damaged upon arrival. That’s pretty much all you can ask For these days is an honest company who is loyal to their word. When every companies pitch is the same you have to look for one deciding factor and this happened to be it. Don’t take my word for it just give a call and see for yourself.

13. Much Appreciated.

    I appreciate all the work that alliance moving has done for my most recent move. They made things very simple and their estimates were easy to understand. It may not seem like much but for those that I’ve never seen other quotes they are often hard to follow. They were easy to talk to you and very friendly and on top of that give me an excellent price. They were very careful with all my goods because I was very nervous going into this that things would be broken.I hope that I never have to move again but if I do I know not to call them direct to spare myself from my phone ringing off the hook. Job well done all around.

14. So Thankful.

    This week started off kind of rough. My original company that I had planned to move with decided last minute that they had a more important move. I was left scrambling in the final hour basically begging movers to come pick me up the following day. Alliance moving was happy to take on the task. We got right down to business and reviewed my lists and Indians got a better price than I originally received. The movers worked fast but at the same time or very cautious and careful with my belongings. I already talk to them because the alternative of moving myself was just out of the question. Moving is very stressful especially when you think you have things set up and they fall out all together. This company showed poise and professionalism when it matters most.

15. Great Scheduling.

    My move was a little bit different then the every day relocation. I had multiple pick ups in multiple drop off‘s as well as a car to be shipped. Working with alliance movers they coordinated everything and it went on without a problem. I also needed everything packed that every location and did not have time to be there. They came out the day before the pick up rabbits and packed all my boxes so on the actual move date they would just have to load and go. The dispatch department was in constant contact with me and gave me notification prior to every stage of the move. They wanted to make sure that I was ready so my furniture would arrive on the date that I requested. If I had more time it might’ve been smoother but in life things sometimes happen without notice. I’ve moved a few times in the past and I can honestly say that the work that they’ve done is the best I’ve ever seen personally. I’m happy to recommend them to anyone personally and professionally they are the real deal.
