1. Swell.

   Really impressed with how swell the move was. We had no idea where to even start. We went online found a couple companies we thought were in good standing and started to make calls. We were the most impressed with all we saw from Alliance Moving. We loved the fact we would only be working with them meaning they would not broker our move out to any third party. Our goods never left the truck so the truck it was picked up in was the same truck for the delivery. The staff in the office was always there for questions and making sure we had all we needed and were ready for move date. The move happened so fast and was done with precision. We feel like we made the right choice after factoring costs and services and just how we were treated overall. Excellent company. Would recommend.

2. Did the impossible.

   Thank you everybody at alliance moving. We thought we would be able to do this move on our own but it was just impossible. We put our request online and immediately started to get calls. Most of the companies we spoke to were way out of our budget not even in the ballpark. Alliance moving told us the best way to save money and get to our destination safely and protect our goods at the same time. There were the only company that recommended the insurance and had a reputation that consisted of a lot of positive feedback. Moving can be very costly so we made sure we selected the company that best fit our needs, and it was them for sure. Great communication never missed the pick up, always return the call, I was always happy to speak with us. They live up to their reputation.

3. On time.

   They were on time in every single direction that I could look. The sales calls were exact, not over bearing. The movers on time on move day. Then the delivery day they were even a little early. I am so happy and so excited that I felt it was needed to share my experience with everyone.

4. Willing.

   Alliance Moving was the only company that was willing to pick ya up on the date we wanted after hours been sinply had no choice the move had to be done at night and I kid you not, not one single other moving company we spoke to was willing to do it. Alliance was easy to work with and very friendly. We did receive other quotes from about 5 other companies and they were the best overall deal by far in terms of price and company credentials. They are a top of the line company that’s willing to do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. We felt good every step of the move. Each department that was involved knew all the details so we never got the run around. We never felt like we were being swindled it set up for the price to be jacked up last minute. Clean work and a speedy delivery leaves us all pleasd with what we got.

5. Spectacular.

   For all those that are confused or just don’t feel like talking to 10 companies Alliance Moving is spectacular. For us they the complete package. They are a well oiled machine that operate at a very high level. Working with them took a lot of pressure off of us. We were able to go piece by piece constructing a full proof inventory list. They were always professional and it never mattered what time it was there was always time to work further on our move. We made sure anything that needed packing or soecvisl care was accounted for. They were familiar with all furniture from our antique to the most modern pieces, they all got properly disassembled and reassembled. Great job in blanket wrapping and shrink wrapping boxes it was nice to seem a company that out in the effort they did. For a skeptic like myself I was shocked it went so well. Thanks to everybody involved we are all very happy with your company.

6. Helpful.

   We chose Alliance Moving for our major relocation. After a lot of research and talking to countless companies we picked them. They are a very easy company to work with and the price we agreed to was what we expected to pay going into this. I couldn’t believe some of the things the competition was trying to charge us for, Alliance made a good portion of those complimentary. We exchanged emails and phone calls until both sides felt we hadn’t missed anything. Since we wanted to do the packing of the boxes our self they referred us to the best places to get moving boxes as well as mattress covers. They were always punctual with time anytime I needed anything my representative was always there. The furniture was handled with care and watching them they really left me with no worries at all. I was confident and still I am that I made the best decision possible they were one of the best companies that I’ve ever worked with with anything. The main thing I was trying to avoid with the move was unnecessary stress and I can honestly say I didn’t stress one day during this whole time frame. It was a great job and they should be proud of them self because I am.

7. The best in any case.

   Whether it is a short move or a crazy distance Alliance will make sure that they make smiles happen from anyone. I have to say hell yes they are the reason why if I move again I will not hesitate to call.

8. All around.

   This was an all around success. Everybody that works at alliance moving is an example of how a moving company should be run. The sales representative that was assigned to us had to have worked in this industry for over 20 years. He knew the inns and outs in the best way to protect her self and he saved us a lot of money. When I say a lot of money I mean over $1000. We got quotes from other movers but none of them put in the time and effort that these guys did. The movers called the day before to confirm our time When they showed up they instantly started to work wrapping furniture and taking apart anything that needed to be broken down. Delivery put together on the phone with the exact list I got loaded onto the truck therefore our price did not move a dollar. That was our biggest fear going into this. There was always somebody at the office that we were able to talk to you if we had questions and we are happy to refer them going forward.

9. Best.

   Tge best experience that ibhave ever had while moving across country. They were so knowledgeable and polite. I was shocked that they were able to pack us and move us so quickly. Delivery was easy for them too. The price was fair I highly recommend using Alliance.

10. No worries!

    It was a nice change for once not to have to worry about a movie company disappearing with our furniture or taking advantage of us when they came to pick it up. We had a situation like that about seven years ago and since then we are very careful as to who we choose and trust with our move. We decided to work with alliance moving. They’ve had the length of time and business we were looking for as well as countless reviews from past customers. Everybody we spoke to was very informative, and will I wanted what was best for us and work best for them. They were on time they worked very hard and getting the furniture to our new home happen faster than both of us anticipated. Needless to say we were very pleased with the service that we paid for. Nothing changed from the first day to the last day and that’s exactly how it should be. This is an honest review from an honest family for an honest compan.

11. Praise.

    I praise Alliance for being the wonderful faith driven company that they are. I was never going to use a mover again after my last experience it I gave it one last shot and I found Alliance. I am so happy that I did because they are absolutely phenomenal and so faith driven. I highly recommend using them if you are moving. Thank you so much Alliance.

    We got the news about moving quick. We had lessThen 30 days to find a mover and we were panicked. We tried a few companies that are friends gave us but we were not impressed. At that point we went online and started to search for movers that serviced our area. We came across alliance moving and begin the process with them. We went room by room and put together a very detailed list and the price was the best. The services they included all the other companies wanted to charge for. They were able to pick us up and deliver us with in the window we needed and that was the biggest point then 30 days to find a mover and we were panicked. We tried a few companies that are friends gave us but we were not impressed. At that point I went online and started to search for movers that serviced our area. We came across alliance moving and begin the process with them. We went room by room and put together a very detailed list and the price was the best. The services they included all the other companies wanted to charge for. They were able to pick us up and deliver us within the window we needed and that was the biggest point. We are very pleased with the service we got and if we had to do it again we would most definitely select them.

13. Belongings impounded by state cops sub-contracted my move.

    We were quoted $5100 dollars by Alliance Movers Inc. for relocating 108 items from New Hampshire to Wisconsin. We decided to add an additional unused gas dryer onto the quote. They re-quoted us at $6058 for everything. We realized that donating appliances would save so we eliminated 2 microwaves, washer/2 dryers, and a TV from the list of things going on the truck. The estimator(Lee) assured us he'd added a buffer such that there was no possibility we would exceed the estimated number--this estimate was on par with other moving quotes. Queue moving day. Movers are dismantling furniture and taking inventory of every single slat or leg they remove by placing stickers on each bundle of dismantled parts they wrapped together; headboard vs foot board of a bed, even brooms and furniture cushions. They take care to wrap things to protect it all. The Penske truck they pulled into my driveway rather than the 53' semi we were expecting, was filled halfway when the foreman told me they were finished with the house and there was extra room left in the 1275 cu ft quoted. They still had the grill, smoker, 5 piece patio set, propane heater, push mower, and bicycles they'd forgotten. However once they were done I was presented with a bill for 2,450 cu ft, doubling the estimate to $11,917. I was floored and called customer service to get some clarity. They started with "what do you want us to do, take a loss?" I explained I wanted to know why the estimate was not reasonably accurate. They followed with "the total is for 144 items not the original 109 quoted". I tried explaining the discrepancy was due to the fact that they were putting multiple stickers on singularly quoted items because they wanted to keep track of all the pieces they were dismantling. I said I understood the practice but that shouldn't increase the cubic feet requirement because the total piece inventory number was still the same. I questioned the cubic feet calculation of the truck because it was not a company truck, and I asked for dimensions to verify. I was given the run around as they explained they thought I'd like the bigger truck and it was done out of kindness because I was a woman by myself and they believed I might want extra room for breakable lamps that might not have been packaged well. I didn't understand the tangent or the assertion that it was a bigger truck considering it wasn't a semi. But I explained that I'd been very careful when packaging and had I wanted a special truck I would have requested it. It still didn't explain why less items than quoted was taking up twice as much room. They then asked for a picture from the foreman and came back with a charge for 2,200 cu ft rather then the 2,450 cu ft. I called my husband who arranged the move so that he might better explain the quote included several large volume items that weren't even on the truck even with the adjustment, the bill was still suspect against the estimate. The customer service rep told him that this was an issue because the bill of lading specified a certain weight and the company would be charged 10k if there were issues with the bill of lading. They downed it to $9200 for the total cost which equates to 1,937 cubic feet of volume at the given price of $4.75 /cu ft. This was still 151% of the estimated quote And they also said it would be $6000 to unload the truck and be done with them. Yesterday we got a call from the Massachusetts state police saying the truck had been impounded because they could not verify that the movers were legitimate due to paperwork discrepancies. The police provided the license plate of the truck and confirmed that only our belongings were on it. With the license plate from the truck we were able to contact Penske who confirmed it was a 26 ft. truck with a full load volume of 1,665 cu ft, while the driver and company were claiming our furniture was taking up 1937 cu ft which we now know is a physical impossibility..they are denying it was a Penske truck now!

    

14. Right mover.

    We struggled early on trying to find the right mover. We had moving companies come to our home as well as putting a request for calls in on the internet. The first time we did we got calls from horrific companies. There was brokers and companies with terrible feedback from previous clients. We decided to put one last request in over the internet and that’s when Alliance called us. We knew instantly they were the company we needed and wanted to use. They were easy t work with they were patient and never pushed us to make a reservation deposit. Once we were ready we did and the move went wonderful. Everybody was always on time for pickup and the delivery came on schedule as well. They never rushed loading or unloading furniture and as a result nothing was damaged. Fair pricing and a great reputation all ended us with a final product we were pleased with.

15. Accommodating.

    Really happy we found this company. We basically put all of our trust and belongings in thier care. Alliance Moving was everything we expected from a moving company. They were very thorough putting together an inventory list of our items, punctual with callbacks and pickup and priced better then all of the other movers. They had our vehicles moved same day as the furniture. They were very accommodating on all levels.
