Horrible experience
DON'T DO IT. Their customer service (if you can even get them on the phone or to answer your voicemails/emails) is awful and not helpful. They never told me when my stuff was picked up even though they said they would. I was completely in the dark until only the day before they told me my stuff would be delivered. My stuff showed up way past the "30 day window" their contract promises. They are unclear and antiquated in every way they deal with payments. They showed up super late the day they were originally going to pick my stuff up and so we had to reschedule. I tried calling them multiple times that day when they weren't showing up when they said they would. They then charged me $300 even though THEY WERE THE ONES WHO MESSED UP AND WERE LATE. They are rude and condescending in all communications. I had to track and record every conversation with them in preparation for them just never delivering my stuff. When the salesperson sold me the job they completely fooled me into thinking that my stuff would be delivered on time. I filed with the Better Business Bureau and they didn't even respond to that either. Tragic experience and companies run this poorly should be held accountable- don't give them your $ I promise you'll regret it if you do

The movers worked quickly and thoroughly to prepare all of my stuff for the big transfer. I was hesitant to entrust strangers with my valuable antiques, such as my porcelain, yet they were really careful and nothing was destroyed! When my things came in perfect condition, I was overjoyed! They made my relocation a thousand times simpler, and I would suggest them to anyone who wants to migrate without stress!

The experience was so good
I had an amazing moving experience with these guys. 2 movers showed up 5 minutes early, broke down all my furniture and packed within an hour or less. Hard working, easy to work with, and made my move effortless. I was so nervous to move and they made it a breeze. I didn't have to worry about anything at all! Would easily recommend them to anyone and will use them again in the future.
Scam
Dont use them they are a scam. To keep this short they showed up on pick up with no help and charged an additional 6,000$ after i had given them an accurate count. Show up 2 months late to delivery with no help to unload so my husband and son had to unload. Icing on the top was the strangers coming all night since they advertised on Craigslist for help to unload truck. Save yourself frustration use someone else

On the day of the move, the three-man moving business arrived on schedule and prepared to begin with materials in hand. They moved everything from the old site to the new one in two hours, instead of the three to four hours that had been anticipated.

Real Movers
They showed up 5 minutes before my appt. time as I was totally ill-equipped as a result of my tarrying and an ensuing headache. They didn't appear to mind and got directly to work. I had a 3 man team that didn't prevent working from the time they began until the time they completed which was around 4 hours. They took highest consideration in securing my hardware just as furniture. They kept me educated regarding any confusions. For example when my recording console couldn't fit through the entryways.

Fantastic experience. We needed to move super heavy gym equipment. They were super nice and professional. They handled all items with care throughout the entire move, secured it and protected it during the move and helped with adjusting just the way we wanted it at our house.
