Excellent Service!
I actually thought they would round up in their moving hour estimate, but they rounded down which was much appreciated. They moved my couch over a 2nd story balcony with no problem. They were quick to disassemble my bed frame when they realized it was too wide for the stairs and then immediately reassembled it in my room. I would recommend this moving service to my friends and family.
Great quality of service
I'd recommend to all my family and friends. Also, they placed felt floor protectors on all our furniture before they placed it on the floor to avoid scratches. What a bonus! Plus, the next day we got a follow-up call from Jeff making sure everything went smoothly. They were great with me and my move throughout.
They surely deserve every penny!
Move was so well organized; the guys were professional and worked very hard to make sure everything is going smooth. They had me moved out of my apartment and completely into my new place in mean time. Can’t say enough good things about them.

Preferable Movers
Recently we used them after they did a great job with my in-laws move. These guys were the fastest and most careful company we have used. They priced the job fairly and when we needed that help - they still priced the work fairly. I would recommend this company if you're in the market for a moving company.
NOT Worthy, NOT Honest and NOT Professional
Today I'm writing review to warn people about this company (aka: Alltrust Movers). I'm an unhappy customer for Job Number B7316053. This company has no respect for date/time, they won’t honor their confirmation pickup date, they’re not good at communications and worse of all they’re not honest on their quote and price. Why? When I scheduled the pickup day on May 28th which is a specific request and booked one month in advance and they quoted me very low and rushed me through sign the initial payment then after that they won’t communicate with me at all. The reason my request specific on May 28th because I was using the Memorial holidays weekend to move, my house was sold, and the new owner will take possession of the house on May 29th. I’m very careful by email them in advance to check for pickup date and I got email confirmation for the pickup date on May 28th. However, they’re trying to pick up earlier on May 23rd because they probably have an empty truck that they don’t want to waste and I replied back NO because my schedule is on May 28th and I can't do it earlier due to I must work until May 27th. On May 28th they didn't show up for pick up, no dispatch available and when I called customer service their response was unacceptable. They said that their team tried to contact me and not getting a response for confirmation on the pickup date. I have proof of both email and text for confirmation, and they didn’t have anything because they didn’t leave any message or sent any email. Due to the new owner taking possession of the house on May 29th and they didn't showing up on May 28th caused me a lot of troubles so I had to hire a local moving company to disassemble all my furniture and move all my boxes to the garage and I have to let my realtor agent represented me because I’m no longer at the pickup location. The new owner was nice enough to let me storage in the garage as a temporary resolution until they come and picks up on June 3rd. Overall, the disappointment is not ending yet because I’m not getting my belongings until today June 28th which is more than 3 weeks away from their pickup date. Also, their ending cost added 1/3 more than original quoted priced and I must accept it because they strong arm me and put me in the position where I can’t argue, or they won’t give me my belongings. I wrote complains to their resolution manager, but I don’t think it does matter because I’m not getting any response back. It’s lucky that the minimum rating is 1 star. Otherwise, I wouldn’t give them any star for this kind of services. BE WARNED people and DO NOT USE this company. Agreed, that moving is a one-time thing but as customers we deserve better. They’re not professional and not honest so they DO NOT deserve our businesses. Spread the words.

They did a great job they were fast, neat, clean, and professional. Their foreman Micheal was the best at keeping his crew of 6 running. They were very friendly and accommodating right from the first call. They showed up exactly on time and went the extra mile helping us complete our move in 5 hours.

I'm so glad I found them, could not have made the move on my own. They picked up on time, were very fast and professional and careful with my stuff. Move-in went quickly, smoothly, without a glitch. They left, we unpacked, a few days later, all boxes empty. Recommended!
Moving
This company is terrible I have yet to receive my things and it has been 10 days. The proceed to lie to you and to not give you any details regarding your things and they are extremely unprofessional. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT USE THEM. You will never know what is going on they will not tell you anything you can only speak to customer service and dispatch does not communicate with them at all regarding anything going on. Save your hard earned money and do not give it to this unorganized, disrespectful, conniving, scam of a company. My things were picked up a day early because they were in the area and didn't want to do it on the contracted date. I have now been without cookware, a bed, a dresser, majority of my clothing, for days on end with no estimate of when it is going to get to the destination. Nothing about the duration was explained to me over the phone it was GUARANTEED to be here and it is not. Anyone who used them long distance and had a great experience is lucky because this is a HOT MESS

Martin was great! He was clear, helpful, and communicative. The other 2 guys were great as well! We moved from a first floor apt to a 2-story home and they had many heavy pieces to move upstairs. We had nothing damaged or broken (we packed our boxes).

I thank the company for the stress-free move. They got my furniture and electronics where I wanted them to be without harming them and without wasting my time. They were very professional and diligent.
Nothing But Lies and Broken Promises
There's no other way to put it: our move with AllTrust left us feeling lied to, taken advantage of and left in the dark. After this experience I wouldn't trust AllTrust Moving and Storage to move a bag of kitty litter across the street. We were repeatedly sold a quick, no hassle move at a fair price with no outside contractors or third party involvement. None of that was true for our move. We were misled and left in the dark at every turn. Our movers showed up more than a day late to load with little communication from AllTrust. At no point did I observe an actual AllTrust employee or truck handling our items. One of the guys who showed up to load even told me he had been hired that day off of Craigslist! The crew that delivered our items showed up 2.5 days later than AllTrust originally promised. They drove a rented Budget truck and wore shirts from a moving company that I had never heard of. Both men that comprised the delivery crew were surly, combative and confrontational. At one point they went as far as threatening to leave with our money and our items when I had the audacity to insist on checking off the tag numbers to make sure we got all of our items. They did such a poor, half-assed job assembling furniture that I eventually just asked them to leave my house sometime after midnight. When I asked about missing parts for a bed and legs for a sofa the answer was shrugs and a flippant "Check your boxes."
Besides being misled about the timeline and lied to about how our items would be handled, after we paid our deposit the price with AllTrust just kept going up and up. Our original estimate was just under $5000 to move our two bedroom apartment 250 miles. They called two days before our scheduled pickup day for a more detailed review of our items at which point the price ballooned to $7200. Ok, fine, we had a bit more than originally estimated but a nearly 50% price increase seemed a little steep. But we went with it because of the promise of a single truck, quick move and we didn't want to lose our deposit. When the crew actually showed up to load, the driver's new and binding estimate was now $8200! A thousand dollar increase(!) including $650 for "packing and supplies"! When I showed him the contract with AllTrust that had $114 for packing and supplies the driver just shook his head and said "Not enough. $650". Now, this is where they really have you held hostage. Don't like the new price? The driver and crew leave, AllTrust calls it a customer cancellation, keeps your deposit and leaves you to figure out how to move your stuff. I will never do business with this company again and I hope this cautionary tale convinces others to stay far FAR away.
They are great company
If you are looking to move, I would suggest you to use their service. These are the movers that I can use again and again. I liked their work rate and their friendly and helpful style of work, which enabled me to get everything as good as I envisioned.

I have used them for many moves, and they never fail to deliver great service! I just completed another move, and it was all around a great experience. We had everything packed and ready to be moved to the truck, so it took those only about 2 hours to move everything out. It was a low stress move altogether.

The crew that moved my family crushed it. They arrived on time, managed the move. They picked us up and delivered us in what seemed like record time. Nothing was missing or broken which has never happened. I recommend using Alltrust movers for all your moving needs.
