Cross Country Move
They reel you in with good customer communication, then refuse to take responsibility when their movers foul up in a big way. Our items were brutalized during packing, we paid for packing material they didn’t use, got worse on delivery. Paid for premium packing/unpacking, no crew. NO crew to unload. We paid for service and my husband unloaded truck. DB refused to refund for packing. DB IS A JOKE.

By far the very best moving experience I have ever had. The team was incredibly professional and took great care when packing and handling all of my items. They also took great care when bringing them into my new apt which was in a newly renovated bldg. I would absolutely, highly recommend this company for any move you have planned!
