1. Flabbergasted.

   THE SITE NO LONGER EXISTS. I cannot believe this is happening. It's been 41 days since I booked Mubers Moving Corp, and I have no idea where all my life belongings are located. I was swayed by Nicole as well with what seemed a competitive binding estimate and unfortunately chose this company for my last minute move across country. I was quoted $1335 but was made to pay $1170 (65% of the new price) after they finished loading. I asked the mover about an estimated delivery date but was told to contact the company. THEN all the disturbing problems started. None of my e-mails or phone calls have been followed up to date. When I was able to get through by phone, I was given various excuses that the driver couldn't be reached or their system was down. The other time when I was told that I would be followed up with in 20 minutes to an hour, I have also NEVER been called back. My calls have been screened as well -a family member got through the same morning/right after I was unable to get through several times. Once Nicole realized I was listening in on the conference call, she hung up the call.

2. Totally caring and efficient!!

   Mubers Moving is incredible!! They were amazing!! My daughter has to move and I will definitely recommend them! I will refer them to all my family and friends! Also all the realtors I know! They are professional! Reasonably priced! Totally caring and efficient!! Moving was never as easy!

3. Mubers.

   This is Mubers USDOT 2893157 number. It has been suspended! They do not have a license or insurance to pick up or deliver your goods. RUN FOR THE HILLS! BELIEVE all of the negative reviews on this page and none of the positive! Also WATCH OUT they own other moving companies too in the Tri State area..
   Mubers charged us more then their "binding estimate". $1000.00 more! They are holding our furniture hostage because we refuse to pay the extra $1000.00. Why get an estimate if it is not close to what the real payment is? They delivered the furniture past the due date that the law provides. Then 3 hours before they brought the furniture to the house they called and said to make sure the payment is in cash. We did not have cash but even if we did, banks were closed. They picked up and tried to deliver the furniture after dark. Since we didn't have cash they kept our furniture and drove back from SC to NY. Now they say we can't have our furniture unless we pay an additional $1000.00 all in full, BEFORE they deliver the furniture. This is extortion. We asked for arbitration paperwork that should be provided by law from them. They refused unless we pay them in cash in full first! We do not know if any of our things are broken or stolen. We are now looking at legal action.

4. Absolutely incredible service!!

   Absolutely incredible service!! I am completely blown away. From my first call to the office, I've been impressed. I first spoke with them and their kindness, compassion, and competence during a very chaotic time was beyond appreciated. I felt like a friend was helping me. In the moving date they came to do the actual move, and I was even more blown away. They were efficient, thorough, kind, careful, and truly saved the day. I can't thank you enough for helping me!

5. Liers and Scammers. Do not use and do not believe positive reviews.

   New Yorkers, Whatever you do, DO NOT USE Mubers Moving! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR THINGS AND DISAPPEAR.
   
   The worst scammers I've ever encountered. Lied about delivery time, tried to increase price by 50% at pick-up. Still have not delivered my things and will not release my things which I think haven't even left NYC. The move was supposed to be a 5 hour drive. I told them the latest date acceptable for delivery. Nicole promised that was no issue. I asked if they owned the delivery trucks. Nicole lied and said, yes. They do not own the trucks used for long distance delivery, as I am now finding out. I gave them all my belongings and have not seen them since. They operate like thugs. They won't respond in writing once they have your money and belongings, and the woman, Nicole, lies lies lies just to get your business; and once she does, lies just to get you off the phone. You have to call for days and once every 2-3 days, she'll pick up and tell you another lie. Literally has been lying to me for weeks. I asked them to give me the location of the warehouse where my items are stored since they have not been able to deliver them (5 hr drive) and Nicole after several calls from me said she would provide the address. Haven't heard from her in days despite numerous calls and emails. I really have not dealt with a filthier caliber of people in my 15 years in NYC. Do not use. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR THINGS AND DISAPPEAR. Spread the word. And whatever you do, be vigilant with hiring movers. I'm kicking myself for not just getting a U-Haul. That would have been so much less stressful and cheaper.

6. Mubers Moving did a great job.

   Mubers Moving did a great job moving our lives a fair distance. The team at both ends was professional, and took great care to make sure our needs were met. I would not hesitate to use them again.

7. What a great experience.

   What a great experience from start to finish. The packers were fast and efficient - the lady even gave me some great tips!
   They movers were quick, good to follow direction ask about my preferences etc.
   They were on time and the coordinator was good to check in with me at each step!
   Everything made it in one piece to destination and was grateful for the great experience!

   Mubers Moving was phenomenal with my move. I moved an entire apartment and was worried about how it was going to go. Mubers Moving made everything so easy. There were no damages to my belongings and the loading/unloading team were punctual and great to work with. I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to everyone!

9. I wish I had 5 more stars to select.

   I wish I had 5 more stars to select. I have moved with the same agent for Mubers Moving 3 times in the last 4 years. I also stored my furniture on two occasions and will continue to come back to them because of their quality service; timeliness; understanding and caring. My most recent move was from 3 sites to one site and they truly cared enough to work with me to meet my goal. I am so appreciative of their help and understanding and will move again with them.

10. I would definitely use Mubers Moving again!

    Mubers Moving moved my all furniture last Friday. Everything was beautifully packed and arrived as scheduled. The crew did a tremendous job late on a weekend night unloading, unwrapping and taking away all the refuse. I would definitely use Mubers Moving again!

    Excellent moving Company. In the moving date they came just in time and did fantastic work. I didn’t thought that my move will be so easy like this. 5 star for this 5 star company. Thank You….

12. I'm a return customer..

    I'm a return customer because they were great 2 years ago and they were even better this time. I got great support from the office ahead of the move and I was truly impressed by the three men they sent to do all the hard work. I wasn't disappointed and I'm sure you won't be either.

13. Highly recommend.

    Easily accessible during entire process via email or phone. They thoroughly explained how the moving would go and gave me the estimate based the information I gave. The movers were on time and got to work quickly. I used packing service; all boxes were marked and easily found upon arrival. Everything arrived in the same condition as it left. Highly recommend.

14. Would Give no Stars!!

    DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE- unless of course you want to rent a u-haul last minute and lug all of your own stuff up and down the stairs!! We booked them weeks ago, were told they would arrive 10-12. No word by 12 so we called, "On way, there in 1/2 hour". Not! Driver then called and said he was in NJ on his way to another job in NYC before even coming to us in Queens!! All of this on Friday of Labor Day weekend- we kept calling office, left multiple voice messages, finally got through at 4 :00 and got chastised by them for being so upset!! Driver then called and said he had no idea when he could come (and didn't know where Astoria was!). We were stuck doing it ourselves, had to get a u haul from 1 hour away as none were available locally!! NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY!! Fair warning- use at your own risk..

15. I will definitely be contacting them again in the future.

    This is a great company and a true asset to anyone in need of movers. They were professional, worked carefully, took great care wrapping our furniture, and worked efficiently. I will definitely be contacting them again in the future.
