Amazing job fellows.
I tried them to send a parcel to my Aunt's place. They delivered it in perfect condition and at the right time. Her antiquities were safe and she was so glad. The next shipment is on her way through these people she wanted me to send!
Nothing got damaged in the move.
I booked them last week but couldn't make it to the home because of some office work so I asked them to deliver all the packed furniture and luggage to the desired location. Not a single breakage and dent was on any of my furniture. They are really trustworthy and also overall the experience was great.

I was afraid to move with any moving companies after hearing all the horror stories about the moving companies. I received a recommendation from a cousin. The company has been so good! They went to the house to see what I had, offered a reasonable rate and set a date for the move. Over and above my expectations I can't say sufficient how great they have been.

They gave me the best price out of all the moving companies I contacted. Great crew who came out and cleared out my apartment in a very less time. National Express Moving crew wrapped everything to protect from scratches. When they arrived at the new apartment they unloaded everything with care and put items where requested. They cleaned up all their paper and wrappings and I have to say it was the easiest move.

The movers company with their team were my rescue. They were with me throughout move, helped me with packing and also the team was humble enough and they pack my suitcase with remaining things. National Express Moving should be your only option for a moving company. They were courteous, efficient and fast. The pricing was fair and affordable and they quote is what you pay at the completion of my move! I had most of my items boxed up so the crew could keep on packing. Hopefully I do not have to move again but if I do, National Express Moving will be my go to.
Worst move ever.
Our move with National Express moving was a disaster. While the company, specifically sales representative John D., was responsive at first, I had a lot of difficulties communicating with the company when I had questions or needed to update our move. At one point, I tried calling 6 times in one day, only to be redirected to the voicemail box of "Susan K." no matter which extension I dialed. It was only when I floated the idea of finding a new moving company that I received a response. The moving company that this broker service paired us with was horrendous, and many of our items came to us broken or damaged. I wouldn't trust them to pair you with a moving company that would actually take care of your items. Because of our experience with this broker and our experience with the movers, my family will no longer be using professional moving services for our future moves. We will be better off packing our things in a U-Haul and driving ourselves.

This is my first time using a moving company and the National Express Moving crew did not disappoint me at all. This is the best service ever. Everything was wrapped with extreme care and all boxes and furniture was handled very carefully as well. The actual amount came lower than the quoted amount. There were no hidden fees and they went through all the details with me before starting the move to make sure I understood all the details.
Lairs and scammers!!
DO NOT use these people, they are not trustworthy or reliable. They just sub contract the job out. The ONLY thing they got right was they showed up on the day we needed them too. Gave a correct and very itemized list then when truck showed up they charged 3000 more. Basically it is a hostage situation with your stuff. The driver showed up by himself and I had to help him load the truck. Any positive reviews have to be fake. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
