This company has it all figured out and down to a science. From the warm reception on the first call to wrapping, loading, and unloading, to the final settling up of my bill, Proud American was efficient, polished, and in command of a positive customer experience at every single step. A moving business (or any business) that can embed that level of service across so many customer touchpoints just blew me away. I had to dig deeper - and loved learning they are woman-owned!

Wonderful Mover!
The moving crew moved several large, fragile, and extremely hard-to maneuver pieces from my small house. That's the best recommendation I can give. This is very affordable for the service you get, in my opinion. They don’t need any other suggestions on how to do it and what to do. They work on their own. They are super Nice guys.

The boys that helped me move were so exceptional and hard-working! Not a scratch on a wall. They got a sofa in a room no one thought would make it. Excellent moving service, pleasant and dependable movers. Nothing more to mention about them. I will recommend it!
Work Like Aliens!
The team showed up a little ahead of the promised time on moving day and hit the ground running! They exceeded my expectations, carefully protecting my furniture, including antiques, before loading them onto the van in record time. They were similarly attentive and efficient, and I will work with them again!
All did Well!
Two movers from Proud American Vanlines helped me move yesterday and were prompt, professional, and courteous. They moved about a bedroom's worth of stuff and loaded it onto their van in less than an hour- incredibly speedy! They were very generous and transparent about how they charged for the time (by the hour), fantastic customer service that made me feel taken care of. Overall a seamless experience - I would highly recommend it!
Horrible!! Beware and avoid at ALL costs!!
This company hired another company to move our belongings from Idaho to Alabama. They picked up our belongings on September 6th! It is NOW December 27th and we are TOLD our belongings are in California with NO delivery date in sight!! They have already received over $7,000!! They tossed (literally)one of our patio chairs into the van...left part of my office chair in the street, and damaged the house walls as well!!

When the move day finally came, they did a fantastic job! They were fast and efficient. All in all, they were so quick and so good at making sure everything arrived in one piece. I am super grateful to the movers for taking me at the last minute. I would highly recommend them!
Best in town!
They, too, get very creative to make furnishings fit through small doorways and get how you need it! They make shifting seamless and cautious with packaging to ensure your furnishings aren't broken or damaged. I have constantly been inspired by their work ethic and their kindness. I will be using them for each move in the future. I would give 6 stars if possible.

Proud American Vanlines is hands-down the best moving company we have ever used! The guys who came to move our stuff were fast, efficient, and very careful. We had just had our softwood floors refinished, and they didn't get scratched at all. They wrapped all the furniture and put it where we wanted in record time. They were also charming guys - polite and friendly. Overall, I feel like it was a great deal for the money!

The guys are amazing. They work hard and are impressively quick. They were fun working team that made the chaotic job quite easy. At my new house, they were attentive to my vision but made fantastic suggestions about placement. They just made the whole day more manageable. You will be thankful if you move with them.

Robert and his guys showed up on time and were ready to work. They took excellent care packing up all my items - not a thing was damaged in the move (and I have some very fragile items). They also asked me regularly to confirm what I wanted to be moved and what I wanted to be left behind for the new owner. They took care and pride in their work. Then when we arrived in my new location, they carefully placed all the furniture items exactly where I wanted them. I was very delighted by their work ethic and efficiency.
