1. Interstate VA to TX.

   DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
   This is by far the worst experience I have ever had. Their whole set up is a scam from the salesman to packers and delivery drivers. They lost a whole sectional and they items I received were severely damaged.
   I have filed a claim but based on my experience so far that will be a long drawn out process with little to no resolution on my favor.
   My goal is to reach as many as I can to help ensure no one else has to go through this process.

   

2. Great Service!!

   I recently relocated my restaurant from Gulfport to Largo. I needed a reliable moving company because the future of my business could be jeopardized if I made a wrong choice. After careful investigation, I decided to hire Roadrunner Moving and Storage. They are very good at what they do and I can attest to their professionalism. All the goods in the restaurant were properly moved including glasses, kitchen wares, furniture, gadgets and so on. They delivered promptly without any breakage or blemish and it's so amazing. I'm very grateful to you guys and look forward to more business relationships with you.

3. Excellent!

   I believe no one can beat Road Runner Moving & Storage in competitive market on grounds of service quality and rate. I have hired this mover a number of times to move my commercial goods and appliances. It appoints experienced and energetic workers that pack everything to be moved and bring to a destination. I completely recommended Road Runner Moving & Storage to all of you for residential and commercial moves.

4. Stolen TV (among other items).

   I wouldn’t recommend this moving company to ANYONE. On moving day from Ohio, one mover was very rude and demanded more money than quoted in cash after showing up unannounced and not giving me any warnings. Upon my things arriving in florida, the two different movers were very nice (old ones were fired). They asked me if that was everything and I immediately said that the bigger of my two TV’s were missing among all of my boxes being ransacked through. I was told to call the company to resolve the issue. I made a claim and was offered a measly $70 for a nearly $1000 TV that was not broken or damaged but completely stolen. I’m in the process of filing a complaint and going to small claims court but if you value your belongings, do NOT move with Road Runner Moving and Storage.

5. I would't trust the positive reviews - this is the worst company in th.

   Just moved from FL to SC and used Road Runner because they had the best price.. But they provided by far the worst customer experience ever. Consider this:
   - The grossly underestimated our truck size and told us on moving day that we need to pay thousands more for a second truck - I now believe from my experience and reading other reviews that is part of their business plan - underestimate, provide the best price and then upcharge the customer on moving day when they have all the leverage. One of the workers even said this truck if for a three bedroom home - we had a six bedroom house.
   - No promises were kept like emptying the drawers, wrapping the mattresses, putting protective cardboard on the edges of the furniture, and much more
   - We had over $3k of damaged furniture - not just dings and scratches but broken wood (thick wood), severely dented metal items, bent steel on our bikes, and more. The force required for some of this damage is remarkable - it was like they literally tried to brake stuff. I have all the pictures to prove this.
   - We had over $1k of missing items including a brand new flat screen TV, all of the slats for our beds, and several boxes of kitchen goods.
   - On delivery day the crew chief demanded we pay the balance which was over $3k in cash even though our agreement clearly says we can provide a money order - He threatened over the course of several hours to leave with our stuff if we didn't pay cash - it was too the point of feeling intimated and bullied. What company demands $3k in cash and why??
   - Also on deliver day, they refused to take the boxes to their designated rooms although that was another promised service. They just shoved everything into our downstairs rooms - it took hours to get everything into their rooms.
   -All calls to the company were met with sarcasm, rudeness and zero care. They said disgraceful things to my wife to the point of tears.
   -And of course their process for requesting reimbursement is ridiculous - but we've jumped through every hoop and are getting zero response.

   

6. Horrible Company.

   I have moved a lot and used a lot of moving companies. We moved cross country from Florida to Maryland. 100% Road Runner moving and storage aka real movers moving and storage has been the worst moving company I have ever had to deal with. Not only did they straight lie to me when I asked if their would be additional charges, but they broke a lot of stuff, put big gashes in the walls and showed up 8 days later then they promised and then tried to charge me an additional fee to bring the couch through the back door vs the front door. In addition they had the laziest team I have ever met, straight up did not want to do anything. My husband had to force them to get things situated in the new home. The manager Mike Miller didn't even try to make the situation better, worse customer service. How can you care so little about your customers satisfaction. Where is your integrity?? I felt like it was torture through the entire process! Very disappointed for spending over 4k and getting this horrible of service!

   

7. Pretty Decent Service.

   I have to admit, I wasn't expecting alot from the start, when I got ahold of this moving company. I didn't have a whole lot of furniture to move, I was moving in with my girlfriend from my small apartment, likely a good 20-30 miles away, definitely a hassle to have done it alone, would I have chosen that. It was a decent price, and the movers worked efficiently to my liking. I definitely would have their services again!

8. My move.

   I have not been lucky with moving companies in times past. I particularly had the worst experience with the last company I used. They really made me feel bad about moving companies. A colleague of mine advised me to try Roadrunner moving and storage. I never believed the type of service I got from Roadrunner. Excellent, incomparable service!!
   The moving day was particularly interesting because the guys that came to do the job did very well. They were very efficient and I can't imagine what would have happened if I didn't engage them. In all honesty, these Roadrunner guys are the best moving company I have ever come across.

9. Atrocious service.

   If I could give s score lower than 1 I would. No matter how many positive reviews they have do not trust them. I was told 1 price for everything and made sure I provided a detailed list but then they wanted $1200 more and made me dump things. They pack the boxes in such a way just to take up space. They took things I asked them not to and refused to take them off the truck. They dumped everything in the living room when they got to my new place and refused to put it where it belongs. Most of my stuff was either damaged or missing. Save yourself the grief and aggravation and go with someone else.

   

10. Excellent service.

    I used Road Runner Moving and Storage to move my belongings from Miami to San Francisco’s city and I can tell you that I am highly impressed. I was given the best service I can ever imagine in recent times. The moving crew was extremely wonderful and very proficient. The crew leader was very friendly and the way he handled the job really turned me on. I will forever be grateful to this company because they handled my belongings like eggs and no damage was recorded. You guys are the best and there is no controversy about that. Highly recommended for others. Thumbs Up!!

    Check out their reviews on YELP. Multiple people had same BAD EXPERIENCE! Be sure to scroll all the way to the bottom of this yelp page to see the 51 other reviews that are not recommended by YELP. These are true reviews as well but YELP picks and chooses reviews to recommend. Here is my experience from April 2018.
    They are out of the Orlando area but also work out of locations in S. Florida. I have moved with over a dozen moving companies and this is by far the WORST. Not an actual moving company - they lie to get you to sign a contract and then hire inexperienced kids to come to your home to "pack" your things. Then they hire a trucking company to haul your things to your new location days after they say they will arrive. This company pushed back the arrival date 5 times so that they could stop and pick up more jobs on the way. They ONLY care about MONEY. Once your things finally arrive they hire more inexperienced people in the local area to unpack your boxes. They guy who showed up at my new home was in literal pajamas. They had boxes labelled "fragile - this side up" upside down. They shattered all mirrors, cracked dressers, broke plates and decorative pieces. Even the driver who dropped my belongings off said he has never seen such an unprofessional "packing". They used 5ft tall wardrobe boxes and filled them to the brim with anything and everything. I will follow up with pictures but just wanted to get this review out before they swindled another unsuspecting customer. They automatically give you a quote and then once they literally have strangers throw your belongings (no wrapping paper, bubble wrap, NOTHING) in a box they will tell you they have to charge you more based off the square footage your things take up in the truck. I spoke to multiple associates who were rude (Janey and Jennifer) and two supervisors (John and Mike) who gave nothing but empty promises and excuses. Mike even offered to refund 114.00 dollars if I would sign a form (will upload) relieving them from all responsibility of the move to include, bad service, broken items, etc.. He explained if I took the refund I couldn't contact the Board of Directors or go on any review site and leave a bad review. Too little, too late.

12. The fact that they have high reviews makes them even shadier.

    Over two weeks late, they lied to us every day, charged us more when they finally arrived, a good amount of our stuff was broken, they don't care. Incredibly shady company.

    

13. Best In The Game.

    My friend had use Road Runner Moving and Storage a month or two ago and was on my back to use them just the same. I finally gave in after secretly going online and checking them out on here and saw that they had nothing but good things said about them, Turns out my friend was right. They were perfect for my move.
    I spoke with Rich who set up my move on November 20. It was the easiest move I've ever made thanks to these guys! The movers were on time, arriving with energetic attitudes and had a level of professionalism I haven't seen in a while. Andre introduced himself and his crew, did a walk through the house, signed some paperwork with me, then immediately got to work. They had a system down where they load certain things into the truck first. For example they had a couple boxes out but they set them to the side and loaded a dresser in first then the boxes and some lighter miscellaneous things on top. Real efficient way, I always thought you just put things in the truck and then try to make it all fit.
    When we arrived at the new house, they once again got right to work. They unwrapped each piece of furniture that they themselves had wrapped and reassembled the beds. They even attached my washer and dryer without me even having to ask.
    When it came time to work out the bill, there were no surprises charges. No ahm where did this come from kind of thing just straightforward hourly and distance billing. If you are reading this it probably means you are doing the same as I did and researching them so now you know. They are one of the best movers in the game today.

14. Great Service.

    Great Service. I am highly impressed with Road runner Moving.They were so great from the start. Very nice and professional! The service that they offered me was more than excellent. They were perfect and very very friendly. They worked with me and my budget. I am very happy with them and you will be too! Such a good company.Thumbs up! Highly recommended.

    

15. Best Movers Right Now.

    I've never hired movers before and was a little skeptical at first, but since Road Runner Moving and Storage had so many good reviews I had to take a chance with them. Andre and Kyle promptly arrived at 8 am and man did they show off their professional skills. Andre, the lead, came to work, he scoped our place and got straight to work and knew exactly what strategy he was going to use to be most productive.
    He was very polite, explained things clearly, and treated our stuff very nicely. They used a lot of plastic wrap and blankets to avoid scratches and carried things with ease. I'm honestly in awe of their hard work and the dedication they showed throughout my move. They skipped through lunch break and only drank the Gatorade I gave them.
    I will definitely use these guys again especially if Andre and Kyle are available! Thanks Road Runner Moving and Storage.
