My 75yr old mother in law needed to move back to NH from Florida, she hired Road Runner and they gave her a pick up date in June 2021 and a drop of day in June 2021, she gave them a down payment. The date came for pick up and they never showed, never called. I finally got in touch with them and they said that they could not get her stuff to NH by the date they agreed upon. So she needed to find another agency, it has been 3 months and they have not refunded her the deposit she put down even though they were the ones who could not keep to the agreement. I have been calling for 3 months and no one answers or gets back to me.
This company is stealing from people and they should be shut down. Looks like a lawyer is our next move.
Criminal Enterprise
These Criminals Stolen all of my life belongings, refuse to refund my service fees and stole my property claiming they cannot find all of my belongings not one all of it. They asked me to file for claim which was going to pay me $720 for my belongings. Road runners should be stopped, Ignored the reviews and learnt the hard way by having to start over again, losing all my family memories and memorabilia.

Had used Road Runner Moving before, and as with the previous job, they were punctual, polite, and got the job done quickly at a very competitive rate. I will continue to use them. I have already referred these guys to my friends and my neighbors too

Did a great job with our move. Furniture was well wrapped (and/or disassembled) before moving. The actual cost came in under the estimate. The team was Kenneth, and Wilford and all four were great so request them if you can!

On the day of our move, his team was excellent-strong, efficient, friendly, excellent customer service, etc. They are seriously far better than the other movers. What more can we ask for? Will we use their services again? Definitely!
Fabulous Mover
Everything ran smoothly from start to finish. I was very happy with Road Runner Moving, and the driver was very helpful, even helping me to put the items in the rooms I wanted them in, none of this (I'm not allowed to do that) rubbish, 10 out of 10 from me. Certainly happy to both use service again and to recommend to family and friends.
Worst Company to deal with
Moved from Florida to Michigan. Items picked up may 25, 2021. Was promised delivery date of June 1,2021. Almost 4 weeks later and still no delivery. I have sent an email every other day and no response. I have called 2 to 3 times a week. And can not get any answers. When I do talk to someone they can not give me any info except our stuff is in storage. I did not pay for my stuff to be in storage. We need our clothes and belongings. Tired of wearing the same clothes. Last week I was told our stuff was loaded on a truck and would receive a call the next day to schedule delivery. As usual. NO CALL. When I call customer service I am on hold 2 to 3 hours then get hung up on. HOW DO I GET THRU TO THEM. Our booking agent PETER P. Is not helpful at all. He does not return calls or emails. They have over $1000 of our money and we do not have our belongings. Do I need to get attorney involved.

2 Gents who carried out my house move were an absolute pleasure. They couldn’t do enough to make my move easier. I would recommend Road Runner Moving and will use them again.
AVOID! Stole my money and won't respond
WARNING: BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK, AVOID THIS MOVER!!!
I contacted them on June 11 for a move to be picked up on June 13. On the phone, the representative guaranteed us that our stuff would get picked up on time and billed us a deposit amount of $1,033. The company stopped picking up our calls thereafter and did not complete our move, nobody came to pick up our stuff. We have been asking to get our deposit amount refunded, but the company never picks up our calls or responds to our text or email messages.
It seems that I will not get my refund from this company so would want other consumers to avoid their services at all costs unless you want your hard-earned money to be stolen.

Road Runner Moving was much better than any moving company we have ever used before. They were proper and had a much longer and elaborate process. They were exclusively about helping us. They were always available to assist us and fine-tune some of the other details that you never consider. Companies like this are here to stay. And after our move, we will be recommending them to anybody who is moving.
