Good Work
The foreman and the two movers were punctual and set out to do the work without wasting any time. They handled my furniture with great care. These guys are amazing, and everyone should be giving them business. Delivery time 3 days. I would highly recommend this moving company for your next move. Keep up the good work, guys.

Van arrived at a very good time. Loading no problem. Delivery seems to have been excellent, and I have been sent a photograph of the item in question (desk) in its new place. Their communication throughout was excellent too. No complaints at all. Thank you so much.
Fabulous Mover
We decided to trust these guys because of their friendly attitude and gentle behavior. We hired them as they had these qualities. During the move, they proved themselves by their job. They were seriously extraordinary and different from others. This is an amazing moving company, and I love hiring them. Would recommend!
DO NOT USE THEM!
If I could I'd give them a 0. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This was one of the worst moving experiences of my life. They were hard to get in contact with, changed the date of my pick up 3 times, assured me they'd do what they referred to as a "live load" so my stuff would be expedited and promised 3-5 days. But once 3 days rolled around and I tried to reach out they screened all of my calls and texts then eventually brokered my move to some random company if it was even an actual company, because I still haven't heard from them since they picked up my stuff. There were broken items and damaged things with stains. Thinking they may try to pull something with price, they tried to say I owed more because they only recorded the amount I paid at pick up not the deposits. Thankfully I saved everything and had proof. Save yourself the hassle as all moving companies are sketchy and just sell anything you can fit in a uhaul van or your car
Scam
My friend moved from Florida to the Midwest. She arrived on a Monday, that Thursday and she finally got someone to return her calls. After being on hold for over 20 minutes, they said she needed to pay an additional $2,000.00 in order to get her possessions delivered. These scammers are taking advantage of people. They are not doing honest work!

Excellent support, and Keith and helper did a very good job. Things were collected and delivered on time and best service. Highly recommend great value for money. Most would definitely use it again!
Affordable Movers!
These guys were terrific! Nothing was broken. No walls were scratched. Everything was handled with care and concern. I was in awe! When I asked any of the workers to help move something, they didn't hesitate or frown. Overall, we were thrilled with Lunardi's and will not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends.

Horrible is the nicest thing
Where shall we start? I got a quote to ship two vehicles from Long Island to Pennsylvania. The quote was lower compared to the others. Not much to raise a red flag. That should have been my first clue. I tried to schedule a pickup and was told it was a 2 day window. Tuesday and Wednesday it is. I was never called to set a time. I called and left close to 15 messages asking for a call back to set up a time. I only got someone on the phone when I called acting like a new customer. When finally called back, my Tuesday and Wednesday was long gone and I was told Thursday between 5 and 6 PM. Not a problem as I had friends that had the blank money order for the driver. Yes, blank as they didn't have a driver assigned for the job. I finally get my cars picked up at 915PM. Yes, that late. I was still reassured my delivery would be Friday. I am typing this at 9:29 PM and no cars. I talked to the driver and found out that he was only contracted to do the job at 8:30 PM Thursday night and was told it was a delivery for Saturday. Thankfully the driver called me directly and explained to me what happened. He cannot get me my cars tonight as I was promised but will have them here first thing in the morning. He also got screwed in this deal. I will leave a review for him and his company on their link and I don't want to mention their name here to sadly have them be associated with this horror show of a company.

I had to move some cumbersome and large appliances up two flights of stairs. The crew showed up on time and got the job done quickly and courteously. The process of scheduling the crew was easy, thanks to James in the main office. All around, I had a great moving experience with Road Runner Moving.
Terrible experience, avoid at all costs
Used Road Runner Moving to move my mom from Florida to Pennsylvania. Pick-up was uneventful exept for the increase in cost due to the quote saying we could place items in drawers and pick up people saying no. Increase of 1,200.00. Delivery to PA only had the driver who smelled of body odor. One person unloading a tractor trailer filled. Multiple items damaged and they settled with me for $55.00, yes $55.00. Had a dresser, nightstand, table, chair and statue damaged and I got $55.00 navoid this company at all costs!! TERRIBLE!!!

I have moved many times in the past 10 years, and Road Runner Moving Services provided the best moving experience I have had. Not a thing was broken in the move because they wrapped all my stuff before moving or loading the truck. They tied up all the stuff in the truck while they were loading. Road Runner Moving are the best for moving. I highly recommend them!

On moving day, the team that came did a great job of carefully and thoughtfully loading the truck. They were really of great help. Love them and would love to book them again.
