1. A move from pei to on

   Break-free, stress-free service. Careful moving team at the both pickup and delivery. I would use them again if I need.

2. Absolutely disappointed

   They quit at Job at took 500 dollars of contract. Day of move China plates were not to be boxed and disappointed with worker. Contract 1200 paid and thus. All boxes and I was ready for move. I was upset with situation but had to said “fill your boots.” He questioned my list and now wanted to enter house and inventory the house. I had everything to go. Listed and marked! I wasn’t interested and ready to continue getting my items moved. He felt humiliated (no one there) and left without touching a thing. I’m willing to pay whatever the cost pays. Just get it done and wanted to speak with Dennis. This person didn’t want to talk any way but started every item in the house. Items that I wasn’t taking. Waisting both of our times. The other worker stated that I should let him know what we should to take and I said that’s the way quick way and he again did not like hearing that and quit the job and help humiliated. Ridiculous! 5 years old! Just work! I need my items out of the house and he quit! I never wore a mask. The company never let me know I should or at the time. The Manager then stated that I should of due to Ontario Policy. If that’s the case and you are reputable then let the customer know and the safety of your workers!!! Whole situation smells stinky. Non professional. If you really need to do the job come by in person and see yourself. Your guys quit and took 500 dollars. Fraud. Humiliated in front of who? Have some back bone. Just quit their job!! Stay away…be prepared!!!!

3. Great customer service, damage free move

   Movers were very careful handling your fragile items. Zero damage to my china. Definitely recommend them anyone doing cross country move.

4. What a bad experience: very expensive and very offensive sales person

   I paid $ 3318 for moving one bedroom apartment from London Ontario to Charlottetown PEI and at the same time they have an extremely rude sales person who is skillful in changing facts, speak in a very offensive way and language
   
   and made me feel that he is doing me favors while he was fixing his own mistakes (Dennis).
   
   I was threatened by this person that my stuff would be thrown in a public storage and I called them the police.

5. Moving from Toronto to Fredericton - NB - Great service

   I have had my share of moving from cities and provinces.
   
   My previous experience, without exceptions, was similar to go to a dentist and have a root canal procedure. The idea that I had to do it again very soon, irritated me.
   
   Then, I talked to Royal Canadian Van Lines. They were different. 
   
   Since the beginning, they were transparent with me. Dennis was great and throughout the process, he did not disappear. His replies were on time. They didn't try to hook me in with a low-cost estimate just to see it increases afterward. 
   
   There were no surprises, no hidden fees, no disappointments. Dennis was cool and so were both crews. The first crew got my stuff on time. They took great care of my things, were friendly, polite, and professional. The delivery crew was great. They surpass my expectation and I am a picky person.
   
   I recommend Royal Canadian Van Lines, Dennis, and his team.

6. Move from Midland Ontario to Yarmouth Nova Scotia

   Extremely happy. Dennis was great to work with but the real heroes here were his employees. They were careful, friendly and knew how to wrap everything for safety. I was more than satisfied. Definitely recommend highly.

7. Ottawa to brampton move with a day storage

   We recently needed to have a moving van to move us the same day but we could not get the keys on time. They were very responsive to accommodate the storage and re-delivery for us. They really came through in a pinch! Dennis, Soleman and Navveed were absolutely the best. They showed up quickly in Ottawa and immediately started to work. In 4-5 hours, the 26' truck was loaded and they were done. They were friendly, courteous and treated our belongings gently. Ask for these guys if you need to load, move or unload. You won't be disappointed!

8. Residential move for my parents

   My parents were looking for company to move them from Halifax to Toronto area. One of my friend recommended them. There was no hesitation about the service quality but it went beyond my expectation. Our crew in Bedford were very nice and careful about my mom's old china and all those fragile items arrived safe. I do recommend them and Royal Canadian Movers should be your professional movers when you need long distance move.

9. They made it easier for our family

   Highly professional moving company. I would use them again if I need to. It was a stressful day for me but nothing was nothing wrong with the service, nothing were broken or damaged. Thanks once again

10. Senior friendly move

    They just finished offloading my father's goods to his senior's apartment. Yesterday the packing team were great and today the new crew worked so efficiently and finish the unpacking and delivered all the goods without a single accident. They were also super adaptive with the Covid rules in his new place. Definitely recommended.

11. Found the best moving service after moving 4 times

    These guys are great. Salesman, Dennis, is always there for you. You cannot expect the perfection when moving but having someone working for you is a great feeling after all. Definitely using them again. My friends is also using them for their moves in July.

12. On time, dedicated service

    Just finished unpacking the boxes and I can say that all the items arrived in perfect condition. They offered dedicated service and it was totally worth every penny I spent. Definitely recommend them.

    I cannot praise this company enough. Having sold my house already, plus Covid and the recent passing of my wife, job loss all taking place within two weeks. I was desperate, at a very low point. This company's care, consideration and communication was one of the main things that got me through a very difficult chapter.
    
    They achieved the impossible It is a particular skill that many people take for granted.Packing that is.
    
    They packed there truck right to the door.I witnessed magic before my eyes.
    
    This company stands on it's word. Make no mistake.What they say they will do they do and much more as well. No doubt about it they deliver.

14. Very positive experience

    I wanted to write here and let everyone know that our experience with Royal Canadian Van Lines was very positive. Every person we dealt with in the process was professional, courteous, and helpful. I have heard and read so many "horror" stories of experiences with moving companies in general that I was dreading the experience. Our items were delivered timely and in good condition. We were informed that a couple of glass shelves had broken somewhere along the way but that the crew took the initiative to have a new glass cut and delivered with our load. I was very impressed that the incident was not just swept under the rug and chalked up to an unavoidable mishap inherent in moving. The loading crew was very helpful. Also, Dennis was great in communication during all processes. I can't thank you enough for making this overall experience as stress-free as possible.

15. Long distance move from Digby to Quebec.

    They provided the service as it`s been promised. I moved from Toronto to Nova Scotia almost two years ago and it was a horrrible experience with that mover but this time I paid little more to get a great service and experience and it was worth every penny. Thank you Royal Movers team and I would choose them again for my next move.
