1. Excellent job.

   Before moving I was very stressful due to my previous experiences, but Dennis and his crew are wiped out my all concerns about moving. All staff was really helpful, polite and very thorough. Also, they've packed my all stuff pretty well. Long story short, I'm very pleased with easy communication and the excellent service. See you next time!

2. Royal canadian move in woodbridge.

   I scheduled my move with them over a month ago and they showed up on time. They were fast, careful and professional. recommend them!!

3. Royal Canadian van lines - Montreal to Atlanta.

   Dennis is fantastic. He answered all my questions, even on weekends, in a timely manner and is clearly informed on all matters pertaining to moving and customs.
   The movers called me 30mins before arriving and were fast, efficient, hard working and very polite.
   My effects are in storage for the moment. Once the shipment arrives in Atlanta, I will review again. So far, so very very good!

4. Fast and efficient.

   Movers arrived on time. They explained their process clearly and got to work without wasting any time. Excellent service.

5. Moving to thornhill.

   Great Movers! They were very careful with the furniture. Loved the way they use the pad around the fragile items.

6. Promised and delivered.

   I did my booking with them over two months ago. They promised for May 1 delivery and they did it. That's is enough to say about them. Never met with the sales person but the crew on site was great to deal with and very pleasant experience.

7. Move from Edmonton to Toronto.

   I used their services to move from Edmonton to Toronto for work.The movers were fast and professional.They kept me in the loop through out the whole process and received my shipment without any trouble.Fair price for excellent service.Strongly recommend.

8. Move for my son.

   I have done my son's relocation to Vancouver with Royal Canadian van lines and service quality was more than expected. Packing and loading was done smooth and rate was good too. Recommend them others.

9. Ottawa to Bowmanville.

   I moved from ottawa to bowmanville. They were professional and on time. I had no stress or issue with the service. I recommend this service.

10. Moving to Quebec.

    Good movers, they were on time, they pack the kitchen dishes nicely and they were fair with their charges. For sure recommend them!

11. Moving cross country.

    Reliable team both at the pickup and delivery, they were on time, no damages occurred during the move. Recommend them.

12. Good movers, good team.

    Royal Canadian Van Lines made our last move a very enjoyable one. The movers arrived very much on time. They were so friendly and helpful. We weren’t fully packed when they came. They helped us pack everything and loaded all our boxes to the van. They delivered few days later with all our things intact. I have to mention the foreman, who was absolutely fantastic at leading his men and doing such a good job. They arrive 2 days later than expected and they did not mention about free storage which I could use but cannot blame on them fully but overall I will still give them 5 stars.

13. Stressed.

    I was in contact by this company by emails and once by phone. Everything seem it was going well. But one problem Mike Jones was the contact person I was dealing with. He could not get the destination date right. Our move is Nov 23 2017 from Kingston Ont, moving to Fredericton New Brunswick. I email him to confirm the dates and he replied with the dates but delivery date was wrong. I emailed him back and he never responded. I waited a couple of days and emailed him again. No response. Today I decided I would phone. In shock the number was not assigned. Tried a couple of times praying I misdial. Trying to find another number, but the same message, number not assigned. Not knowing what to do. I am moving in 14 days. Can not get ahold of Royal Canadian Van Lines. Phone Better Bussiness Bureau. They did not have much on this company. There was no head office for this company, and not much reviews . I emailed Mike Jones due to no response to my emails and now no phone number to contact this company, I cancel with this company. What a terrible experience, very stressful .

14. Move cancelled without notice.

    Royal Canadian Van Lines cancelled the afternoon before my move. After trying to get ahold of them all afternoon, I finally reached Dennis who said my move was cancelled. He offered no help and said to look for a different mover.
    
    My overall experience with this company was poor. Lindsay the sales agent who helped me book the move was unprofessional and had poor knowledge of company policies.
    
    These types of employees and service expose how poorly this organization is ran from management down. Please learn from my mistake and book a reputable moving company the first time.

15. Move held hostage.

    I have moved 18 times and this was the most stressful move ever.
    Although the moving team arrived 3 hours late, they worked very hard to get the job done.
    What is inexcusable is their tactic on holding my move ransom.
    It was agreed I would pay them half up front by certified check which I did, and the balance upon delivery.
    However their accounting department told me they would not deliver the load unless I paid the balance ( twice the amount quoted) before they closed at 5 P.M via e-transfer, this was at 2 P.M the day before delivery.
    When I complained they hung up on me.
    Their claim is they treat their customers like royalty !!
    I`m a professional with an excellent credit rating and was treated so badly I cannot express how much I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company.
