1. Great Job!!

   Safe and Secure Van Lines is wonderful. They moved our stuff out of our home and into our new residence here in South Florida. They were very careful with our fine art and tapestries and wonderful with our furniture. We moved down from Virginia. The price was right and the job well done.

2. They will be the ones we call.

   Safe and Secure Van Lines as a moving companion was great. Their movers worked their tails off to make this move work. They were extra careful with making sure that our furniture was well protected. We were moving not too far away and we were done the same day. It cost us a lot less than we thought and they went out of the way to make sure everything was where it should be. We will not have to move again for a while, but if we do, they will be the ones we call.

3. BEWARE! Don’t use this company.

   They will tell you ANYTHING to get your money and then provide every excuse to push you off when it is time to schedule your move. They lied several times about having booked movers for me but finally told me that no one was coming for my stuff THE DAY OF MY MOVE! I have worked with several people from this company. They go from nice and promising to rude a shady very fast.
   
   The day the company didn’t show up for my move, the manager Russel stayed that a refund would be processed. Amber and Sandy confirmed over the last month that a refund was processed. After a month, I still have not received a refund. A few days ago, the “billing manager,” Kim agreed that a refund should be issued since the company didn’t show up but said that she “had to verify the books to make sure a refund wasn’t already issued,” even though she already said that a refund wasn’t processed or noted “in the books.” When she said that the refund couldn’t be processed till the end of the day or “possibly Monday” after telling me she only works on Fridays, I insisted that this be reconciled immediately. She got defensive and ultimately hung up on me.. I have yet to receive a refund receipt as promised.
   
   You will be sorry if you use this company! This is a booking company hidden behind a high rated online face company named ALPHA VAN LINES. I didn’t know I was using Safe and Secure Van Lines until I got my down payment receipt.

4. It was a very successful relocation.

   Safe and Secure Van Lines gave us a very reasonable quote despite of the amount of things we needed to be moved. Four movers showed up right on time. They worked very tirelessly and efficiently for hours to empty out my house. Then everything was loaded onto 2 trucks. Most of my things traveled very nicely. The movers didn’t demand anything. It was a very successful relocation and I only have these movers to thank for it.

5. Very courteous and professional.

   Great experience they communicated everything with me from beginning and all the way through to the finish from office personnel along with the crew. The crew took very good care of my furniture and were careful. I will recommend Safe and Secure Van Lines for all your moving needs. Very courteous and professional.

   They did such an amazing packing and moving job. Better then I could imagine! The guys were so friendly and helpful. VERY reasonably priced. 10/10 would highly recommend and would use again!

   Few days ago, we had to move our office. Moving APT arrived a day prior to start packing everything. We had about 20 cubical a needed to be taken apart and put back together. Movers did a great job. Most importantly, everything was put together the right way. Also, we had about 300 binders with documents. Everything was moved and not mixed up! Great job and thank you!!

   I had the best experience with these movers from Safe and Secure Van Lines. Everything went smooth and perfect. The movers were so professional and friendly. They handled my things with utmost care and did everything so quickly. I will definitely tell my friends and family about them and will hire them again for sure.

   I’ve recently moved out of state & was recommended safe & secure to move all my belongings. They quoted me a very responsible price. Will be using them in the future.

10. One time, curious and friendly.

    We're doing a local move. I reached out to several companies. I asked them about some of the reviews online. they said that they had some challenges with staff in the past. I cautiously hired them. They showed up they were clean and friendly, on time and prepared. They did a good job. I asked if I was satisfied at the end and if I would leave a review. I would hire these guys again.

11. Very professional.

    My move went smoothly thanks to these guys! They were polite and on time. They definitely did not disappoint. They made me feel comfortable handling my belongings and were very professional. Highly recommend!!

    This company is awesome. They moved me and all my whole house quick and smooth. Everything arrived on time. The movers were so helpful will definitely use this company again.

13. Safe & Secure Van Lines.

    DO NOT..I repeat..DO NOT use this company. They are great on the phone to get you to use their business but that is it. If you need any kind of follow through you can forget it. Of course the initial estimate was one amount,$2327 and upon pickup it ended up being much higher, $4154. Plus they lied to me when they told me the driver was trying to contact me, when he clearly had not and that they had tried to call me and that had not happened either..I have the phone records to prove it. I contracted with them for a move on 6/3 or 6/4 which all went very well and sounded great until it got to moving day. The carrier never showed up and had all kinds of excuses and finally showed up on 6/5. Okay..I could deal with that. Then it all fell apart. I finally got my belongings today, 6/24, after they said deliver would be in 3-5 days and after more than 40+ contacts via phone. Plus..they had a carrier show up who was no longer authorized to do this kind of move. The carrier's federal regulation was revoked on May 20, 2019.
    Luckily for me the carrier did a good job of packing up the furniture but I am missing one box which I am still trying to find. When I called today regarding the delivery and suggested that I may need to assert myself with the final payment, I didn't want to pay the driver until I knew everything was accounted for, I had Amber tell me,"if you think you have the power to do that then go ahead," just goes to show you how cocky they are and how much they get away with because no one challenges them. So I am warning you..DO NOT UNDER ANY circumstances use this company for your move. Unless of course you like a lot of stress.

14. Move.

    Great experience. Was initially reluctant based on some of the reviews / lack of reviews, but glad I used them. They were cordial, punctual, and upfront about everything. Didn't have any issues and everything was moved / returned in the condition it left in. Would highly recommend their service!

15. Do Not Use.

    They will tell you anything to get your business but they do not follow through. My property was picked up on May 28th with a delivery date of June15th. It is now June 20th and I my property is yet to be delivered. I was told that my stuff was in transit earlier in the week but was only picked up a day ago. I was told by their office that they don't deliver on the weekends and that's why it wasn't here yet the driver called and wants to deliver on sunday?? These people do not have a clue what they are doing. Everything is subcontracted out an initial bid of $6,000 has grown to over $10,000 with the delivery driver trying to add on another $1,100 on top of it..DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM.
