Great Job!!
From the beginning and getting a quote, to the gentleman coming to the unit to load up the truck with our belongings and bringing it into the storage facility, it was a smooth process. The Safe Bound Moving representative made me feel very comfortable and at ease that my belongings were going to be taken care of by them. I’d recommend them always.
Great Experience
I could not have asked for a better moving group, young men doing their job very well. They treated my stuff like their own and there was not a single scratched or broken item. They were able to figure out how to get our furniture around corners to go where we wanted, including a piano and a king size bed. Thanks guys!

Excellent service. 2 men to collect sofas and deliver them to me. Tracking was great. The men were polite and professional. Both wore masks. On time. Both collection and delivery are very good. Really impressed with the service. The driver was extremely friendly and helpful and also kept us informed along the route and the tracker helped too to gauge exact time of the collection and delivery. Great full service helpful and couldn't be more pleased with the service. I would use them again.
Disappointed and sick, can’t sleep part one
Initially I had asked for a move date of Dec 14, however I was told it wasn’t a great day because they wouldn’t be able to start until approximately 3 pm that day and that just wasn’t a great time to start loading. I appreciated that and we arranged to do our move on Dec 12. Dec 11 comes around and I get the call from the scheduling department to let me know my time was set for 4-5 pm. I was surprised as I was already told 3 pm was too late to start, so why would we start between 4-5? I got the call at 3:30 pm on the 12th from the movers to let me know they were actually going to be at my place by 6 pm. Turns out ‘in the area’ according to the booking team meant Montreal which is 3 hours away from where I live. The movers ended up being late to the storage unit I paid for them to stop at, arriving there to start loading at approximately 6:45 pm. We led them back to the house and they were starting to load the house by around 8:30 pm.
I knew we were in for a long night and ended up tagging my own belongings to try and help move things along. At one point, the older gentleman who did not speak very good English explained that he was going to need a wardrobe box, and asked me if he could use one. Sure, if you have to. Nobody told me it was $45 plus tax for each box. They used 3. The items in the boxes aren’t even worth that. They wrapped my furniture in bubble wrap, mattress bags and a few blankets. I was impressed, I had assumed it would all be blankets. I wrote to the company at 11:59 pm on the 12th to complain about the scheduling as I was exhausted and starting to get upset, but raved about how careful the movers were being. This is important later.
By 1:30 am, we had moved outside to pack the items from the shed onto the truck. The movers had told me everything wouldn’t fit and I’d have to decide ’what I can live with not having’ on the other end and told me whoever had done the estimate at the office didn’t know what they were doing when they did it. I was upset, indicated a few items that I would have to leave and then reminded them that I actually sold a few things from my inventory sheet before they arrived so they weren’t even moving everything I said I was when they did the estimate so I wasn’t sure what the issue was.

Excellent service - handling of fragile and heavy items was spot on. Very competitive, on the phone staff and delivery staff were very helpful, highly recommend them. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Great and sufficient service with a very easy and straightforward online booking process. I liked that we could track our driver and that we could contact the driver direct if needs be. We had a lovely and polite driver, overall good experience thank you. I highly recommend this company, you can track your driver, good price, and drivers are helpful and friendly.
